What do you like best about the product?
Very easy and smooth. Nice way to track every step of a project. It allows me to have everything in the same place, and be able to organize everything in one central location

took a little while to pick up and learn the system, sometimes our data through tableau does not sync well with it

We are a startup so it's not possible for us to pay a full price which is far too much for us. So we are limited in some options : only 5 templates, impossible to customise de design of forms...

I find it easy to qualify my leads, to look for them and segment them for marketing actions afterwards
Recommendations to others considering the product:
it's good to find time to read articles and updates about the CRM. I do not take enough time to train me on the different features although I know the library of documents and videos is big

What do you like best about the product?
The workflow can be very fast and without too much obstacles. Very useful for our digital marketplace.

Unfortunately, with huge amounts of leads, we have to be very organized, and hubspot's "Deals" panel is not very well designed for that : no colors on cards, nothing quite visual.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot's task system is very useful when it comes to plan entire days, without Hubspot we would have been under water much faster.

Use the Task system, and use the automatic sequences (mails...)

What do you like best about the product?
This platform is very user-friendly and allows me to follow my client's lifecycle with ease. I find the layouts and tools allow me to be much more organized, thorough and efficient when speaking with leads and throughout the sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some exporting properties are confusing and make it somewhat difficult to generate a precise list of what I am looking for.

I use hubspot mainly for managing my accounts and keeping track of clients records throughout the years.
Benefits include tight follow-ups and knowledge about client's past for a better understanding of our portfolio and offering a better service.

Hubspot is the tool that does everything! So as you are growing in your role, you won't have to change your platform, you'll have access to other facets and that is just great.
Easy Navigation of CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to use the sequences to cast emails and set up tasks at specific times in the future. It helps manage your time and organization as everything is all in one spot. There is a cool reports tab that allows you to view the sales activity of your entire team. I believe that is helpful for managers to track to see how well their team is performing on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the calling through the CRM would be a little better. There are Dial by directory issues occasionally. This could also not be the fault of the CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy for me to organize and manage my time. I have realized that it is a life saver to be organized in the sales industry because you have so many accounts to control.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is very easy to use once you learn. It helps you set tasks, sequences and makes it easy for you to be organized. It has allowed myself and others at my company to be able to manage their time and follow their leads. I've also noticed that it is easy for my manager to assign leads. I'm not to sure on how integrations work, but am excited to start those up because that will make life much easier. I'm a big fan of the tasks menu because it allows you to schedule things far in advance and then sends you email notifications to remind you when the event is occurring.

Knowing where things stand at a glance, and be able to move deals on the Board.

I wish there could be more automation, for example if someone cancels their account, they automatically move to 'Lost'

What do you like best about the product?
The organization of contacts make it very easy to keep track of my contacts and seamlessly email them or call them. I can also search for them by their business and see who their colleagues are. Great for prospecting!

Nothing I can think of! I have had nothing but positive results.

I am solving how to reach many contacts on a daily business and keep track of my various tasks as I move down the sales cycle.
Easy to navigate customer information
What do you like best about the product?
It is possible to attach a lot of relevant information to deals and keep track of customer data and company goals. Also a lot of possibilities of automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no possibility to create an entirely personal view due to fixed properties. Attachments can get messy very quick.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can more accurately keep track of order flows and create automations based on that.

couldn’t really complain, pretty satisfied with the features!

Email tracking, helps me decide which emails subject lines are best to use. Provides real time reports on team’s performance and tasks that needs to be attended to.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how HubSpot allows our sales team to be perfectly in sync with our operations team. Once a job is sold, we can move it to the next pipeline without losing and vital information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the mobile app was more robust for our field workers.

We have greatly increased our avenues of communication and there is no information getting lost in translation between sales and operations.
