Helpful and Necessary for My Job
What do you like best about the product?
The organization, automization, and customization of the HubSpot CRM saves me time and energy every single day. There is no way that I could do my job as effectively without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to see better integration with Outlook and microsoft Teams products. There is some integration, but it's not as tight or as effective as I'd like for them to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is saving me time and tons of frustration. The benefits are far outweighing the cons, and are allowing me to be much more organized and efficient.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take advantage of a trial period and make sure that it will fit into your workflow and that it will cut down steps. It did for us, but it may not be for every organization.
Great tool for tracking my leads.
What do you like best about the product?
It's just simple. It allowed for me to import my address book and assign additional meta fields to the leads. I manage technical sales leads so I needed extra non-traditional fields to track other metrics. It's FREE too... for now.
I like the interface. The reminders work great and keep me following up as managing these leads is a nightmare sometimes. I also like the deal flow stuff as I progress through it.

What do you dislike about the product?
Wish more stuff was free but I'll be ok.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing my sales leads and customers. It has allowed me to focus on other work instead of hunting around for flagged emails and old email chains trying to get the status of a deal.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are a lot of CRM's out there. I think Hubspot has the best for free options. They don't nag me much which is nice.

What do you like best about the product?
Integration into email, great interface and online support. Adding notes and tasks (with reminders) is helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
Although we have limited access based on the modules we have, I feel that it's better suited for a pure sales process and not a longer solution sales approach. I would prefer to only see menu options that I require, else it could be a little busy

Having a consolidated system for all contacts and activity for business continuity is vital
A Great CRM to manage your sales pipeline
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot does it all, when it comes to sales customer relationship management system. I love how easy it makes my job by keeping track of all my sales notes, contacts, and sale pipelines. It automates alot of the work allowing me to allocate more time towards selling! What I love the most is this CRM has a mobile app, allowing you to log your notes & sales on the road.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike about Hubspot's CRM
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Hubspot Sales, I have been able to manage my pest control sales. I can keep track of every email and phone call I have had with a prospect and pull up all my notes in one place. This CRM allows me to pick up right where I left off with clients. It has definitely automated alot of the work when it comes to sales, so i just have to focus on selling!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend using a CRM to manage all your sale needs when it comes to selling. It will free up a lot of your time and allow you to focus on making money.

HubSpot has many integrations that allow you to track, organize, and stay up to date on managing accounts for clients. It is very user friendly and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
System updates I don’t like. It needs to be faster.

What do you like best about the product?
After ending email, the sent items can also be seen in my gmail sent items and I can set the next task with specific date and time for my prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. I just need to explore the CRM training videos more to be more adept.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see my team's forecast for the month and the year. I can now drill down to the specific accounts and see the actual status.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The mobile view is a bit more limited compared to PC. It would be great if view would be same, esp the reports or the dashboard.
The most comprehensive CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I love that everything is integrated. Sales pipeline, Customer information, Marketing efforts. Everything is connected.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very challenging to learn, the support is great but the product itself takes quite a long time to fully understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has greatly organized our marketing efforts and our sales process

What do you like best about the product?
Hupbspot has really helped me to manage all of my contacts. The way it streamlines all of my information per contact and companies I interact with has simplified my job. The email tracking, sequences, and task reminders are have really empowered my follow-up skills. Their customer support is outstanding as well and training videos are dope! I like being able to manage my projects all in HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing format. Even thought HubSpot worked with me on a pricing plan, I feel like things could be more favorable for small businesses. For example, if I am given a price break on the CRM side of things because I am the only user, why shouldn't I receive a better pricing on the Marketing side? I would greatly consider looking at the Customer Service module but there is no way we can afford to pay more than what we are at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to follow-up with customers to remove assumptions about projects we quote. I can schedule follow-up emails on projects or to my team as well. I have realized that this CRM has helped me to become much more organized with all my tasks. I am able to attach my quotations in an email, that enables me to see how many times the customer opens them as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a CRM that will support you at a high level, give your sales team the appropriate tools to succeed, then HubSpot is the CRM for you. Not complicated yet very effective! HubSpot can be a great partner for small businesses that may not be at a place to hire new employees, by supporting your current staff with highly effective tools to streamline their jobs.
Simple CRM to use and better reports than any other CRM
What do you like best about the product?
The reports are highly relevant, in other CRMs sometimes it is tough to get the reports exactly we want, but Hubspot reports are the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
Duplicates contacts are created with spelling errors, Hubspot should try to work on this too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted a CRM which can tract daily employee activity and help them to manage the client communication.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is like all CRMs but with better reports and UI is also better.
