Best CRM I've used!
What do you like best about the product?
HS is intuitive and has all the tools I need to track, manage, and SELL.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up the widgets on the reports dashboard is tricky. I'd like to see that features simplified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HS is where I live all day. It keeps me organized and houses everything I need to work no matter where I am since it's in the cloud.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's one of the best in the industry. I definitely recommend HS!
Easy-to-use Management System
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about this software is that it has a very simple and easy-to-use interface, it has endless features, all of which are essential for tracking, maintaining contacts in databases, and having extensive sales management for my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot CRM provides me with everything to manage my company, from marketing to direct chats with customers. It is excellent in everything and I wouldn't change it for anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HupSpot CRM is the best management software I have used. It has provided me with incredible tools that have boosted our company's sales, allowing us to perform email marketing, manage ads, and survey forms. It has management features that allow me to manage contacts, website contacts, and it is a very comprehensive and easy-to-use tool. Its great contact storage capacity helps me keep all my clients connected with our services and products.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is the best in CRM and you can keep everything under control. Do not hesitate to use its interface; it is very intuitive.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Quick and easy to add contacts to HubSpot. It is easy to use on the app for sure.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app isn't my favorite. I feel that there are quite a few features of the app that could make it better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It just makes things a lot quicker, and I don't have a huge stack of cards when I get home from a conference.
Complete and advanced CRM
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best in Hubspot is the integration with the many tools that I use for my work. Such as google calendar, intercom, phone calls, gmail and others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the way the things are organized in the company/contact/deals history is organized an how email and its threads are shown. It's to small and hard to understand.

Great CRM to use
What do you like best about the product?
Absolutely fantastic CRM - Easy to use and great features! Love the fact that this plugs into the HubSpot Marketing Automation system so smoothly

Didn't like that this system isn't as fully featured as other CRMs - but then, it is free to use!

Able to monitor all contact between sales team and customers very easily

Pleasant Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the multitude of features. That there is something for everyone, and what you may not have thought was possible is possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
That items are placed in non-intuitive spots. There should be different placement when thinking in the mind of the user, rather than the developer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analyzing reports and obtaining detailed numbers from specific sources.
I love Hubspot! It makes it so easy to stay organized and on top of my game!

I love the sequences. They make sure I leave none of my leads behind and don't let them slip through the cracks.

Can't really think of anything. It is very easy to use.

Forgotten leads. It helps me stay organized and neat. The sequence feature helps me stay active and in constant contact with possible customers.

Makes Me More Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
In previous role I had an adversarial relationship with my CRM, with Hubspot I appreciate that it feels like it was made by someone who's been in sales and experienced the pain points.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly I don't have any issues with Hubspot at this time. The desktop version is great, but the mobile version I do not enjoy using, but I attribute that to it not really being the purpose for this CRM. I see the mobile app as a nice supplement when I am away from the office.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Filters are my best friend. With my old CRM experiences my leads would eventually be buried because they never had a powerful filter system. This has made my follow up processes easier.

The sequences are amazing! They're an incredible way to reach out to clients and drive new business - as well as this, I love the fact that you have the opportunity to personalise each email before they go out!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that you can't add sequence tasks on the same day. If you could email and send a call task on the same day, that'd be amazing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have realised that it's much easier to track deals than by using our previous CRM. As well as this, our previous CRM had no sequence/mailmerge option.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to setup templates and workflows. The templates alone has assisted me to respond in real time and quickly to clients who download info on our website, asks for more info on our products or need a quick answers on a query. The workflows helps is to stay top of mind with our clients, to talk to them and build a relationship with them. The task management feature ensures I never forget to call a prospect. The feedback of reports will blow your mind!
I love the fact that Hubspot is like a learning academy, they truly care about our success and making us look good. They are quick to respond to questions and teaches us how to become the best in our field. It's actually astonishing what they offer.

I have yet to find something that I dislike.

Segmenting our market. Creating lists, talking to different people with different messages. The task management area helps us never to forget to follow up with a prospect. Hubspot has become part of our daily routine!
