HubSpot CRM is a Game Changer!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot CRM is an indispensable tool for our sales team as its various features help us stay organized, focused, and goal-driven. Having the ability to automate sequences helps us nurture our relationship with clients/prospects. I love the pro-tips because the suggestions are always right on point.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating reports that reflect our monthly revenue/performance is not so easy/straight forward. I have to call you guys a lot for help! The good thing is your technical support/sales team is AMAZING!! I enjoy speaking them because they are always happy to find solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot CRM helps my sales team stay focused on our goal. Creating specific pipelines, being able to see the different stages of your deal, automating templates, creating reports (reflecting performance), are just a few of the benefits of HubSpot CRM.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are in marketing or sales, HubSpot CRM is a MUST.
Great for reaching a lot of people at once
What do you like best about the product?
Sequences is really helpful when sending out emails for prospecting. We can set up a sequence so another email will get sent in 3 days if there's no response. And we can have this continue as long as we want.
What do you dislike about the product?
Viewing all the deals at one glance can get a little bit messy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Can track past communication with clients even if someone is not in the office. We are able to better follow up and make a deal.

What do you like best about the product?
economizes time with clients where the connection is just through email. Also tracker helps with read/unread emails notifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if this gig was multi-lingual that it with different languages possibilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
fast connection with the client and no need to control the sending of emails constantly.
Powerful, flexible, and great value for money!
What do you like best about the product?
It has the same (if not more) features of some of the other behemoth CRMs (who shall remain nameless) at a fraction of the price.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the constant up-sell to the next tiers. I'm already a paying customer, you dont need to keep trying to bump up to the next bracket.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has been instrumental in the day to day activities of the sakes team. It makes sales agents more efficient while ensuring their activities are tracked and the messaging is consistent.

Try the free version first and if it ticks all your boxes (which i'm sure it will!) then upgrade.
Great Tool for Business Development/Sales Outreach
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to be very detailed in customizing your sequences to tailor it to your target audience. When to send, e-mail content-based recommendations, statistical data on responses/opens/clicks. A powerful tool for outreach that I've had Great success with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one issue that has stuck out the most is problems with my signature, I have a picture included and I can't get my name, title and contact information next to it, instead it sits underneath it, which isn't a big deal but not preferable. Also, I wish I had a little more flexibility to select a batch of people within a list to send their e-mails at a certain time based on time zone, i.e. send West Coast contacts e-mails at same time (8:30 AM) but have it sent from me on the east coast at 11:30 AM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contact database management. My role for our company is outreach. HubSpot enables me to be as detail oriented as I can be to organize, sort, filter and make lists for my marketing and outreach efforts. I keep track of all my prospect communication in hubspot, from e-mails to calls, notes, and tasks. The deals section is a great way to integrate all of this information from multiple contacts related to a deal to see the full picture of where things stand with that opportunity. I love using HubSpot, for the price and what my needs are, I couldn't find a better tool!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sequencing for marketing purposes is the greatest value I've received from HubSpot. It is a phenomenal service with great results.
Amazing all-around app for business
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot allows you to quickly get into the business and start building your customer base. The learning center will help you not only with knowledge about the system but also about your industry as a whole. You can learn how to sell, market, write your emails and many more. Managing the database, following lead activities was never that easy. Also, Hubspot allows you to manage your marketing and customer support with the same level of efficiency. There are just so many things to cover that it is almost impossible to describe until you try it yourself.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest flaw in HubSpot is performance. To support such an amount of tasks and workflows the system gets pretty busy and a bit laggy pretty fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem of tracking the leads and clients, their activity, and requests. It's very easy to utilize the tools and leave no customer behind. With Hubspot, you are able to track a huge amount of data and make your customers think that you are personally watching over them.

Look at your needs. There are plenty of different solutions for specific tasks, however, if you want to have all in one place - Hubspot is one of them.

The thing I like best is that hubspot allows me to make sure that I am completing all my task effeciently.

One thing that I dislike about hubspot is that it frequently crashes and come very slow

Problem I am solving is making sure I am reaching out to all the customers and people I need to reach out to.
Perfect tool for your Sales Outreach
What do you like best about the product?
While using Hubspot, I was able to reach out to more people while having the convenience of it's automation sequence and identifying who opened and read my email is very helpful indeed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if you can determine who opened / read sequence template on one of the dashboards or reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is more efficient to use Hubspot especially in sequence and also determining who opened you emails without the read receipt in Outlook.

If you are looking for a CRM tool that will help you track your progress on your sales outreach to your prospects and will efficiently help you send emails to your leads in a constant and timely manner, Hubspot is your perfect tool for it.
Great CRM - Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the overall ease of use of the platform, it is far simpler than other CRMs with a lot of the same features (i.e. great deal pipeline, automation of workflows and notifications as opportunities get processed through deal stages, etc.). I also like how simple it is to modify and evolve the solution to the needs of my company. Also, their tech support and customer service are white-glove like. It makes it very easy to feel comfortable to reach out and get a quick and succinct response to your request.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see the quote tool be more advanced (i.e. ability to completely customize it to match how we send out quotes). We basically always have an SOW / SLA with our quotes, and having the ability too not just use snippets for our T&C's and creating the quote document to be modifiable by our sales team based upon our document format would be ideal. Also, creating some reports is a bit difficult until you get used to Hubspot report logic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to help us track our funnel and pipeline process. We also use the tool to track contacts (meetings, calls, emails) and see if our contacts are opening and responding to our marketing and sales sequences. We also use it for workflow automation and notifications for our service team. Between the CRM and Marketing platforms, we are able to run successful campaigns to deals to closed-won opportunities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Affordable, and a lot of integrations that make the overall solution very simple and easy to use. Also, very easy to train your team on use. Hubspot is definitely competitive in the CRM market.
