I rely on Hubspot in order to deliver an excellent level of customer service.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot allows me to ensure that no communications are missed even when I am out of the office. I use it for tickets, customer information, to communicate with my team and other members of the company and for the online chat. When I am not available, I know that another member of my team will ensure our customers still receive a first rate experience and that all queries are carefully logged and will be handled quickly and efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am surprised that more of our customers do not access the online chat and Knowledge Base as this would be a really effective way of communicating and allow them to self-serve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tickets are split into different pipelines and in addition to this, I am able to use filters to access relevant information quickly and with ease. I can also see the progress and status of tickets in real-time. I can communicate effectively with customers via email, can provide details of meetings and phone calls whilst ensuring that relevant information is logged efficiently. I also have insights into up-to-date customer information when I am working remotely and am able to update my team before I have even returned to the office. Different members of teams throughout the company are able to monitor specific tags and tickets and this ensures that information such as incidents which require a response, and valuable feedback, is dealt with and logged effectively. Hubspot allows the workflow to be efficient, I can expedite a problem by adding an additional comment in a product field and/or note and I know that by using the consistent ticket tag list that I will be meeting the high standards and expectations of my team and the wider company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be consistent and use the ticketing system efficiently so that customers are provided with a high standard of service and their needs are responded to in an accurate and considerate manner.

What do you like best about the product?
I use the sequences a lot as it takes away the initial lift of reaching out to customers 1-2-1

Once I put everything on a sequence it helps me track the interactions and the outcomes from the beginning to time the deal is sealed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't really experienced a downside- More like sometimes the email reminders can be overwhelming if I am sometimes not in a position to follow on each task reminder immediately it pops up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking conversations has been helpful especially with the sales team growing so its been really easy to pick up and just start off where the conversations left off with previous reps.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it. It is easily the most easy to scale CRM for growing teams, they have quite the library of resources to help you and your sales team get on board and enjoy the customer interactions. You will love the experience.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to navigate and right place to improve and follow up your results. If any question, there is a support team rightaway :) and I like HubSpot Academy lessons.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can not think of anything right now, that I didn't like. Sorry :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very useful in sending dozens of e-mails every time. Sequences give you every possible option to make your work easier. Hubspot gives you all the tips and tricks on how to create personalized emails, shows the latest tweets of contact persons and other actions. You can forget about follow up e-mails rules and difficulties. Well done @HubSpot

Easy to use and packed with features

What do you like best about the product?
The CRM is simple to use however it does contain all the features you would require to manage your contacts and business. There is also plenty that can be customised. The CRM is the heart of the Hubspot platform which makes sense considering a business revolves around its contacts, clients and leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike. All the features I require are available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves time managing daily tasks and allows us to see an overview of our pipeline.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go to the learning centre and watch the videos and participate in some courses

Simple, but prices escalate quickly

What do you like best about the product?
Integrates well with Gmail and has a simple user interface. Provides good workflow info per contact.
What do you dislike about the product?
GDPR compliance is a bit of a hurdle - especially when integrating with other web services such as Gravity forms, Mailchimp and Publish Interactive to name a few. Prices also escalate quickly with tiers and really critical services such as email workflow and onboarding and 12 month lock-ins are pretty unfriendly with 90-day notice periods for our clients.

Automating websites to capture data and for joining up marketing and sales teams in one seamless interface

Hubspot my best friend

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is possible to put in tasks it makes is easy for me to remember where i have to pick up from yesterday.
I am creating queues for the different categories, so it is possible for me to pick who to target.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometimes super frustration how the connection between contact person and company is sometimes not connected when creating a deal
It is taking a long time to create and connect contacts and companies, maybe it could be made easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I makes it possible for me to react out via sequences, without having to do it my self

I love sequences!

What do you like best about the product?
The email sequence function is making my outbound email campaigns a doddle. Great results and a real time saver. This has brought me some significant new opportunities recently that I simply wouldn't have had the time to get otherwise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Search functions are poor and is cumbersome to associate contacts with companies. I would much prefer more detailed easy reporting. To monitor other peoples activity the way I want to I find difficult and in this sense I prefer Salesforce's reporting to that of hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lack of time for my outbound activities has been greatly helped using the sequence feature. This has meant I can get more outbound opportunities while also focusing on my active opps. Now that I have learnt to use the CRM a bit mkore I'm also finding it very easy to manage my pìpeline - its very easy to use and move opps to the right section.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its not great for reporting but as a CRM is perfectly functional. The email tracking and email sequences have proved very helpful saving me a lot of time. I would recommend to the vast majority of people. Despite loving the sequences, I would really like to see a few more options. For customer support, they could be using sequences for onboarding purposes but when a reply comes in this then stops the sequence from running - to be able to edit features like this could prove useful.

What do you like best about the product?
Tracking the prospects is so easy. So is drafting repetitive emails. Most of the leading softwares and email services integrate well with Hubspot, which makes it very easy to work in collaboration and avoid repetitive tasks.
Contacts automatically are picked up from a variety of apps and integrated, which makes it much simpler to delegate tasks to the team members.
Kanban view makes viewing ongoing projects very simple and that in turn helps understanding the stages of various propspects.
Meeting link and the calendar getting updated with any meetings booked is yet another feature which helps in a hassle free booking of meetings.
The reports are comprehensive and gives an overall picture of what the team is doing on a day to day basis, what is lacking and what is going good.
We have also linked our website and its visitor data gets in the contacts automatically. Moreover, even intercom contacts are automatically imported after the lead quality passes a certain threshold.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it gets clumsy and takes too much time to load. Also sometimes, errors creep in without any proper justification and you need to restart the application in order to make it working again.
Sometimes contacts do not alight with the deals and so connecting the dots become very difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking prospects behavior in emails, popularity of templates with A/B testing.
Contacts and deals can be merged for a seamless communication chain.

Save time and keep continuity with templates

What do you like best about the product?
Its quick & easy, you dont have to start at the beginning every time you want to message someone. The main thing I like is that you can sit there and really get your message across in the best, most accurate way possible when you are creating your template. The template is then just sat there, ready to go and by adding a couple of lines of personalisation to each template, you can send the same, professional email every time, yet make it look as though it was specifically written for teh client.
What do you dislike about the product?
Theres nothing I really dislike about templates, I understand it and its easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Continuity is key with clients in my business. We sell what we sell and we can't personalise what we offer to our clients. We can offer them a personal service, but the products are always the same. By using templates you get to keep repeating the same message over and over again to your clients, letting them know exactley what your product does for them.
