HubSpot, magical filters!
What do you like best about the product?
Create personal filters, save them & enjoy finding information quickly!
The tool is pretty easy to use, easier than Salesforce.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes a bit slow and confusing on filters and board size parameters.
Also could be interesting that you improve the numbers of saved filters available on the left part of the screen.

Do my job & find information regarding users quickly! Perfect place where I can reach all information needed to convince leads to work with us!

Review on Template feature
What do you like best about the product?
I love template feature as it allows me to reach more leads and be alooot more efficient in time and energy. and that's not all. The fact that I can have customized email for each person with their name and name of company and make it feel more personal makes it even better.
What do you dislike about the product?
there are some spacing after personalized token that is added automatically which does not look perfect in the emails sent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find an overview of what has been done,by who and when and where we will head and get automated reports
I am amazed by the simplicity of use and practicality HubSpot provides to professionals like me.
What do you like best about the product?
The best part I like is the visual appearance of the timeline. I can easily access all the information that I need to track properly the flow of prospects behavior and apply proper steps to engage them accurately. The reports are also great, I love data, and I am able to have great and most accurate statistical data to further develop the sales funnel my company requires.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though it is highly customizable, the properties and settings that I need to set in order to have the best flow of work, there are some shortcomings. They are usually related to UX, sometimes it takes one too many clicks for a certain action to complete. Also, it is not possible to customize activities, for example, I would like to leave out the description section when logging a call, but it is not possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of use, great overview, sequences are a great tool to have as many prospects engaging at the same time. I simply love them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot can be pricy if you are starting a business with no initial funding. Nevertheless, the biggest advantage I would consider using HubSpot in the future is that is truly a hub of all kinds of things - marketing, sales, administration.
Finding What I Need Fast
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can use filters to get to information about my deal, companies and contacts really fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wanted to start using the OrgChartHub to make connections between people within the same company, but I think it needs to be more intuitive. Drag and drop would be a much smarter way to organised a chart and leaving a little bit more flexibility into how to arrange the chart rather a pre-defined structure.
I'd also like to see at least 3 pins on deal activities rather than just 1. Pins could be used to pin 1 task, 1 email and 1 note all at the same time.

I really like that I can track all of my tasks and activities, and that I can move dates if needed very quickly.
Ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use right off the bat. Helpful how to videos are available if there is a need to learn a new task. Creating lists, adding contacts, and enrolling them in sequences is also very simple to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be a good use of filtering contacts and adding them into lists once they have been reached or need to opt out. Once contacts have been reached by one user, there should be a notification of some sort when some other user tries to reach the same contact in the near future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to sending multiple emails to different individuals is great. Most especially the ability to personalize the content.
Sales Dream Come True
What do you like best about the product?
It does all the dirty work for you, sequences rock! All you have to do is the ground work and then set up the sequence and you can use that as a template for daily outreach. I also love how it tracks contacts and connects your emails to them for easy follow-up and reminders. HubSpot CRM is pretty sweet if you are communicating with so many people each day that you'll lose important contacts during it all.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't edit a sequence once it's initiated. Sometimes I wish I could tweak something or add something I learn about after bu you can't. I also don't like how the notifications to open emails don't connect to the actual email its notifying you about, rather the last email you sent with that same subject heading. The only way around this is to make each subject heading unique to whoever you're writing to or you'll never know who is opening and viewing your emails and its contents based of the HubSpot notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Forgetting to follow-up to non-responses. A lot of the time people are interested but forget to respond after one email. The automatic follow-up makes it so these potential clients never slip through the cracks with consistent follow up.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use HubSpot CRM as much as possible, it's game changing. If you want to improve your and your teams effectiveness, rely on the tools HubSpot CRM offers you.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot’s workflow functionality is very simple and effective, and it improves a lot with every new development they implement. The reporting capabilities are some of the easiest to use among similar software (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, CrazyEgg, etc), and they represent an essential part to our board members and upper management, providing a great overview of the business. With the smart fields, you can easily avoid asking the same information from frequent contacts. This helps us limit our database with additional information about each person.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I think Hubspot CRM is great and it already has everything I need. If they could add some entrepreneurs program it would be perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot CRM was deployed in my company around 3 years ago. At first, we used the free version of both products, marketing and CRM, even when those were limited versions, they were quite useful. After we purchase the license, it was even better. Hubspot is connected to our website in WordPress through a plugin. It allows us to collect forms, so we can follow up on any conversion that takes place on the website. Then, these contacts take part of the database on the platform and are redirected to MailChimp, which we use to integrate for shipping and automation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot is an excellent comprehensive marketing automation platform for a small to medium-sized company. It isn't limited to only one industry type, as I think it will help you manage your customers in all scenarios. The marketing platform advertise all types of businesses through different social media platforms and allows for monitoring a user's life cycle according to their behavior.
One of the most easy to use and effective CRMs out there!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has so many different functions that allow you to reach out and effectively help your customers as well as having the tools to train you to improve your company. I have also loved learning from Hubspot Academy. There are few other CRMs that focus on not only helping you store and access customer data, but also focus on helping you create a better and stronger company, from marketing to sales, and everything else! I've spent hours diving into Hubspot and I'm constantly amazed at how much more there is to learn and use!
What do you dislike about the product?
One area that Hubspot might be able to improve upon is on the Contact's Activity page. I've used other CRMs that made it a bit more easy to see the full picture in a quick glance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're no able to effectively use chatbots on our website and we're realizing that we can be much faster and more effective when reaching new customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would strongly recommend looking into using HubSpot, it's been a great piece of software but more so than that, the HubSpot team has been so great to work with! I know that HubSpot has a larger price tag attached to it, but if you take the time to really work at using all that HubSpot has to offer than you will quickly see that its value far outweighs any of the associated cost. I would strongly suggest HubSpot.

I dislike that I am not able to add whole contact lists to sequences. Instead, I have to add them individually, which is really time consuming sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love being able to know when someone clicks or opens, and sequences saves me a crazy amount of work. Also, I love how you can make contact lists, and how everyone on the company can hop on if they want to.
Easy to navigate
What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple it is to create and modify the templates. It is very user friendly and even provides suggestions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I can think of is the folders option in the templates. It would be cool if it started off showing the folders and let you drill down to category. Right now when I go to templates it shows all of them or I can sort them by the owner but it doesn't list the folders I have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need templates, its an awesome way to track success, do AB testing and improve email response.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The tutorials are helpful, i've found that it the training videos provide the most insight if you practice it right after the training. I can't think of any other helpful recommendations.
