What do you like best about the product?
The marketing tools have been great. Filtering tool has been helpful especially as we've been using it a lot lately to help clean up our database.
What do you dislike about the product?
i wish there were more freedom to build things on the back end. The workflows and the process builders for Hubspot aren't as clean cut for when trying to build things. I also wish that the objects such as contacts, companies, deals, and activities reporting wise was a bit more connected with each other when it comes to reporting and creating filters. The cross reports aren't as helpful when it comes to filters. So it would be nice to have that cross function on a filter level. I also wish there was a way to lock down fields, make fields required by the team, lock down user interface layouts so it matches the Admin layouts. It's hard when the rest of the team isn't looking at the same things they are supposed and then they add their own fields. We can't track and report on those if there are always new fields being added and only used by one. So having the ability to lock fields, lock layouts, and not allow for the team to customize their own looks would be great. BUT on the other side for the admin team to build things out, i wish there was more customization allowed. I know there is the new Properties tool but we still have the problem of the team adding in their own fields and moving fields around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot has been great for individual sales people but as a team and organization - trying to track and build reports and create workflows has been very difficult because not so much freedom to do so. Very limited. But the tools themselves like sequences and tasks queues have been great!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is great. I do wish there was more wiggle room to really build things out, similar to Salesforce, for the admin team but for individual sales people its a great tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Hubspot is so custom. You can change the settings, and the way things appear to best fit your needs. It keeps things organized and makes it very hard to loose track of people. I like how it organizes our leads into lists so that our team can divide tasks easily. The interface is very easy to use and interact with.
What do you dislike about the product?
How the system will often update and cause small glitches causing it to slow down calls occasionally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure we don't miss calls, or call people before they are due. It helps our team easily and quickly communicate.

Amazing website to help us track leads/ clients

What do you like best about the product?
We use hubspot daily for setting up reminders to follow up with leads which leads to a good client conversion rate. Being able to add in notes helps us remember significant details about clients resulting in communicating better without repetition of topics.
We don't just use it for leads but also for clients- setting up appointments to come sign blueprints, or go to their design q/ lighting appointments. this helps us keep files on track
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing our team dislikes about Hubspot. Great website for lead conversion.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the look of Hubspot, its very modern
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how you cant create a task from sequences when people open the email more than once. I don't like how I have to click each email to enroll them in a sequence. I don't like how it's super slow. I don't like how hard it is to make reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i am not solving any problems, Hubspot is giving more challenges.

HubSpot - Makes your life easier through sequences

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of using HubSpot is the sequences. HubSpot allows me to customize individual emails throughout a 2-3 week process of outreach that automatically contacts prospects for you at selected times. This makes my follow-up all the more effective because it takes out the possibility of me forgetting to reach out after a few days of no response.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be perfectly honest I haven't had any complaints with using HubSpot since I began using the software back in September. It is highly customizable and helps to keep me organized, hard to complain about that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem that HubSpot has solved for me has been increased outreach to unresponsive customers. Often times I find myself forgetting to follow up with a prospect I haven't heard back from, with Hubspot. I can set up sequences to send emails to prospects on my behalf, and then unenroll them after a certain amount of emails has been sent or they respond to one of my emails.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use the sequences to your advantage. They will help to book appointments and make prospecting a "set and forget" kind of process. It's also great for scheduling emails to be sent at a later time if you work internationally or across different time zones. You can make sure your clients in New York are getting their emails at 8 AM while you're still asleep in bed at 5 AM in California.

What do you like best about the product?
Sequences! Makes it extremely to put follow up communication on autopilot. Helps me get more meetings without worrying about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
So many features that dont speak with one another -- they cant customize for every user as large as they are.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to work through task queues and send emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit buggy at times and the reports can be a little basic for our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were really looking at ways to automate our sales efforts. We found the automation we were looking for as well as a standard approach to outbound sales that makes onboarding incredibly simple.

What do you like best about the product?
The templates existing within the email functions have saved my life. I am able to communicate more easily, thoroughly and quickly with all my clients. The ability to see history with a particular client or customer allows for great insight sales. Sequences of emails has been particularly effective for sales - as we continue to grow, we are able to how effective our campaigns are, and adjust our campaigns accordingly. Being able to see how many people open, read and click through our sequences provides us great insight into our customer base.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I dislike anything. I would say that there are some complexities to the software that I am still learning (unfamiliar with). HubSpot continues to make adjustments and enhancements that are helping me with my job. Sometimes there are outages or refresh issues with the platform, but HubSpot addresses these issues quickly and effectively. Maybe I would like to see them notify us of changes and performance issues proactively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I save a ton of time using email templates to respond to client product related questions. The time savings is crucial to me and to the organization as a whole. As we expand, I will utilize more team functions to maintain an eye on sales and customer engagement as a whole. Additionally, with the email sequences, we eliminate a lot of "one-off" emails with clients and get get to a close more quickly.

Try it out and ask a lot of questions. You won't be disappointed.

Hubspot is an Amazing Tool

What do you like best about the product?
I have used Hubspot now at 2 companies and have seen tremendous value in both. Everything from the stats on email sequences (giving you the ability to a/b test), to the dashboards, and automation are very useful and time saving. You have so many tools su your fingertips to allow you to work smarter and not harder.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been a couple times the tool crashed (hubspot servers) but this has to be expected with any software

Data, stats, split testing, easy to use and navigate dashboards, great automation, reaching more clients easier

Comprehensive, but buggy in spots and missing useful features

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it's a CRM that can log communications over email and phone, I like that it syncs with my Gmail account, and I like that there is a bilateral CRM data sync with Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the call and email widgets frequently fail to log an engagement, and it can be extremely slow to respond to my inputs (letters don't show up when I type for a long time, sequence previews don't generate quickly).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to more effectively track and engage with prospects than in Salesforce.
