Almost Perfect
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is almost 100 percent customizable, great features and very user-friendly, great support team always responding in quick fashion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish some fields could be disabled or deleted but they are inherent to HubSpot, would like some more sharing settings on fields and reports to only show certain fields to certain users. Sometimes glitchy but always seems to resolve itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communications company-wide regarding our sales process.
Tasks function is reliable, convenient, and a MUST for keeping up with crucial work scheduling.
What do you like best about the product?
I like to think I have a memory like a steel trap, but when I start multitasking, the tasks function in Hubspot is my savior! It's crucial for planning my days and weeks so I can have measurable success.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not as thorough on eliminating the email reminders in my Google account, so the emails can get overwhelming pretty quickly. I focus on what's going on in Hubspot more than I do Google, so I find myself having to eliminate a lot of old email reminders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Much easier to plan for days and weeks ahead. It's made it easier to come into work, sit down and get right to making calls, whereas before I would need 15-20 minutes to get myself together.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the feature of assigning myself tasks! It helps me stay organized and on top of keeping up with every customer. The website layout is easy to navigate and organize different tasks between different clients. There's not too many extra features that confuse me as the user. LOVE using filters to sort through my contacts!
What do you dislike about the product?
There have only been minor issues, weird glitches of hubspot saying that customers have paid higher than they did on the product website backend. Or contacts getting reassigned randomly to other sales representatives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There have been few minor glitches, random changes in customer account settings. Thankfully, they have been easy to change back and the problem hasn't aroused there after. The filters that you can add are also a great benefit that I have realized to use, helps me filter through my contacts tremendously.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
always assign yourself tasks to keep up with your work, take good and legible notes that anyone can read, pay attention to your notifications,
An Easy to Use CRM
What do you like best about the product?
In job interviews, I've been asked if I have experience using a CRM, and I didn't have any before my current job. It's been easy to learn and I don't feel like previous CRM experience is necessary to use HubSpot for sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot often suggests sending emails to my clients outside of their work hours. Either its algorithm doesn't take into effect their time zone, or HubSpot thinks that emailing people at late evening their time is the best thing to do (which maybe is possible, but I doubt).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With HubSpot, we are able to easily manage our customer relationships, including those that involve different team members.
Sometimes HubSpot has duplicate companies, so clients at the same company may not be connected to the same company profile. I think this has arisen as we have uploaded contacts into HubSpot.
HubSpot's tasks have benefited my work and helped me stay on top of my area, although sometimes updates to tasks don't save unless you wait a while or specifically refresh the page.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot CRM system allows you to engage with your contacts and automate many aspects of the sales cycle saving you time and making sure leads are properly nurtured.
What do you dislike about the product?
You are unable to change mass sequence times to be sent, i just spent an hour scheduling 100 contacts for tomorrow morning instead of this afternoon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot CRM allows you to easily repeat many aspects of your sales strategy. Benefits include saving time allowing you to reach more people and remember to keep up.

It is easy to use if you have someone who has used it before or want to spend the time going through their knowledge base.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, the mobile version could be better however, it misses some items that are on the laptop version, not essential but desirable
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot can be set up any way you need, email notifications, additional labels added for different contact means, I.e emails, calls you can label them as any outcome you desire, if you have a task set to email and you send an email it recognises that and automatically labels and completes the task, if you action the task and didnt send an email it wont check of the task, very sophisticated system.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There is no further advice. Simple and successful, as an experienced salesman with multiple CRM experiences I have no additional problems or questions

What do you like best about the product?
I'm in sales. Following up with leads is critical if you want to close a client. I use tasks to remind myself to follow up with clients and to keep in touch with clients. I even use tasks to follow up with clients after I have closed them. I live out of the tasks menu all day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not loving the constant emails that I get from hubspot about the tasks because I always have the task menu up. But I can't do anything about it because my boss will not let me turn off the email notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am increasing my sales closings. I am staying more organized throughout the day with the tasks feature. I am getting a lot done.

It's a good CRM.
Great experience using HubSpot. It's user-friendly, efficient, and keeps me organized.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the task management aspect of HubSpot and how straight forward it is to create sequences. I like that HubSpot automatically unenrolls people from a sequence once they've responded. For mapping purposes, it's useful being able to add multiple filters to my contacts/companies. I love being able to add certain properties to the contact view on the left. It's helpful seeing the number of opens for emails. I like being able to personalize sequences by using short names and enrolling contacts at a certain time. The one time I faced a small issue, a HubSpot representative was very responsive in the chat and sat with me on a zoom call straight away to figure it out, which was super nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes have difficulty viewing multiple pages of contacts/companies once I add a filter, so it'd hard to mass enroll. It would be nice if the quality of calls could be improved when recorded via HS, but this may be due to external factors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am keeping track of the number of calls I make and deals I set by looking at the analytics dashboard part of HubSpot. I realize the benefit of the analytics piece because I can see how successful one sequence was in comparison to another based on open, click and reply rates.

Hubspot is a very useful, user-friendly CRM tool that encompasses a variety of features that keep you organized.
Hubspot makes things easy
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to import contact and companies is a breeze! The process is very straightforward and easy to use; Hubspot walks you through each step. I also love the ability to filter on just about anything within your contacts/companies. I use filter all the time to target specific industries, owners, geographic regions etc. Another great feature is that I can export a list from Hubspot add/change anything in the list, then import that same list and update any properties by using the company or contact ID- it's saved me an enormous amount of manual entry by using that feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there we received email notifications, not just in-app notifications, when you were assigned a task or meeting in Hubspot.
Also, the recording of calls is a little weird since there are many states that require two-party authorization and you really have to understand those laws when calling as it would be very easy to violate that.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using the Linkedin sales navigator integration has been a huge time saver for us because it cuts out a step when searching for contact information for a company.
Hubspot...great CRM with a few small problems
What do you like best about the product?
Sales automation (sequences) is a great addition to my CRM experience, and the "tasks" feature keep me on track
What do you dislike about the product?
The call quality is lacking at times with Hubspot. I do get complaints sometimes, as well as dropped calls & other strange issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Hubspot to manage a territory that includes large health systems, ACO's and hospitals across one half of the country. I quite simply could never do my job without it. It is essential to my organization, effectiveness, and efficiency as a sales person.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend Hubspot, especially for startup companies who need agility & a low price point.
