HubSpot Helped Us Grow 500% In One Year!
What do you like best about the product?
Frankly, the templates and snippets for answering quick common questions have been amazing. Not to mention the ease of setting up automation campaigns or just quick one-off emails to our customer base.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Literally nothing. I've enjoyed every aspect of the service!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving the problem of wondering how I can get more out of each member of our team. Because HubSpot allows us to fulfill common tasks faster, we have more time to think about creative campaigns - so we're not just "doer's" - we're also "thinkers". Also, I have HubSpot running in the background at all times letting my customers know about cool products that are relevant to their specific needs.
Love HubSpot - Great for streamlining sales tasks
What do you like best about the product?
The templates and tasks queue are probably my favorite aspect of the system. I really enjoy those features because it not only makes my job easier but I can reach more people in a day. This helps me increase revenue and pipeline deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I will say I do like how some other systems have an importance evaluation on a task - so say a task is extremely important to complete that day I can assign HIGH IMPORTANCE or MEDIUM and so forth, I would like to see that added to HubSpot
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I clearly just cannot keep up with all my contacts if I did not have HubSpot so I am solving so many issues when it comes to this CRM. A few benefits: getting through contacts quicker, having all the information laid out at an easy glance, and being able to share information with other colleagues easily.
An Excellent Tool For Any Business
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Hubspot provides me with a place to centralize all of my leads. Following up is easy when everything is in the same place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems like there are a lot of extra steps when creating leads. Also, email threads tend to disappear after a contact is made into a deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all of our leads in one place. There are many benefits to HubSpot, including the online training they provide. This has been a great asset for our organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot goes above and beyond with what they offer. The entire website, as well as the additional trainings and blogs they offer have been invaluable.
Hubspot is a perfect way to manage sales and marketing in a simple effective way.
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to see very helpful data regarding email activity with ease. I'm easily able to AB test emails which is immensely helpful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that there's no texting option within Hubspot. I use Salesmsg, but it doesn't integrate flawlessly. Hubspot doesn't recognize students have been contacted when they're texted via Salesmsg.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using workflows, I'm able to effectively and accurately communicate with hundreds of individuals.
Incredible Tool
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot makes it incredibly easy for a team to manage the workflow around contacting prospects and housing all relevant information about the individuals and deals associated with a company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to its robust database, HubSpot loads slowly on my laptop -- though it has no issue on my more powerful desktop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything involving sales. From cold prospecting, to email / calling, to scheduling meetings and demos, to detailing the pipeline and schedule of contact needs. It truly solves everything for my company.

My favourite aspect of Hubspot is the Sequences functionality. Here you can craft customized email templates and order them into a sequential email blast that can be customized on a per-customer basis. This allows for a massive expedition of outbound/cold open sales strategies.

Hubspot can be tricky for beginners. With so many different tools and ways of using them, beginners may find themselves overwhelmed with options, leading to difficulty finding a specific functionality or a general feeling of stress.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Hubspot I have been able to massively improve upon my outbound sales strategy, using Sequences. This tool alone has brought in sales and customers, not to mention the huge increase in productivity with the Tasks section helpfully nudging quality leads into your notifications box.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just dive in. The software may seem daunting at first with the sheer number of options and functionalities available, but the best way to learn is to simply use everything and improve through first-hand experience.
Great for small teams!
What do you like best about the product?
I've used HubSpot CRM at my last 2 startups, and love it! It's easy to use and I love the board view of my deals in the pipeline which helps me easily visualize where my deals are in the process
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be somewhat difficult to sync leads automatically. We use Stripe for self-serve and when someone signs up we have to add them automatically

Before HubSpot, we didn't have a great CRM. Now with Hubspot we're tracking deals better from marketing all the way through renewal
HubSpot: Simplified and Organized
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot allows its users to customize their portal in a way that benefits the individual and team. Allows for quick finds when needing to pull up info on the spot. User friendly and teachable!
What do you dislike about the product?
Large companies may have a hard time but overall this company is growing and they will work with what your company needs specifically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Used to your excel sheets to log leads and sales and after acquiring so many clients things slowed down.

It's really good as a Maketing platform
What do you like best about the product?
It's a simple design, with a very friendly use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It works very well for marketing, but there are some other things that could be better, for example, to configure the task and the follow ups, I could change a few things that other CRMs do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was a change from my company, they made the change.
A Convert from ACT
What do you like best about the product?
I like the email tracking. The fact that emails are automatically recorded against contacts. The deals section.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that there doesn't seem to be a way to search for phrases in notes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was using a very old version of ACT and due to an operating system upgrade it no longer worked. I was quite quickly able to replicate what I was doing on CRM and, of course, because it's in The Cloud I always have the details that I need to carry out my business to hand.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have a play with it first to see how it is going to satisfy you current requirements. Get familiar with customisations.
