The Training That Is Provided With The Free CRM Solution - Great Quality Of

What do you dislike about the product?
I really can not say anything negative about this Free CRM at all.

It has been for me a complete game-changer

If they could do something a little better it could be to have a more user-friendly getting started area for the training videos

Managing Clients and Prospects in an intuitive fashion

Have A Great Intuitive CRM that allows me the opportunity to build up my client base with an awesome looking U/I

Must-Try - A Complete No Brainer

Just take the time to do a little research on the Free CRM on places Like YouTube you will be pleasantly surprised at all that so many people are saying about it all

Just mess about with for a bit and take the time to see what is possible to implement and execute using it

What do you like best about the product?
Price is free for most products, the business card scanner
What do you dislike about the product?
Has limitations with Mac, has connection issues with outlook if your using multiple emails. wish it had a better calendar feature for scheduling reminders and follow up at a glance, It uses Outlook for calendar it does send notifications of tasks. It has a much more limited view on the mobile app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keeping data organized and is accessible on app on my mobile devices. I can scan in Business cards and input notes as soon as i walk out of the clients office. I can even send follow up emails relating to conversations I had with the client on the go. I can link files like quotes or price proposals of sensitive issue communication to the client profile for easy access.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The price is right. It does get pricy to add other features. Its great at managing basic customer records and contact points however getting effective usage reports are difficult and I have not been able to find Activity reports or views on my mobile devices. The business card scanner works much better then the last app i used

I would recommend but I still like CRM dynamics 365 better. It just feels and look more professional

What do you like best about the product?
If you are starting out and you have never use CRM before, It's a good starting spot because it's really easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have much dislike about it. I don't like the create contact tap it, it's asking for to much info. sometime to start of you just want to enter a client name in the system for start with out all the market region information
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending out a Mass Marketing email is a lot easier and it's nice that you can see the open rate, click rate. Also BOUNCES, UNSUBSCRIBES and if you are mark as a SPAM REPORTS.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a good place to start because you get everything that you need in one. Sales and Marketing tools.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that with Hubspot I can know who are the customers who open the invitations that they sent through email, I like that Hubspot is optimized and runs efficiently on most of the devices where I have installed it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot has allowed me to send hundreds of convenient emails and has helped me attract customers, but I have never noticed any failure or inconvenience when using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot has allowed me throughout the months that I have been using it to solve serious organizational problems that my company had been dragging from the beginning. Through its intuitive user interface, Hubspot has greatly facilitated the handling of functions, since everything is easy to understand.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to increase your company's sales and productivity without investing in expensive applications that guarantee you nothing, Hubspot is what you are looking for, it is a safe and reliable application. It is one of the best marketing and project management tools in the app market

What do you like best about the product?
I am very pleased that the application allows to integrate other office tools, which represents an increase in efficiency in my daily activities. I love that Hubspot allows me to manage my projects very effectively, I feel very comfortable using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot is a comprehensive and complete project management and marketing tool that has helped me tremendously for months. I haven't found anything negative since I use it, so I don't have bad comments about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Hubspot I have been able to improve the effectiveness of the emails that I send to my clients by understanding how they reacted to certain messages. It has been an interesting and very complex experience! Asana has also allowed me to improve the organization of my projects over the months.

If you are looking for a tool that allows you to increase the number of sales of your company through an intelligent and intuitive digital Marketing system, Hubspot could be what you want. It is a great application for companies of all sizes

What do you like best about the product?
I really like HubSpot because it offers me the possibility to save time of sequences and templates, I like it a lot because it is a very cool and efficient tool at all times, I love tracking functionality, I like it a lot because it allows me to send more or less 1500 emails per month, I love its interface because it is very easy to use and intuitive, giving me security and confidence, I feel really complete with this service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, thanks to HubSpot offering me a good quality of service with no flaws in its functions, I have no negative aspects at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to HubSpot, it has allowed me to increase the number of clients by increasing my sales productivity, allowing me to track them by facilitating my work. I also love that it is not only available on a computer but also on mobile devices.

If you are looking for a tool that has a good interface and that thanks to that is easy, safe and reliable HubSpot is the ideal for you, it is very easy to navigate, you will not need to be an expert to enjoy this great application because it also has a price Flexible will give you a very pleasant stay facilitating the integration to other services, HubSpot will help you a lot with the growth of your sales, you will not regret it.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is robust yet unintimidating. Apart from all of the excellent features offered, the HubSpot team is regularly making updates and improvements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost. It can get expensive as you grow and add more features but the value is fairly matched.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our website benefits from HubSpot's high performing servers and "out of the box" tools that immediately help optimize for search and performance.

Take your time to study the materials provided through HubSpot's Academy and take some certifications.

What do you like best about the product?
#1 is the ability to track e-mail opens without requesting a read receipt
#2 is the ease of scheduling e-mails in the future
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found the imports to be a challenge. A simple import works well but sometimes if I have multiple groups (like company and contacts) to update it seems a bit more complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had no visibility into what my lead gen and marketing teams were doing. Noe I get a complete view.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It has a lot of features in the free version. Hoping I grow into the paid version.

What do you like best about the product?
I like best the way everything is linked, between contacts and deals specifically. I can easily add contacts, along with all their information. I like that I can change the order of the columns showing, add, edit, or remove columns that I do not need. I like that I can add notes per each prospect, thus knowing what was said in the call or message, even with the free version. I would recommend it, and although I have not used all the features, I am sure there are many that will be useful for my business in the future. I like the deals section, where I can keep track of all my contacts, the calls I and my team have set up, the video calls that we have done (in the second column), the service agreements we have sent, the people who have actually signed the agreement and paid, and lastly, the deals that we have lost. Everything together in one place, it makes it simple to see and to act upon, especially analyzing where in the process are most of our clients, and figuring out how we can take them from one column to the next.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notes for each contact are not that visible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all my prospects in one place and knowing in what process they are in.

Look at all the videos to fully understand and take advantage of this CRM!
