Keeps track of my emails for me and makes me a better Salesman.
What do you like best about the product?
The feature that I use most in HubSpot is the email tracking portion. This allows me to send emails to prospects and know when they viewed that email. This gives me valuable insight as to when I should reconnect with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you need to keep logging in. It would be nice if there is a faster way/"keep me logged in" feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This CRM solves the issue of the unknown in the sales process for me. It gives me insight as to when a prospect may be ready to consider our service.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take advantage of the email tracking service.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is absolutely the most simple and clean CRM platform I've ever had the chance to use. It has so many capabilities and it offers so many different help channels via phone, chat or helpful blog posts. It's quick, it's fast and it's very easy to understand. I currently use Marketo and I have tried convincing my current company to go towards Hubspot because that's how much I vouch for it, it's so much easier to work with and can do a lot more than other CRM's combined.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would rarely, very rarely, glitch, where you'd have to refresh or you'd have to contact chat on how you can get things to work or flow right in workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've solved creating nurture tracks for customers who are not ready to buy yet, I've created lists for different segmentations and different workflows for customers who attend or haven't attended events.

HubSpot is one of the most streamlined CRM platforms for logical data organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to say about disliking HubSpot it's all laid out very user friendly

Have enjoyed this software much better than previous CRM's I have used
HubSpot Sales provides affordable solution to activity logging in higher ed administrative context
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales allows you to customize a list of engagement types so that staff can consistently log activities with clients. This was a HUGE improvement from our Google Form/spreadsheet, because it also allows to see the history of interactions per client and track other directory-level info that is useful to our work with faculty and graduate students.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some reporting limitations and customer service has been somewhat uneven. We are also currently unable to increase our engagement types beyond 30, which is causing some challenges in our continued use of the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staff are thrilled that the time they spend logging activities with clients are now all going into a user-friendly platform that they can use in their work with clients. (MUCH better than the Google Form we were using previously, which was only somewhat searchable.) We also frequently use the Sales tool query information about clients when questions are raised in leadership meetings. (Have we worked with this person? Let's check HubSpot!)
Easy to use CRM
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use is the biggest selling point. I've entered countless enhancements or upvoted others enhancements and have watched those be included in the latest release.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had a hard time getting 100% HubSpot integration as a CRM in two companies because it doesn't have a robust Financial functionality where Accounting can use it & the integrations don't seem robust enough either.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When trying to get 100% adoption I've come across issues with deals not having as much info as NetSuite, Accounting not being able to use it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's an easy, comprehensive solution that I'd highly recommend. Just ensure that all the tools you're using (and will continue to use) integrate.

I appreciate the many different ways that you can incorporate HubSpot with what we are currently doing. The transition and training has been seamless!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few reports that I would like to be able to personalize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email tracking is the biggest benefit that I have found.
User-friendly tool with great mobile experience
What do you like best about the product?
The mobile app is perfect for salespeople on the go. Business card scanner works well. Alerts and tasks makes it easy to manage multiple deals at once and stay on top of your to-do list.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting and dashboards is very template based - hard to customise to align with your specific sales processes and drill down into the data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborative selling in a geographically dispersed sales team. HubSpot Sales gives us great visibility over our sales pipeline and makes it easy to track deals progress. Sequences are a very helpful tool to send follow up emails and chase prospects.
Great marketing tool

Hubspot is great because it has everything I need all grouped together on one user-friendly platform!

It's overwhelming at first, but after the onboard training I felt confident to use it

Perfect CRM and Marketing Tools
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to connect the dots from all customer touchpoints.

The email marketing builder can be a little clunky at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to connect the dots from all customer touchpoints is a great help in understanding our customers, and the WordPress plugin allows us to track all website engagement within our CRM.
Professional tool for email marketing- but professional tools are not necessary userfriendly

The tool is very comprehensive in what it allows you to accomplish.

What do you dislike about the product?
As comprehensive as this tool is- it is also complex and quite difficult to use. It requires a lot of time to be spent figuring it out. If you have inherited the tool, is it also difficult to know what activity is been set up in the past. In some cases- we found that previous employees of a company had set up a loop by which users were essentially being misdirected and were not able to find out products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used HubSpot CRM to automate our marketing emails and to personalise communication with our customers ensuring we are properly engaging with them.
