HubSpot for CRM and VoIP
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is a very straightforward and convenient CRM to use. You can easily add contacts via their phone numbers or email addresses and their companies and pther details will auto-populate on the contact card if the details you enter are legirimately connected with the business. Making calls via the HubSpot dialer is also efficient with it giving you the opportunity to write and leave notes with the call you just made on the prospect's profile.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are too many information fields available and some of them may be deemed redundant. Emailing system (new feature) and calendar sync are not running as smoothly as advertised.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is great for using one application/system for all your lead generation and marketing needs. The benefits are awesome CRM features, Notes and History, and VoIP among others. It also lets you give credit to specific individuals who upload and contact leads to "own" them as their prospects and give credit where it is due more easily.

This is a one-stop hub for all your marketing needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Dashboard is very good, the information are good to understand. excellent way to connect and do the followup with clients. You store more data with respect to lead its contact information and the reason from cold call to conversion.

There is no dislike

What do you like best about the product?
The ease with which I can create website, landing pages, forms and do email marketing is great. It is so easy to navigate and track traffic.
What do you dislike about the product?
To create Active Lists - I have to select each list of contacts one by one, there should be a easier way to integrate the lists at once.

Hubspot CRM has easy to use UX, UI and of course it free of cost. It comes with all the required integration options also, like you may integrate it with Hubspot Sales and directly upload your data through this in CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't have many features when it comes to reporting formatting, it lacks few basic analytical charts to demonstrate the accuracy of your campaigns
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To store and safe your precious information like prospects data and contact details, Also, the pipeline information of your prospects and clients is not safe in Excels so, it helps to make it accessible and safe.

A must-have tool for startups who really don't want to spend on high-end CRMs like Salesforce

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using HubSpot for over 10 years across 5 different companies and I even have my own personal instance as well. This platform is the best by far when it comes to CRM, Marketing, Email Sequencing, Page Activity Tracking and so much more. I have used the platform as a the most valuable tool in my armory to establish new markets for greenfields and mature businesses and their products. The level of frictionless integration with email clients of all kinds simply helps to put it out front of any competitor.. It is simply the best... Hands Down... End of Story
What do you dislike about the product?
Absolutely Not A Thing... There is nothing about HubSpot which I do not like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problems I have solved across multiple businesses are broad.. Let's start with easy adoption by experienced sales teams be they young or old. The ease with which people can use the product from day one, and then continue using the product, is second to none. I have convinced several mature organisations to move away from SalesForce, Microsoft CRM and others because user satisfaction was non existent and data quality was poor. I convinced them to come to HubSpot. The user adoption went through the roof each and every time and stayed there long term. The data quality went up. The use of the platform genuinely assisted sales successes and provided augmented sales capability. The migration was frictionless and the teams loved it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do not wait until it is too late. If you have had an extended period of poor user adoption and satisfaction on less user friendly platforms such as SalesForce or others. Do a POC now or simply change because only your business will suffer.

The best feature of this is I can throw a support ticket in the system and my technicians can see them in real-time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything yet I dislike about it yet.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot allows you to save canned messages for texts, and create email templates, which allows for quick and easy outreach to leads. I also enjoy that hubspot merges duplicate leads that may come in, so that a lead does not get assigned to more than one sales rep.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is more difficult to mass email on Hubspot. In order to do so, you have to add a tag for each student, create a list and then create an email to send out to them. It would be much easier to click all leads, and mass email them at once. It also does not have text communication written on the main page for each lead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiently reaching out to leads in an efficient manner.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to see reports in real time. Whether it's sales related or tracking calls and call times its nice to be able to see what is going on at any given time within the company. The app is also a good add on and easy to use on your phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software is very glitchy - there are times when calls will not complete or get stuck in dead air - other times that notes will not log and all data is lost. The app can sometimes be hard to use and time out. Using the mobile version online is most of the time easiest. Would also be nice to have the ability to call a number out of hubspot that you can just type in and not have to save

What do you like best about the product?
Switched to HubSpot from Salesforce and haven't looked back. It's pretty easy to use and customize. I've been able to set it all up by myself! It haven't even had the chance to unleash it's most powerful tools yet, and I'm already a fan.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some random features that will be down or broken. They fix them pretty quick, but can provide the occasional inconvenience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to stay on top and ahead of my leads, and with the automation features, it's like having a personal assistant!

What do you like best about the product?
It's very intuitive and easy to use, it integrates with gmail, and the customer support is fantastic!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a limited number of reports available and they are complicated to customize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to track all of our sales and marketing activities, see live metrics, and track all follow up tasks.

Well worth the expense! The customer service, training programs, and free resources available are amazing.
