What do you like best about the product?
It's a very easy and simple CRM platform if you are looking to organize your leads/contacts
What do you dislike about the product?
It is more of a marketing CRM than sales CRM. Too many legal permissions needed to send out emails for your legitimate clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It integrates with the G suite really well and can transition seamlessly between both

HubSpot is a very useful tool because it offers us a real-time visual control, we can track our clients automatically and social networks or phone calls are stored in a line in a very organized way which saves us a lot of time. for best results

This incredible tool has been the solution to improve our business I have nothing to dislike

This software is amazing, it is the smartest and easiest option to improve our business since its diverse features are very helpful. We can send notifications in real time and perfectly organize all the details of the communication with my clients. of the company Templates and Programming this tool is fantastic and its benefits are incredible

I always recommend that I can keep track of the activities in a more organized and safe way about our articles, helping to give more fluidity and confidence to our sales, allowing us to obtain great conformity with our clients when obtaining information about our articles.

What do you like best about the product?
Offers comprehensive capabilities with full integration with popular applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not have what I would term a major dislike. If I worked for a very small company it could be overkill but for the majority of places I worked it did what I needed. It would be a matter of best value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Central location for all customer facing activities. Ability to access it via mobile devices. Used it for case studies, white papers and more. Great multiple uses.
Getting more great features added all the time
What do you like best about the product?
The filters are great, but if the notes filed could be relational (searchable) that would be fantastic (SalesForce has this feature)
What do you dislike about the product?
same as above - the notes field needs to be able to search. For example, I write in the notes that I met the potential client skiing. I cannot remember his name, but I remember skiing, and that should bring me to him.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The templates and sequences once I figured them out is great. Some of the features are only accessible for the Sr level managers so that is frustrating when you are to do your own target marketing within your region. The @mention within our team is great, but it is unfortunate when one of the team has not been added (to save on costs).

This is a great CRM with customizable fields.

What do you like best about the product?
The campaign wizard made it very simple to deploy various drip marketing campaigns to all different types of groupings and breakdowns of leads in the system. This allowed us to nurture the lead until it was ready to be worked by an Account Executive.
What do you dislike about the product?
We tended to customize a lot of the reports not finding the canned reports quite what our management team was looking for in data analysis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot allows us to capture leads from our various inbound Marketing activities and create campaigns to nurture those leads giving our account executives the most information and focus on the leads with the most potential to convert to clients.
We were also very pleased with the integration to Salesforce allowing us to create workflow processes for account onboarding.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
The biggest challenge with all CRMs is what to do with your existing data. Make sure you clean it up as much as possible. It is better to leave out bad data than to import it, especially into a new system. Hubspot made it very easy to import our existing leads from Marketo and from Salesforce in ways that still preserved the data we had captured for that lead.
User-friendly, but consistent bugs
What do you like best about the product?
I feel it is very intuitive and easy to learn. I much prefer the UX to SalesForce.
What do you dislike about the product?
They have constant problems, such as global outages, certain functionalities breaking, etc. And quite often they take HOURS to fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Aside from the bugs, no real problems. I love the task lists and workflow automation, as well as creating very drilled-down lists based on lead activity.

Not the most reliable CRM-- but very easy to learn.
Easy to Use and Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot CRM offers the flexibility of being a CRM but also encompassing tools for marketing automation and Customer Success. Everything under one umbrella.
What do you dislike about the product?
Questions and issues are answered very quickly however, if there is something you want added to the platform you need to post it and hope enough people want the same feature before it may or may not be added.

Keeping contacts up to date. Tailoring messages for different personas. Staying organized.

HubSpot helps me to keep cents of clients up to date and helps me a lot managing my day-to-day life at work.

Great tool for automating internal systems
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and incredible knowledge centre and services. Offers a great range of automation services and can be quite easily integrated with internal systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes confusing on what updates are as so many things have constantly developed it can be hard to navigate the knowledge centre to find most relevant and up to date article on exact functionalities you are looking for but Hubspot teams usually very responsive on queries and issues in regards to systems

The mail organisation - the way its arranged by date to go back to past mails
