Amazing product!!
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is by far the easiest CRM system I have used. It streamlines the entire sales process and helps keep those involved on the same page.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it crashes, but it's only been 2 or 3 times since March (Now late October) so it's been very rare.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps keep everyone organized and on the same page with prospects and clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to track all of my client interactions easily with the HubSpot CRM. The plugin makes it easy to track my emails, opens, and create a timeline of conversations to create context for each meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the plugin does not work on Firefox. That is a bit of a letdown.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to avoid issues of miscommunications and save a bunch of time using the email templates available.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is one of the easiest CRMs to use and has more flexibility than all the others on the market.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot allows organisation to have a symmetrical information across all departments to ease communication. It also helps manage customer flows accordingly from stages to stages. Data analytics that comes along with it allows flexible data to be acquired in whichever ways the organisation would require.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot CRM on browser has a user friendly interface. However, the application is less user friendly when it comes to obtaining/viewing certain information such as contacts, it does not sync within the browser. Often times we get what we search on the browser, but on the app, it doesn't seem to appear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer pipeline, distinguish what is needed to be done for each customer. Particularly useful when we have over
ten thousands of customer that we need to manage to make sure none gets left out.

If you have tons of customer info that needs to be communicated cross department wise, go for it

I like the tracking the best, it helps me know that i am close to quota and on track with my peers

sometimes sorting out your leads is a bit confusing

I have realized how much time i save logging and tracking calls and emails on this site

If you are still small company or entrepreneur it is for you because there is a free plan with plenty of great features out of charge!! (But also there is paid plans if you need more features).
Interface is amazing simple and very clean. Super user friendly so I am a big fun of the sotfware,
You have got a big dashbord where you can reach evry important information and the ease of adding new report and or create a new dashbord for other team (sales, marketing etc.) is brilliant.
You can connect / integreate tons of other apps for the quicker and more efficent workflow.

Great that it has lots of features but it takes time to study it :).
I think it is a bit pricey than the others.

Made my organization and management much more efficient. Every company has to use Hubspot CRM system and get more revenue.

Ease of use with plenty of features and you can integrate much more app.
Great CRM tool for small to medium size companies. Very simple to use and user friendly.

Simply to use. Great support team. Great UI and UX.

Does not enable complex workflows and more specific sync options.
In Salesforce under the Campaign Members table, HubSpot does not re-stamp the data field for Member Update Status Date for returning users who filled out the form already before. It does it only once and first time. It's hard to track returning users who filled out our forms again.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data integrations and ensuring sync between all platforms is working correctly. Simple to build workflows, which there were more options there to select from. The initial screen for workflows should be folders, and a folder for recent workflows where you can view the last changes.
HubSpot does it all!
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot CRM is beyond user friendly and easy for all levels of users. Not only is this content management but its a "hub" for all of the sales and marketing tools that are in one spot for all users to use and collaborate.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far there are few things I dislike about HubSpot CRM. They can improve upon templates, making them more user friendly and not so much backend template work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been more collaborative bridging the creative, marketing and sales forces. Having viewpoints of sales and marketing together makes sending out emails and updating contact lists more beneficial.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the integration with my email account so I don't always have to open the platform to update and track the information. Due to the manner of my business I appreciate the templates through email as I have to send the same email on a repeated basis so this saves time.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the more difficult things is due to a recent change when tracking deals. Previously you could just click on the stage and it would update, but now you have to open up a separate window to update. I preferred the previous format over the current.
Tracking tasks can be a bit difficult as well. After setting a task it seems as it is not very easy to navigate through the completion of them.
The other issue that I have run into is trying to get back through any emails as they group them together in an odd way rather than a simple running timeline of emails that have been sent and received. Would like to see that area be edited for a better ease to search through if necessary. To overcome that I have used the notes option to have a faster reference for very specific information.

Easily housing all of our information in one area for our company has been very helpful.

Great service to use but need to develop a clear strategy with standard operating procedures to have the full benefits.

What do you like best about the product?
The simple and friendly-user layout of the website, makes it very easy to navigate and pull certain documents or templates to use. It also does a great job at keeping you organized. I also think that HubSpot CRM has a great support team that can help anyone with their problems
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of my dislikes is that the templates don't expire or get deleted after a certain period of time. Usually doesn't happen but when the site is slow or a certain feature isn't working. Another problem that I have with HubSpot CRM is that it gives tips way too often
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Theres a lot of problems being solved with HubSpot Crm such as staying organized and on schedule, not to mention easier to keep track of certain email templates. Another problem that HubSpot CRM is solving by using the site is loosing track of accounts or account information required to track certain orders or POs that haven't been paid yet or mailed out yet. HubSpot CRM is also beneficial because it lets us know when invoices that have been sent out are received so we know when to follow up and track the PO making sure we don't loose track of money or products. In doing so keeping our finances in line.

It is a great software that is extremely easy to use and has great support team that can assist any need you have. Keeps you extremely organized

Hubspot is a simple and clean CRM that allows us to organize our business. The fact that it's free makes it a steal.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything I dont like. I mean I cant complain about having a free CRM

Just organizing our clients and leads in an effective manner.
