So much more than a CRM

What do you like best about the product?
Too many thing to list! I particularly like the fact that we can pre qualify inbound leads automatically and schedule tasks to keep on top of daily activity. I love the fact that it works seamlessly with our website and we can see when customers revisit our site and we can see what they look at, enabling us to target our sales activity to the warmest leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using it for 4 months and have not found anything to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can now prioritise by creating lists tailored to different groups of prospects. Such as open deals and new customers.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is incredibly easy to learn, and helped us automate email sends, landing page builds, and email list creation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email design on Hubspot can be pretty static, and you will need to know HTML to do more complex templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email outreach and landing page building without having to wait for development work. Great for last minute campaigns.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is the industry standard for a reason! Has all the marketing automation tools you need to help with lead generation.

What do you like best about the product?
That in this way I manage to contact all the clients, practical and easy to use. I had never used this tool before, it is simply the best investment a company can make for its employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it has intermittencies but this does not hinder the work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Practical

It is one of the best CRMs since I have worked in companies where they develop their own CRM, and honestly, this one surpasses it.

Hubspot is a Multifunctional CRM

What do you like best about the product?
The task function makes it very easy to keep track of and manage your pipeline. I actually like the automated 5th Day of Trial tasks and the 48 Hours left in trial tasks because if I accidentally forget to create a task for one of my leads it's puts them back in line with my Pipeline, however I wish it would only send me those notifications if I forgot to make a task for them and not just randomly do it for some of my deals, 85% of which normally already have a task assigned to them for that day.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be beneficial to update/upgrade the platforms ability to filter your pipeline and deals. One thing that does not work on the platform is when occasionally contacts get associated with the wrong deals for your pipeline. It is also frustrating that there is a limit to the number of contacts that you can have in the system. It is frustrating that the deals don't autofill as paid when a customer pays like a contact does.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very annoying that anytime I send an email from any of my emails on my computer the person I sent the email to gets a Welcome to our company type email and then advertising emails all the time. It is beneficial that when I email a potential new client a contact is created for them and they are assigned to me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great CRM to track, maintain, and manage your pipeline. The platform is very easy to use and very easy to manage. Their tools help you to keep track of and manage your day to day.

Hubspot is okay

What do you like best about the product?
Reminds me of all of the tasks I have, and there is a check and balance with the deal board to make sure nothing slips through the cracks
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to text through it. When bugs occur and we have to shut down our sales team for the day.

Bringing on a lot of leads from online and offline sources

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to connect Hubspot to my Gmail account allows me to save so much time when replying to my company's clients. It is convenient and gives me the time to focus on other tasks throughout the day. Would recommend to everyone dealing with clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the abiltiy to create folders within folders to moe easily group templates together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Massive time saver as I am in contact with dozens of clients throughout the day. Helps to more effectively and efficiently contact the company's clients.

What do you like best about the product?
It works well as a CRM. The integration with gmail is really useful, as well as being able to access Hubspot Templated from gmail.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a couple of things that don't seem to make sense, for example if you try to search for an email address in the top search bar, even though that email address is in the system it may not immediately come up, and Hubspot will instead suggest another email that doesn't match what was input..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really helps to keep all contacts in one place, and stay organized with follow ups. Also, the feature that allows you to book meetings to your calendar is amazing, and has really helped keep track of appointments.

It has a ton of features available, so know what you want to use it for.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the things I really like about Hubspot is the suggestions that are given to help make my templates more readable. After I complete my templates I use the suggestions that are given to ensure that my emails have a high engagement rate and I have seen the results that this facet of the tool delivers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not clear on how to utilize Hubspot exclusively as a CRM. This is more on my company than on HubSpot because the company has not had formal training for our employees on how to best use HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being in sales, I really need to reach out to as many people as possible whether it is through phone calls, emails, or the like. Before HubSpot, I was left to manually maintain a lot of my sales records on my own which really got in the way of my personal productivity. Hubspot has helped me to create unique messages that reach my clientele in a much more efficient way. I believe that HubSpot has allowed me to reach more people than I would have been able to on my own while ensuring that the interactions I have with clients are individual and unique.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot is a great tool that will definitely make your company's work experience easier and more user-friendly. Their team has been very helpful in ensuring that their product is meeting and exceeding the expectations that our company has for this tool.

Easy to use Templates

What do you like best about the product?
Templates are great. They have helped save me lots of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I send a template to multiple recipients at once I cannot tell who is opening the message. For example, if I am in my email and looking at the date and time I sent a message, just by previewing it in my sent items identifies someone as opening the message which throws off the tracking. If I could have specifics in the activity of the contacts opening, I wouldn't need to go to my email to see who I sent it to and when.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can see how interested a customer may be in my offering by tracking their opens and clicks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't just jump in, take some time to learn how to use it. It will save you a lot of time!!
