Hubspot CRM - great holistic solution
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot connects all the dots ... as a marketing brain - including calls, emails, web visits, marketing scoring, reports etc. It is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
Requires a few hours training g but well crafted courses and testing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Puts a better profile and scoring of prospects by gathering all related activities -- web visits, emails opened, clicks, outbound marketing, calls etc and scoring each touch
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great CRM -- so intuitive and excellent training modules.
Excellent CRM tool for all levels of business.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of HubSpots CRM tool, but by far my favorite thing about the product is the excellent customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to export your entire client list is a bit of a bummer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using this CRM is is very easy to teach other people how to utilize it as well to track clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't be afraid to contact customer support regarding any questions you have. I have had great experiences in the past with them!
Great Freemium Model
What do you like best about the product?
The Free Plan is not only super useful and seamless integrates into a Paid Plan, but it allows you to slowly migrate your marketing workflow over to the platform without having to blindly rebuild your stack without being able to get a handle for it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price jumps pretty substantially between each Pricing Tier. Wish there was a bit more a la carte options

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to attribute by source and channels we are acquiring customers and leads from.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot lacks certain automated features like being able to easily segment customers by which products they are purchasing on a website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Attribution, Buying cycle timeline, automation. Hubspot's CRM is allowing us to better understand where customers are coming from and where to allocate advertising spend to increase sales.
Good for the price but needs to improve
What do you like best about the product?
It is great for analytics as you can create a report for literally anything but the marketing aspects are very good as well as you can send emails and create your own landing pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
The templates are a bit bland and difficult to edit and there is still more that can be done if you are good at coding but if you aren't you are up a creek without a paddle
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are tracking our deals, contacts and marketing events that we attend and hold. The benefits is that it is very easy to get to either through your computer or on your phone and the entire company can look at it
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is good for the price but realize it is very early in their creation and it will only get better it is solid at the moment but can be greatly improved
HubSpot Shows All My Leads Beautifully
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to see all my applications and completed deals from my ad campaigns all in one place - it's great to be able to compare quarter to quarter as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our company HubSpot manager would have more feedback on dislikes - but I currently dislike I'm only able to pull in 3 ad sources on the Ads display.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're solving issues in our pipeline of when clients are brought in via a particular lead source, leave and return organically to fill out our application and being able to attribute to the proper deal source than the final resulting source.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'd highly recommend it to anyone trying to track their leads effectively at any point in their sales pipeline who is having issues currently doing so.
CRM Software with lots of features and some bugs
What do you like best about the product?
The Hubspot CRM software had a lot of the features we were looking for in an CRM like the ability to create custom campaigns and email designs.
What do you dislike about the product?
When creating custom designs some of the features were not all that intuitive to use and hubspot had it own markup language which had a slight learning curve
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The hubspot CRM was used to manage and maintain our company mailing lists and to reach out to consumer on a regular basis with their automatic campaign scheduling
Great Program
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot allows me and my team to keep all of our contacts in one place and make sure we never miss a customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Program is great! Have yet to run into an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to better organize emails and contacts. This has allowed us to reach all of our customers and better take care of them.

Great program. Integration is key for this to operate smoothly.
An efficient tool for marketing CRM
What do you like best about the product?
It's FREE ... at least what I am using. It is possible to upgrade multiple sections whether that be marketing, sales or service. If there are multiple users I'm sure the cost would be significant if you were to open up the CRM all the way.
There activity feed is a great feature that shows how many times an email has been opened. The free version only tracks 200 activities a month.
I've integrated a chat box for my website which feeds into the "Conversations" tab. This part also allows you to see chat, Facebook Messenger conversations that are tied to your account. Very handy.

What do you dislike about the product?
When creating a contact it is a little cumbersome to add certain contact information that most people would probably use. You have to click down a couple levels to get to the area where you add things like website or even company name.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot has helped streamline my lead follow up and nurturing. Even while using the free version, there is still a ton of usability. Setting up reminders to call or email while linked in with previous conversations is a great feature.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are just starting out with a small team, there is a ton of functionality available at no charge.
Amazing Product to keep track of everything!
What do you like best about the product?
I LOVE Hubspot. It is a great product to keep track of all information from the moment the lead is captured all the way through onboarding and property management.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price -- unfortunately it is very costly once you get into having multiple users within the interface. The basic models are much more reasonably priced, but your actions are limited at that price point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
"dropping the ball" has been reduced. It was very difficult for us to keep track of everything during the lead capture and nurture stage.
