Best CRM I have come across till date
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot CRM is a free CRM- its very user friendly, integrates well with almost all the other softwares and apps that you could be using. You also get a free chat feature to integrate in your website!
What do you dislike about the product?
Compared to other CRMs- I would say nothing. However, they could have made more sales & marketing features free.
The paid version could turn out to be quite expensive for big teams- however it all depends on your budget. The free version would enable you to do most of your content management hassle free.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organising customers and their orders in one place- centralised system where we can log in queries, assign the lead to a sales person and update the status (eg quotation sent, converted, missed opportunity etc.)
Grouping contacts based on industries.
Easy update to entire team.
Streamline the entire process- from getting a lead, following up, uploading artworks, etc at one place so that everyone can have a look at it if someone's not in and can assign the customer to someone else.
Have access to all e-mail threads with a client.
Then an option to integrate mailers- see who has opened the mailers, assign customers to different industries so that we can send out industry specific mailers etc.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend going for HubSpot- at least try it out once before going for a paid CRM. It's simple, easy to use and ideal for small businesses that do not have a big budget.

What do you like best about the product?
Good customizability for the data that is on the card. Pretty accurate reads too.
What do you dislike about the product?
It still struggles with phone numbers. Also, it doesn't add the details found on the card to an existing contact. It just says that the contact already exist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As all our contacts are already registered in hubspot before meeting them. It doesn't really benefit me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a very good product if you want to add contacts in Hubspot but not if you want to add additional info to an existing contact in hubspot. Improvement to be made
SUPER EASY automations!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the automations in hubspot. They make lead nurturing super easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is that some important bits of information are buried in several layers of menus. Not terribly bad, but something I find myself rubbing against the wrong way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving my sales team's problem of spending too much time with initial lead nurturing. The automations have already saved them hundreds of hours!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have more than 1,000 contacts in your system it's worth switching to Hubspot. Less than 1,000 and you can get by with other softwares. But if you're thinking about automations, you can't get better than Hubspot. Plus they integrate seamlessly with Zapier so you can connect Hubspot to thousands of other apps (including Formstack, Salesmsg, and Typeform).
Shortcuts for the repetitive tasks
What do you like best about the product?
I love the opportunities to create a template reply while also making small edits to the template replies to make them really personal, like when I use the Snippets or Templates tools throughout my day in HubSpot. It gives me a quick and easy way to write a response but also easily edit it to make it customized to who I am working with at that moment. It saves me so much time!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few small changes that would make my work more organized. For example, if you could assign deals to multiple companies, it would keep our partner program much more streamlined in the CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a growing company, HubSpot helps remind the sales team when a customer has requested for more information. This helps make sure that we don't let anything slip the cracks by using workflows to set automated task reminders for outreach. It's been very helpful as our team continues to grow quickly!
Hubspot provides visibility
What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can use hubspot to manage my entire workflow - whether is through reporting, assigning tasks to myself or others, or automating reach outs
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating dashboards can become tedious in that the tool is somewhat finicky, and it is sometimes hard to manipulate it to show the data I want

Hubspot saves us lots of time by allowing us to automate sequences, and by automatically assigning contacts to owners
Easy to use CRM, and the best thing is that its free!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the Hubspot CRM for our business. Its easy to use and its a free software. What i find very practical is that its usable in combination with their other platforms like the sales platform, marketing platform and their help platform which is for customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont likethat their additionol modules are quite pricy. Their are alternatives that may be cheaper. That said this software has everything integrated very well. Another thing i dislike is that it only supports voip and not traditional telephony.

Have the customer data in one view and combining it with other hubspot products.
Small SaaS business - transitioned from SalesForce to Hubspot
What do you like best about the product?
I like the automation dearies like email templates, snippets, and suggestions for email improvements. I like the email tracking letting me know when an email or asset was opened. I like that it populated contact info from email address. The learning paths were amazing and useful beyond HS.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a little difficult to navigate. Sometimes hard to find the specific field or action I’m looking for. Not always clear what field I need to use to drive a reporting metric.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Need for integrated marketing, sales and service single software was the big one.

Helps me stay on task
What do you like best about the product?
I can wake up in the morning and turn on the application and look at the new task i have for that day. It makes my day alot easier being organized. This application has made things a lot easier for us to manage the day to affairs of the office.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that i used to be able to make as complete from the task bar, but now I have to check all boxes in order to mark a task as being complted. It may make things more accurate but it does effect the ease of use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Task tab has helped us to keep track of follow ups with potential customer, and allows me to keep track of emils that i need to write and phone calls that I need to make. Tasks that would have been lost or forgotten about are now getting completed thanks to Hubspot

Really simple, easy to use interface. They are constantly updating it with great features.

Sometimes slow loading speed, occasional bugs in the UI

We log every deal in hubspot, so as an all in one software its awesome.

A great all in one software to track deals emails tasks. Really good internal search feature makes it perfect.
hubspot a great tool with high standarts
What do you like best about the product?
For me the best about Hub Sport CRM is that it is a free tool and you dont have to payp for it. Also its very easy to implement and to use every business day. Another really great feature are the free certificats that you are able to do on their website. Many customers are interested in certificats and Hub Spot CRM was a great way to show them that i am able to do tasks for them the right way.
What do you dislike about the product?
The high cost when buying it. its free to use but the price to buy is very high. Also there is just 1 Plan available wich makes it imposible to dont pay for plugins that you dont need.

Im making my leads to serious business contacts.
