What do you like best about the product?
The way that reporting is done really helps you identify what steps to take to remediate the problems it found. Old pen test reports or Nessus scans just give you a big list or possible issues. Pentera has that in the background, but prioritizes what was successful and what fixes will have the biggest impact.
What do you dislike about the product?
Upgrades between major versions can be cumbersome, but support has been good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped us achieve and maintain our ISO 27001 certification. It also helps us address misconfigurations and have confidence our security is working.

It has an easy to use interface, but goes into depth with both the exploits and reporting. The remediation wiki puts it above other solutions.

I would like the external and internal tests to be a bit easier to conduct together.

User friendly interfaxe with comprehensive report for both management and tech level. System issues remedies are available with what-if simmulations. Cleans any and all traces of all penetration activities. Great tool to test existing protection software and policies.
