Great product to improve your cybersecurity posture
What do you like best about the product?
- Allow to save time , doing more scans and focusing on what's important
- Allow us to delegate cybersecurity tasks to people with less skills or experience

What do you dislike about the product?
Actually we are satisfied and do not have something we would dislike - escept maybe some improvment we may wait ( as managing false positive/follow the remediation/actions in the console itself) but that's something the team is aware off and it should come in the roadmap in a near future
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have reorganized our way to manage cybersecurity pentesting , scans, around Pentera , as well as our global strategy.
We are using each products of Pentera depending of our need , on a daily basis. It allow us to solve the most important problem we had : time.
With Pentera we are able to delegate to less skills people some tasks , and focus more on remediation and/or on others security tasks we have.
Pentera also allow us to have a common "core" propduct with similar apporach and then to build a security conitnuum between web app security , attack surface , pentesting (bray box , blackbox) , ad security...

Flexible, powerful, automated pentesting tool
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that everything is automated and can be scheduled to our liking make it very easy to use continuously. The wide range of scenario and how customizable they are allow to cover a lot of use cases easily is also very appreciable. The attack path for every achievement/exploit is always detailed, with references to security standards/remediation steps helping us a lot in understanding what we have to do to fix the vulnerabilities/misconfigurations in our environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say there is anything I dislike about Pentera as they really listen to customer feedback the product is evolving at a high pace and in the good direction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pentera helps us do internal pentesting to ensure we don't have any big misconfiguration that could lead to security exposure. We also use the cloud module for a similar purpose, see if there are attacks paths that could lead to privilege escalation, data compromision , etc. We also use Pentera to challenge our other security products EPP/EDR/SOC team... to see if we're able to detect such activities, to train our incident response process and so on.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is simple, easy to navigate and utilize. It provides great tools to deep dive onto your architecture. Extremely powerful the set of scan provided out of the box
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the upgrade in place does not work as expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do not have enough and skilled resources to do what Pentera provides automatically.

Remediation wiki very detailed, whenever present.

What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of new vulnerabilities and TTPs added monthly.
Lack of a robust RBAC system to give partial rights to users.

Pentera helps us find the most exploitable vulnerabilities in our environment to prioritize remediation efforts.
Automating pentesting helps me with simple, repetitive processes

nice remedation help with all vulns. It help us to improove with a big infrastucture. True really easy to use.

Its speed and intuitive, the best is graphical tree of vulnerabilities

We have had some difficulty installing it due to bastion and OS issues

Pentest of a lot of servers in few minutes
AS a "non-technologist", I find their interactions always very powerful - I learn every time.
What do you like best about the product?
They are pro-active and their user community very knowledgeable and sharing!

not always possible to attnd strategic conferences/seminars (limited places).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My understanding is they help us with pro-active defences and advise on new threats and defence tools . . .

What do you like best about the product?
It does help us to find non-managed or undiscovered vulnerabilities automatically in our networks and to prioritize others known based on a attack-vector basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Is does not provide ability to perform parallel scans or to pause a scan and run another one and then resume the first one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is finding unmanaged assets / unknown vulnerabilities and helping us to prioritize the mitigation efforts

What do you like best about the product?
We like the automatic testing from the product very well. Plus the priorities which are give to solve the findings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much that we dislike, but the price of the product is a bit high.
