What do you like best about the product?
Levitate has saved me so much time in creating professional emails and sending them out promptly. The new AI feature has been a lifesaver in creating emails that would have taken me a long time to make myself. I also love that I meet with my specialist every three months and he has knowledge on what types of emails to use and what emails get the attentions of customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything at this point that I dislike about the program at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making it possible for me to keep in touch with customers and prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
I like levitatE because it can be personalized to one individual or company or a pre-selected group. You can customize campaign templates or use theirs. Customization is big.
What do you dislike about the product?
This software is a lot of work, not just marketing or prospecting. It is also maintaining your current book of business. The Downside is It takes a part-time person to maximize it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Levitate solves the problem of a response from a client or potential client you're sending out to. Levitate is not a fair comparison with Constant Contact. Both very different functions.

The premade campaigns are fantastic and they have different templates for everything we need

Nothing, we have not had any issues with it.

Ease of scheduling and seeing my future roll-out calendar.

Sometimes there are duplicate emails across different types of clients. Wish it recognized the duplicates.

What do you like best about the product?
The Levitate team members have been friendly, professional and personable. The Levitate dshboard is user friendly and the one on one opportunity to work with your assigned team member is very helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to dislike anything; Levitate is great!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Levitate is helping our organization to connect with donors on a more personal level AND more frequently. Scheduling content ahead of time is extremely helpful with limited staffing.

What do you like best about the product?
The automations allowed in Levitate let me set up workflows for interactions without having to constantly tend to them. The customer support available is some of the best I've seen.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hope it can integrate with a wider range of systems in the future. This is probably a function of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It lets me automate contact with people without having to check on things constantly. It also gives me access to Levitate's experts to use their tools best.

What do you like best about the product?
1) The ability to conduct large email campaigns.
2) The support in learning the application.
3) The Outlook plugin.
4) The automation and triggers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm a new user, so I don't know enough yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1) Conducting email campaigns that are not labor intensive.
2) It's a decent CRM, so we could eliminate our previous one.
3) The price is right.

What do you like best about the product?
So far the best thing I like about Levitate is its ability to track email open/read rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could integrate with outlook and our CRM a little bit better. It makes some processes like sending an email a little more manual.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us on the marketing front by being able to send out mass email campaigns, then track them to focus in on contacts/leads that may be interested.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Levitate for 2 years now with amazing results. Our open rate for emails is nearly 70%, and are getting many responses. Often those responses lead to greater business opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system is very complex and it took us a while to get the hang of it, but our service rep Kelly walked us through each step as we met quarterly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our client communication was mostly junk that our clients were not opening and certainly were not reading. Now, we have 68% open rate and responses to our emails that have generated additional revenue. We are not only reaching out to touch our clients more often, but the content is information they value!
