The interface is very intuitive. The options are countless, the organization into collections makes everything easy to understand and use. Being able to organize things in your own collections is also a great feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing to dislike at all. Perhaps marking items to download in bulk, including a list of attribution links would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly finding illustrations with different styles, downloading and organizing them immediate or future use. Finding illustrations from the same artist is not always easy, and having them all available in one place makes it easier to keep a coherent visual identity.

Remember to bookmark or like the images, and organize them into collections. This is a quick click away, and it helps keep track of everything.
Quality Graphics for Inspirational Creativity
What do you like best about the product?
There's a significant amount of graphic resources, templates, and photos that you can use to inspire your creativity. These graphics and/or photos were done or supplied by other designers and photographers to be used on your own projects (giving the credit due).
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been using Freepik for many years, and there were not so many restrictions as there are today, but I understand they are trying to make a better profit. Nowadays, you find too many "premium" graphics you have to pay for, and you have a limitation on downloads per day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find lots of graphics that I can edit to accomplish what I want. All the vector images I get, I can edit to my needs. This process helps me finish my work faster and easier than starting on a blank canvas.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Since many people are using them as well, I recommend being used as an inspiration for your ideas and edit the graphics as much as you can for your projects

I have to keep signing in anytime I need to download a premium image

Great Freepik experience
What do you like best about the product?
Freepik has a huge repository of resources for designers. It costs very little. I am so humbled to see such a great service. I deliberately pay for it so the contributors can earn. The user experience is best. It's easy to find resources, I got better suggestions based upon the type of design I was looking for. There is also series of similar graphics in various layouts. For example, if there is a flyer in the verticle format, the same flier is available in square as well as horizontal format. This helps a lot in creating designs for various needs. Such as the Horizontal version for Facebook banner, Verticle for Whatsapp version, and square version of Instagram post.
What do you dislike about the product?
None in particular. At this price point, no other service can compete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wanted to create some designs for an NGO. I didn't have much time to build it from scratch. Freepik offered me great resources. I was able to complete my designs in very little time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
At this price point, no other website offers such a number of resources. It's a great tool to save time and leverage existing graphics resources. Take annual premium membership which is a very affordable option. Check for any coupon code available at the time of purchase. the price listed on the website changes as per taxes in your locality. If you want to create a flyer for an event, just don't search for elements, directly search for 'Event Flyer'. This will save a lot of your time.

What do you like best about the product?
In my experience of using freepik, the best site for creating content with the info graphics and logos, along with these images editing helps in creating the best content.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is great to use sometimes the site UI need some fixes to make it interactive

While working with freepik I love to use infographs and we have the benefit of editing as per colour palettes

They have an incredible amount of resources, templates, photos, etc. You can get inspired by work done by other designers and you can also take ideas for your projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to turn the page continuously, it would be better to have a longer vertical scroll, with more content per page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed for the completion of tasks. I find a lot of material with which I design faster, shapes, things, objects, animals, or people.

My recommendation is that you use the elements and resources as inspiration and tools to develop your own projects; many people use these resources.
