Not the best Business Intelligence Tool

What do you like best about the product?
It's a rather flexible tool in regards to the multiple optiond you have to develop reports and dashboards. It also provides multiple options for users to access whatever is developed in it, via email, pdf, excel, directly into it, and not requiring a registered account to accomplish this.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes is very complicated mainly when defining datasources, datasets and metrics, since it requires local addresses and it's setup by highly priviledged users only.
Another challenge is sending dashboards and reports to people. It uses contacts and subscriptions which becomes a little bit complicated felm time to time to configure.
The desktop development app constantly crashes, being unreliable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Distributing reports to multiple contacts in the organization easily through an excel file arriving to their email address. Creating different schedules to reach more clients and their different needs of data visualization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Read documentation carefully, take your time to plan and structure directories. Define what are the main uses and the greatest value you want to get from this suite and make sure more than one collaborator specializes in everything regarding usage, design and development.

What do you like best about the product?
Severely personalized visualization tool, a great way to share ideas across the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even if it's easy to use, I want the way graphics are created to be more flexible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
External documents focused on a plan of regulatory change that the consumer can access easily.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
An earlier evaluation whether data management or information looks in his company are more relevant. This tool is very good, if the reply is the first point.

What do you like best about the product?
I like to add different bars and graphs down apps. Templates are also useful for a new dashboard concept.
What do you dislike about the product?
The timeout issues in MSTR are unlike me. Where the session is changed if the web browser stays inactive for 20 minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trends recorded, information presented to field agents and sales managers in immersive visuals.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The best recommendation I can give is that they use the platform is really efficient.

Navigating the system isn't very intuitive. Users have to actually click all over the place to find what it is they are looking for.

Consolidated reporting and dashboards from various systems.

What do you like best about the product?
I like drop down features to add various bars and charts. templates are also useful to get an idea to build the next dashboard
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont likt the timeout issues in MSTR. if the web browser is idle for 10-20 minutes and session is refreshed

What do you like best about the product?
Very customisable, visualisation tool which is a great way to share insights across the Bank
What do you dislike about the product?
Outdated developer tool behind the web based tool.
Too much of development work can only be done with an architect license

Internal reports based on regulatory change project which can be easily accessed by the customer.

Join across multiple datasets is cumbersome

Easy to see report details to interpret how report is being pulled from database.
What do you dislike about the product?
Load times; bugs which may randomly occur and force you to restart a report; Processing time; sometimes difficult to copy/export data
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visualizing data to provide insights for business users. Sometimes it is difficult to provide data in the desired format.
