  • February 06, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The direction lately has been refreshing. The new UI is something I'm excited to get behing, and can hold its own against the latest tools. New freeform feature looks fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
I get cranky with support not taking ownership of issues and eying a proper resolution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WE are using it to analyze sales vs opportunity in CRM data, agriculatural applications as we;ll as the4 boilerplate ERP/financial data
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Understand the need for scaling and make sure that UI is not the only consideration. A nice daswhboard and enteriprise scalability are both important.

I'm so much faster

  • February 06, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The speed for insights. Previous data analysis was done straight in SFMC with automated SQL stages. One change request would take at least 20-30 minutes of run time. Now I can re-run analysis in almost real-time...and certainly answer questions faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
The internal costs of upgrading. 2019 to 2020 is part of our contract but getting the internal motivation and clearance to get there is a problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Predictive customer churn, lost prevention, customer lifetime value. And the benefit is speed. I could do all of the above with SQL and python...but I was always looking in multiple places to get one answer.
