    What do you like best about the product?
    I like that Highspot allows for digestible, easy-to-engage-with content for onboarding and keeps the organization up to date on new sales processes and positioning. The robust library is referenceable, which I find quite useful. I also appreciate how Highspot allows managers to see who has completed trainings, driving accountability. The UX and UI are smooth and easy to navigate, which makes the experience pleasant. Additionally, I found the initial setup to be easy.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The library can get crowded and disorganized - automated clean up or prompted clean up for owners may help that
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Highspot enhances sales training and onboarding with digestible content, keeps us updated on new sales processes, and has a robust library that's easily referenceable. Managers can track completed trainings for accountability.

    Effortless Customization and Stellar Setup Support

    What do you like best about the product?
    I like the ease of use of Highspot and the customizations that make it look branded. The implementation team is absolutely amazing. They helped us from day one, working with each of our four owners individually because of our different roles and needs. The customizations allowed it to look like our own product using our coloring and branding, making it look very professional and polished. The initial setup was so easy because the implementation team did a wonderful job working with everybody and rolling it out to the team.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I would say having a dedicated spot for older versions of various documents instead of just reuploading them. As well as allowing anyone who is not an administrator to have access to older versions as well.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Highspot provides centralized storage for marketing materials and enables seamless use of enablement videos. It allows sales reps to have their own spot for decks, ensuring organization and accessibility.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I like the versatility of Highspot and how easy it is for teams and individuals to find content all in one place. It acts as both a content management system and a learning management system, where everything can live in one place. It's also very helpful for new hires to find information.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I think the learning management system could definitely be improved. It is a little bit outdated and not as user-friendly to actually build content. The initial setup was not super easy. You definitely have to get a hang of it before fully being able to work and get it set up.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Highspot solves the problem of storing and sharing content across teams in a singular spot, making content easily accessible. It's versatile, acting as both a content and learning management system, helpful for new hires finding information.

    What do you like best about the product?
    It’s easy to collaborate and create customer-specific content, then organize it by account.

    Searching for content and keeping it organized for reps who manage a large number of accounts has never been easy.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    We had challenges with vendor communications and getting knowledge on setup.
    Highspot doesn't allow lot of customization which makes it difficult to give customized experience to sales rep.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Centralized content library for sales rep to manage customer specific content like presentations, product documents, case studies and anything that can be shared with customers.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I find it useful for training, especially when working with interval employees.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I find that it feels more internal compared to something like Confluence, which is easier to share with other departments.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I have experience with Documation, particularly in the context of internal training. My interactions with the platform have given me insight into how it supports learning and development within an organization.

    What do you like best about the product?
    The interface is really easy to use. There are simple templates and layouts for anyone who wants to publish a page. I lead a customer marketing team, and Highspot is the main tool we use to communicate with our sales team with campaigns and programs. Search function is also pretty good and our sales partners can always find our pages using keywords.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I think the reporting functionality can be improved. We also didn't have any scheduled reports on usage of certain pages. It's hard to understand how to benchmark engagement with your content.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Highspot is great for teams looking to effectively manage their content or enable their front lines. It's great for organization and ensuring teams keep their content up to date.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I wish that if you edited a slide in a pitch deck, it wouldn't break the link between the pitch deck and master slides. Also, the modular pricing isn't something I enjoy - we've been Highspot users for so long that we've been with them since before they started adding on extra modules. I'd rather pay a slightly higher price for all the content updates and AI updates to be included at the base price point.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    We really needed a single source of truth for our content where users could easily find content that they knew was up to date.

    Highspot Makes it Easy for Sales

    What do you like best about the product?
    Highspot gives sales users visibility into whether prospects and customers are engaging with communications and attachments regardless of where sellers are sharing content from.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Highspot spends a lot of development effort on their integrations with popular CRMs, however there is not a native integration for the CRM that we use, so we miss out on most of their latest and greatest features.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Sales content (both internal and external-facing) used to be scattered across different systems, which made it difficult to find things, resulted in content not being used, and led to dated or off-brand materials being shared with customers and prospects. Addressing the issue saves time for sales, ensures we're not wasting marketing resources on content that isn't used by sales, and makes sure everyone has access to the most up to date materials. Now, not only do we have a single place for sales to find their content, but we've also solved a separate issue where sales didn't have any insights into whether content was being engaged with after it was sent.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I appreciate Highspot as my central repository for all documents, making it unnecessary to search multiple channels for content. It's updated and in line with company standards. I love the ability to track who is clicking on my links and spending time on the content, which helps me focus on key interactions.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I find the keyword search a bit challenging as it delivers a lot of content, making it necessary to know the exact right keywords to find the relevant content.
