Long Time Highspot User
What do you like best about the product?
Highspot is great for teams looking to effectively manage their content or enable their front lines. It's great for organization and ensuring teams keep their content up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that if you edited a slide in a pitch deck, it wouldn't break the link between the pitch deck and master slides. Also, the modular pricing isn't something I enjoy - we've been Highspot users for so long that we've been with them since before they started adding on extra modules. I'd rather pay a slightly higher price for all the content updates and AI updates to be included at the base price point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We really needed a single source of truth for our content where users could easily find content that they knew was up to date.
Highspot Makes it Easy for Sales
What do you like best about the product?
Highspot gives sales users visibility into whether prospects and customers are engaging with communications and attachments regardless of where sellers are sharing content from.
What do you dislike about the product?
Highspot spends a lot of development effort on their integrations with popular CRMs, however there is not a native integration for the CRM that we use, so we miss out on most of their latest and greatest features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales content (both internal and external-facing) used to be scattered across different systems, which made it difficult to find things, resulted in content not being used, and led to dated or off-brand materials being shared with customers and prospects. Addressing the issue saves time for sales, ensures we're not wasting marketing resources on content that isn't used by sales, and makes sure everyone has access to the most up to date materials. Now, not only do we have a single place for sales to find their content, but we've also solved a separate issue where sales didn't have any insights into whether content was being engaged with after it was sent.
Centralized Repository, Essential for Document Management
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Highspot as my central repository for all documents, making it unnecessary to search multiple channels for content. It's updated and in line with company standards. I love the ability to track who is clicking on my links and spending time on the content, which helps me focus on key interactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the keyword search a bit challenging as it delivers a lot of content, making it necessary to know the exact right keywords to find the relevant content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Highspot as a central repository for documents, eliminating the need to search multiple channels. It keeps everything updated and helps track engagement with customers, allowing me to focus on the right prospects.

The integration with other software is extremely easy to use

sometimes there is a lot of content and cannot be easy to find what we are looking for but that depends from company to company

Designing the personal outreach for prospects for cater to them according to what content they are looking at

It is user-friendly and perfect for our business. It promotes ease of use and it provide great information easy to find for our business needs.

None so far, everything is going pretty well with our experience.

Highspot is solving several key challenges around content management, sales enablement, and engagement tracking. It centralizes all sales content in one accessible, organized platform, ensuring that our teams always have the most up-to-date, relevant materials. This eliminates the time wasted searching through scattered resources.

Being able to provide clean, concise, professional collateral to stakeholders is a game changer. It increases their confidence in us and provides a great, non-threatening way to communicate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The terminology used isn't very intuitive.

Highspot is solving the problem of conveying multiple resources that we have available in a clear, concise manner.

As a New Salesforce employee Highspot as become my go to reference for all Customer data and story related

Th amount of data that is in there is fantastic yet overwhelming at the same time. The filtering does solve this problem

Highspot is giving me the data and stories I need to do high quality customer facing presentations.
