Highspot Review
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I can get all of the information I need in one step. Previously I had to go into different sites on our main website to pull the proposal and sales materials. This allows more time management and greater organization allowing a faster sales cycle. Also I lover the fact that I can see when a client has opened up a proposal. It helps to identify a true prospect.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that when I put in a wrong email address and the proposal doesn't go through and I have to start all over again with writing the email. Maybe there is a way to pull the email but I'm not aware of how to do that. There is a lack of support from Corporate with using some of the other features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
That it is easy to use once you learn it. It has helped make the Sales Process easier and faster. It enabled more organization with the propasal. The proposals look much more professional. It all makes my job much much easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think they should try it out for a period of time to see the benifits of the program. Oncet they try it the product the product sells itself

What do you like best about the product?
I love the easy access to my documents and the ability to remix my proposals and information. It allows me to customize my proposals in a professional and effective presentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the relationship between the highspot link in my gmail. I like the link but when I type "I have attached...." it doesn't view Hightspot as an attachment so I have had to adjust my process to .. " I have included...." At least once a day-when I send a proposal-gmail stops the sending because "there is nothing attached-do you want to send anyway?"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to send one document instead of multiple attachments-customizing my info. I also enjoy the live pitch benefit which gives me the chance to present in real time and is extremely effective with the client/potential client.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Truly links your information and also your team together. Great access to information as well as organizational tools. Great tracking features-you know when your client is viewing the info-and for how long. Big Brother for information :)

Excellent Sales Materials for most categories! There are tidbits of information that relate to our customers

Just like anything, the more you practice, the more proficient you will become.
This tool is user friendly and our Customers have commented in a positive manner.
The Live Presentation has added another dimension to being able to communicate
with our customers in a timely manner (where you, the use has control of what is being seen!)

Highspot Works!
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Highspot. It helps me to seamlessly send sales materials to customers and track when and how long each item is viewed. Well worth it to be able to see what customers are spending time on when I send them information.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints. After using Highspot I can't imagine selling with out it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot is great it allows me to dig in to each customer interaction with more confidence and gives me more selling power than my competitors.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is worth it. The tracking capabilities alone pay for themselves.

I love how organized this program is. I can manage my accounts with ease and know what I need to do next in my sales process while also viewing past history of my customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
This program is so easy to learn that I currently do not have many negative things to say.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to see the important things that are coming up for me to do and been able to plan my work schedule more effectively.

Highspot is so user friendly and it makes me more efficient in my sales process. Everything I need is at my finger tips with one click. Also like the materials I use repeatedly are stored in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I look at emails I sent in Highspot to clients I get the repeated notices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time with pulling research pieces and other sales tools. The benefits is saving time and also getting ideas from other Highspot users.
Excellent Resource with Organization on point
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can organize the things you find into headings and subheadings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that when you use the search bar you can rarely ever find what you are looking for. Like if im in a creative spot and type in the search bar it searches every spot instead of just the creative one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot lets me know who is interested in my emails, and what they are looking at thus increasing sales.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to combine all materials in one packet of information instead of sending multiple pdfs.
What do you dislike about the product?
A more simplified Organizational system. Instead of My Content dumping everything I import it would be nice if it asked which folder I'd like to put it in when I add it to my content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If a company needs to be pursued more, maybe an email address was wrong and that's why the email was never opened. Ability to dig deeper.

I enjoy all sales materials being all in one place! I love email tracking and how I can easily compose proposals for customers all out of Highspot.

I have not run across anything just yet that I dislike.

Highspot is a time saver. Anytime I can save time, I'm happy with that!

Highspot is a great timesaver! Everything in one place! Some of the features like email tracking help me greatly with follow up as well!
