Great For Customer Success Role

What do you like best about the product?
I am in a Customer Success role and have benefited significantly from HighSpot. I particularly like the ability to send an email pitch or link to a customer and track which pages they viewed in a specific document, how long they view it for, etc. It allows me to easily A/B test the content I send out to determine what is most effective. Furthermore, HighSpot makes it easy to find the content I need for my own education and training.
What do you dislike about the product?
- The lack of mail merge functionality (however, I believe this is on the product roadmap)
- Inability to integrate with Outlook for Mac.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-A/B testing effectiveness of content I send to users
- Easily locating internal material for my own learning

What do you like best about the product?
Easy search and email functions. Great layout as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! I have been using the tool for a year and it has been great.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can easily track your follow-up and what the prospects are looking at. It is also a great place to organize all your sales essentials and access it quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I can't think of anything at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am trying to solve the question of what documents my clients open the most and have the most relevance for them. This allows me to see what is worth my time in terms of follow-up. A benefit I have realized is timeliness. If I notice that a prospect keeps going back to something I sent, I can try and figure out what they need and call them.

Best Content Management tool

What do you like best about the product?
I love seeing the analytics and content in one place! The user experience of looking at the customization of each customer was nice to see.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be nice for the whole team to have access to this information. This would be good for prospecting potential leads, and name dropping customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool is great for us to manage our time by showing relevant content to potential customers. We can show content to customers and explain to them why previous leads signed up with us.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. It's very simple to share content with my peers but also send content to my prospects and track exactly what interests them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of off the top of my head.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've realized that some parts of my business cases just get glanced over by most of the people I send it to. Therefore, I don't include those slides. The slides that do get more attention I've designed and enhanced them further.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure everyone in your organization is trained together and collaborate. I've learned more from my colleagues about how to use Highspot than any formal training I was given.

Timing is critical

What do you like best about the product?
In sales it's tough to know if you are following up too much, or not enough. Highspot not only tracks the content people open, they track how much time they are spending on the content. Each client has a different pace and Highspot helps me match that!

Content. I can access the 'go to' content because Highspot tracks content opens across the entire sales group so can also know the best way to engage, because it's proven.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the content is a little blurry for folks
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking emails, tracking content interests, time management
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Optimizing your marketing spend and a great bridge between sales and marketing, we should be working close!

Anyone who doesn't use Highspot is wasting potential

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Highspot is the easy access to information in one location. Being able to send data and articles to leads at the touch of a button is something any company could benefit from.
What do you dislike about the product?
40 characters for a dislike page isn't really fair. I don't really have anything I dislike about the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Highspot, I never really tapped into the potential of sending different articles and documents after a lead had stopped expressing interest. Now that I have, I've definitely noticed an increase in my productivity and volume output.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that the content is so easily accessible!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to maybe have additional methods to sort content and add more notifications options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to have all of my PDFs and other pieces of content in a folder on my desktop, and it was a pain to sort and manage all of the content.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Would definitely recommend looking into it. I know there are other products out there that have similar features but you'd be wrong not to at least consider Highspot when looking for a good platform.

Great for managing materials and time

What do you like best about the product?
Really like the ability to gain analytics on materials to see what is being effective and used, versus items that may be overlooked.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could be easier to use with a group of contacts, but if you want analytics it's done individually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me to see what materials have the best impact with my prospects so it helps me create better information and manage my time better. Less time spent creating materials that are often not looked at.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When team collaborate and share what information is landing well it can really streamline the process to find what works best. Easy to see that with Highspot

Great for content management

What do you like best about the product?
Highspot is great for managing content! Before highspot we used to have content in all different places. Now it's in one easy spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I didn't have this sooner. I don't have any complaints about it. It's easy to use, I picked it up very quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Have a central source to pull & distribute content. Before Highspot I spent a lot of time digging. I can also track engagement when people look at the content and find out what's working
