Highspot Makes Communicating with Clients Easy!
What do you like best about the product?
Not only does Highspot a repository of shared content, Highspot makes it easy to send content to clients and track their engagement! Due to the nature of our industry, clients often request a large amount of information that might be too large to send as attachments via email. With Highspot, however, you are able to send content links to preserve email size.
What do you dislike about the product?
When pulling up documents in Highspot that are longer than one page, the CTRL+F function will not search the entire document. Rather, it will only pull up matches for the page you are actively viewing. The nature of our industry means that the materials will almost always be greater than one page/slide/tab, but I'm trying to isolate specific information from within the resource. It would be amazing if the CTRL+F function would scour the entire document as opposed to the page-specific content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot is a repository of information, which proves extremely helpful when your industry (data) is complex and ever-changing. Highspot is a centralized platform, so I don't have to spend hours researching on a multitude of avenues for what I need.

What do you like best about the product?
I love this products ease of use. I am able to filter thru hundreds of document in seconds using their search content bar. Since our company has switch to using this product it has made puling sales calendarial together a snap. I also like that all of our content is one location and gives our company a product of truth and a place that has the most updated documents at your fingertips.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest there is nothing I don' t like about the product. It does everything as advertised. I could not ask for a better tool to help me locate and pull together content for my meetings no matter what product or service I am presenting. The only thing i can think of is to improving the filtering of the product a bit. Sometime is brings up items that are not relevant to the search. This happens when I do a broad search and I am looking for something high level. If this was improved would save me some time to not have to look thru every document to find what I am looking for in my search,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that we have solved with the product is have a central source for all of our sales material. The benefits I have realized are that is has simplified my sales process by not having to waste valuable time thru out my day to locate the most updated documents.

Segmentation of data makes it easy to find and self-explanatory UI

distribution and storage/archiving of massive amounts of data to a large field organization

What do you like best about the product?
Search function is very good. Minimal input returns appropriate results most of the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting documents "out" of highspot takes a bit of practice. Not confident to send items directly from highspot yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consistent most up to date content is being cataloged and made available for clients/prospects. Benefit is that I do not have to organize and maintain a shadow system.
It is a great platform for finding internal marketing materials and other important information.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to search using any keyword or phrase to find the information I'm looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the feature of downloading the PDF version of material because it doesn't download with a clean, client-facing name.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving the time it takes to find the correct information I'm looking for to send to a prospect/client.
Love highspot! Makes my job easier and supplies to info i need in a short amount of time!

Highspot is helping supply future clients with the right marketing content at the right time
Highspot Usage at Immucor- medical diagnostic company
What do you like best about the product?
Immucor has greatly benefited from the Highspot sales enablement tool. Thankfully we implemented this tool prior to the COVID-19 pandemic and just saw a greater utilization of the tool since the pandemic started a year ago. With hospital and lab live visits completely cancelled by our customers, Highspot has become an effective and valuable tool for our commercial teams globally.
What do you dislike about the product?
At Immucor our CRM is not connected to Highspot and this is an improvement we would like to make to our CRM to fully leverage the activities and metrics of customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inability to visit customers live at this time due to the COVID-19 pandemic

What do you like best about the product?
Highspot is a key repository for corporate collateral. For a company that offers a wide variety of products and services, it can be extremely difficult to keep track of content. Highspot is the perfect place to do a quick keyword search and pull down information almost immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of right now, there is nothing I dislike about HighSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have to wonder if my content is the most up-to-date, nor do I have to worry about cluttering up my desktop folders with information. The Pitch tool (especially Linking) has been a game-changer for me now that I can see how frequently the content I send is being reviewed. This specifically helps guide future discussions and opens up more potential upsell opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
Even though you hate to hear yourself, having the recording to go through w/ hot buttons to listen to snippets of meetings is impactful. You can easily see follow up items, words you say to much as filler, and much much more to help improve sales discussions!
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, the only small thing I need to look into is adding Gong to impromptu meetings scheduled on the fly vs pre scheduled.
