Necessity for Your Sales Team

What do you like best about the product?
Before Highspot our organization was using a tool that was very similar. However, the user experience was not as good at Highspots! Our organization loves the ease of use, user experience, and customer support. We're so glad we made the switch. This is a tool we use every single day when it comes to sending prospects information and storing our resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was difficult to make the transition from the previous tool we used to Highspot. We had been using this previous tool for a couple of years and it would be nice to get a better onboarding experience. Although customer support was very helpful, the transition was tough in the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're having an easier time communicating with our prospects. We now have the ability to send over resources in an organized way. In a way that's not only easy for sellers to use but also for customers and prospects to access. This has helped us have better alignment with our prospects. We know that we have an upper hand when it comes to sharing resources and Highspot also gives you the ability to see how often prospects are viewing the information you have sent over. Highspot has helped our sellers have a more organized selling experience because we can send organized resources to prospects and we can use Highspot as a spot where we can access all of our resources.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I strongly recommended taking a look at Highspot through a demo and asking their sales team about their support.

What do you like best about the product?
Highspot makes it super easy to find any content with just using the search bar, there was so much content I didn't even know we had until implementing Highspot
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't been able to find anything I dislike, but maybe creating some permissions on who can view what content
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving a lot of product knowledge questions! consistently have people asking about different products and with Highspot it is super easy to send them over the content via slack or email!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It will be a great investment for a company that is handling a lot of content and wants to stay organized while easily accessing different content to share with new clients or prospects

Using HighSpot as an SDR

What do you like best about the product?
Quickly sending valuable information to prospects and organizing all aspects of sales collateral. Saves time and effort putting together documents and images as it is all saved in the same place and fully build out and ready to use.

The usability of HighSpot is also a valuable tool for learning within the sales team. We can review documents related to competitors, client types, prospecting tips and product updates. This helps every member of the team stay up to date and informed before going into a call or demo.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of highspot is being able to balance the amount of information being sent to a prospect. The material is great, but if it gets too granular it can be overwhelming to decide what to use specifically.

The plugins that highspot uses are very valuable and save time when they work, but our organization specifically has had some issues implementing and maintaining these plugins via Outrach, Outlook, Chrome, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly showcasing value and answering questions. We have been able to leverage the tool to send product updates, relevant testimonials and other important information. This has led to more sales opportunities created via prospecting and an overall better understanding of our product, clients and the problems we solve.

When new reps are onboarding or if someone is going into a call knowing what competitor is going to be brought up, we can use highspot to quickly inform ourselves and be ready for anything.

It will help your sales team learn and use the knowledge with prospects easily

No issues with HS just yet. I think a better interface would be a plus.

What do you like best about the product?
Usability - We use it for sales enablement at my employment
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot create a spot within a spot. Once you click into a button within a spot the content is all kind of just there. You cant continue to provide that guided experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a way to effectively guide our sales reps and help them navigate company marketing content to help them provide prospects/customers relevant information when they needed it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great product. Quick and easy and intuitive. It can be a little confusing when implementing. Make sure you understand the difference between a spot and a list.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and very easy to search. You are able to create the very own spaces of yours with the most often used content, and search by different categories or keyword to look for what you're searching for. The "field" works great and is a lot better than sending an easy email with the attachments. Anyway, finding this item makes my life much easier with regards to offering quality content to potential clients. You are able to quickly access info about the entire company and then make sure the entire sales group works well.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be truthful, I haven't had some problems with Highspot. I do not create content and so much it's ideal for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves time when looking for appropriate features or perhaps warranty details to resolve problems and meet sales demands. It also enables you to stick out and send visually beautiful cards to potential clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I do not understand what the cost is actually, since I am simply a user, but with regards to end user/sales, it is great.

What do you like best about the product?
UI is simple and the plugin to GMail is quite helpful. Tracks activity org wide too which helps determine sometimes what is the best piece of content to send if you have a larger marketing org
What do you dislike about the product?
Search bar pulls in everything correlating, which causes a bit of scrolling on my end sometimes to get the exact content I am looking to send. Could be on my org though, might be too many similarly titled docs. But its a very minor and infrequent inconvenience comparatively
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to plug in marketing content into sales pitches and follow up emails, plus it has a tracker which allows me to see when prospects/customers are engaging with my content by in the short-term and sometimes months after, giving me a tip that they may be back in the market

Highspot plug-in in Outlook/email that allows you to insert content and receive notifications whenever recipient opens the link.
