Highspot helped me find the exact piece of content I was looking for
What do you like best about the product?
I most enjoy the Highspot plugin/window on the contact and lead pages of our Salesforce instance. The integration here gives me a single pane of glass to see exactly what has been sent, what has been opened, and helps me decide what types of material may be most effective in reaching my prospect.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I first started using the tool, it was hard for me to get a complete and simple overview of the product and how I could immediately start using it. It took me a while to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot helps me continually track my prospects in detail and in an organized way.

Nothing. Haven't had a negative experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to quickly search when I'm on a call to provide real-time insight and stories to my prospects. It is also really easy to find content for emails and also internal workflows for deals.
Centralized collateral for internal training, effective prospecting and account management
What do you like best about the product?
Highspot's search functionality is incredible. We can find (and direct sales reps) what we're looking for quickly to more easily visualize gaps in the content, and also to answer questions for internal questions and client related discussions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Outlook plugin is not a priority for development, and our sales force uses Outlook heavily, so it's not as much of a delightful experience for those using Highspot through the plugin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Content living in many places and several versions of the same document - now we have a centralized Sales Enablement Library - one place to find all of our client-facing collateral, helps with brand and messaging consistency.
Lack of visibility into collateral engagement - now reps can see if recipients have accessed email attachments and understand how long they have spent consuming the information
Custom requests for collateral for specific client types or special cases - we now can recommend remixing, combining, and editing different document types into one piece to address a unique situation for an existing client or new prospect.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
The administration of users and maintaining content is a heavy lift. Make sure you have resources to dedicate to rolling it out to your sales teams, to direct users to proper usage and content, and also to keep items up to date. We still have not been able to attribute ROI specific to collateral items, but that's largely because we're still asking reps to correlate SFDC to Highspot pitches, and because many of our reps use Outlook, and there aren't complete analytics when content is sent out that way.

Being able to share documents directly with prospects and organize my favorite content where it is easily accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the search funtion resets when I am trying to narrow down my search by category

What do you like best about the product?
“Try and break it! If it doesn’t do what you need it to, I want to know.” That is what I told our sales team when I launched Highspot. A year later, we have an almost a 90% adoption rate because Highspot fit into our sales team’s workflow seamlessly. To date, we’ve yet to have need or process that Highspot and the Highspot team have not been able to solve or deliver on. In other words, despite our best effort, we have not been able to “break it” the platform is excellent and the support is even better!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all, working closely with the Highspot team allowed understand the direction that they are going and it's only going to get better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had over 1500 pieces of content scattered across 9 legacy systems location. My initial test pitted our system against Highspot. Our Sales Operations Administrator (she knew where everything was and remember all her passwords) took 6.5 minutes to produce and send a client email with text and attached customized content. Highspot did the same thing in just over 1.5 minutes, do the math; the time savings and increase in client contact & interaction have been incredible.

What do you like best about the product?
Highspot has been helpful in that it is very organized and makes files easy to locate. The variety of commands that can be accomplished through Highspot makes it a time-saving tool to have available.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really dislike anything. But, like anything, learning something new takes time and patience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot allows me to access files and reports with ease. It makes things more efficient and organized.

Before investing in Highspot, test it out and decide if it will help you achieve your goals.
All my content organized in one place
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to find content, even things that are multiple years old, using the highspot platform. We are able to organize my company's work by client, internal information, etc. It is easy for everyone in the organization to add/share content, as well as references others. I can personally save things that are important to my work to my own folder and quickly find it later.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything right now--it makes my life so much easier
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my position, I have to be able to quickly find past projects to help support the consultants + their recommendations. I am able to deliver on their requests of me in a speedy and efficient manner using highspot. We are able to organize information into client spots and internal content, making it super easy to find past deliverables, templates, and samples.

The ability to directly link a campaign into an email or a LinkedIn post

Would be amazing to have deeper analytics on who views your campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot definitely increases efficiencies in the ability to find relevant content when sharing with prospects/customers. Everything is easily searchable which is nice.
Great Improvements = easier to use
What do you like best about the product?
Highspot has done a great job creating a more intuitive interface so that users can more easily build, find, and pitch our content. I especially love the "smart pages" and the "pitch experience" that is now available. Additionally, their support and training have been invaluable in getting our instance to a better, more organized and searchable state.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see them add keyword tagging so that we can further increase the searchability. But overall it is user-friendly and easy to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a decade worth of content, and so it was a beast to navigate. Highspot has made it easier to identify what content is valuable, relevant, and used. We now have a simplified view of what content has an impact, and can use the analytics to build out attribution.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it! Really, it is easy to navigate and their team is great at providing the support and expertise to help get your instance into ship-shape form, They can even build out reporting with you so that you can immediately start to document the benefit.
A sales person's right hand tool
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to integrate into all the tools I use in my day-to-day workflow, to easily access relevant information and track my prospects engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app could be better. It's frustrating to have to log in and out every time I click out. I would like to easily access offline content without having to keep the app open in order to listen to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gives me the ability to easily customize customer content and spend less time searching multiple sites for customer follow-ups.

Strong training and implementation is key upfront to ensure users know how this tool impacts their day-to-day upfront.
