Highspot for sales collab!
What do you like best about the product?
really easy to use, great UI, can search for the assets I need, active link that tracks views. Really like that it's easily integrated with gmail so I can pick my pitch and send in seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
specific page per customer with password protection is something I'm interested in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
collaboration with peers for top decks. Great hub for all our assets. Saving a ton of time with having a standard place to story proof points.

It's really easy to use, great investment.
Personalization at it's finest
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of Highspot is the ability to create a personalized profile for my clients that allows them to have a "go to hub" for all information that they need. I appreciate being able to add their marketing symbol, it's a nice touch. Highspot is simple, convenient, personal and informative. Being able to pull reports on the decks I'm sending is very helpful and great tool within the sales space as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the companies image I added looked a little larger. My clients like feeling and knowing I took the time to personalize their profile and adding that simple touch does a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems I'm solving are knowing which content I'm sending is gaining the most attraction. Being able to see how long someone spends on each slide can actually tell you a lot about your clients needs and pain points. Benefits are knowing where to target my conversation, as well as being able to have immediate reach out once they've viewed the deck.

Get it.
I've used a ton of sales enablement tools in my 7+ year sales career, and none compare to Highspot.

My clients never have issues viewing or downloading material I've sent them - it often minimizes repeated questions, since I give them ONE link for their "spot" and everything they need to know will be there.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's a user error, but sometimes I send an internal link (not viewable by the client as it prompts them for a login) instead of an external "pitch" link (that they can easily view or download depending on parameters I choose). Once again, user error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to quickly remix my "pitches" utilizing company or colleague-shared collateral, so it allows for quick knowledge-share and adjustments to my client-facing materials on the fly.
I also like to create "spots" for EACH individual client... it's so easy to "remix" an existing presentation with client logos, business-specific use cases, etc. and save that presentation directly to that client spot. It provides a more custom experience for external viewers, without actually taking much of my time to customize.

What do you like best about the product?
This is the email and tracking tool that I always wanted! I can finally put together customized and professional collateral for our customers. It's honestly been incredible and it's helped me close several large up sells while providing dozens of clients with information and resources to help them get the most out of our platform. More than just the results that I've been able to produce it's used though out our company. We talk about it at every weekly sales meeting and we're constantly highlighting how success our pitches are and what content is being shared the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to update collateral in pitches and in my content. Meaning that if I update the document in my content, I wish it updated all of the pitches with the changes. I know that this may be difficult to accomplish but it's a big pain to go through each individual pitch to manually update the same document to each client that I've shared it with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This gives me proper tracking with a professional and sleek look and feel. Before Highspot I was just loading attachments without any insight into who viewed what or if they shared it with their team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a way to track the results of your emails and just what's being viewed, Highspot is the best place to go. The software is intuitive and our customers love it.

We love Highspot for these specific reasons:
1. It is now a centralized repository of collateral, templates, and training materials

What do you dislike about the product?
1. The interface can be cumbersome, because of the learning curve. Lots of specific Highspot-related nomenclature you have to adapt to.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Our reps wanted to find marketing-approved content for their industry vertical or the prospect role they were speaking with.
2. Our reps wanted to know if content being sent was effective in moving sales conversations forward, closing business, and managing that customer account.
3. The Marketing Team didn't know which content being developed was effective and engaging, and Highspot helps us know that.

Great Way to store content for cross-departmental review
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about Highspot is the ease of searching and finding documents you need

Sometimes the admin setting can be tricking trying to find who is the spot owner and how to get access to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to find documents across all departments within my business unit, instead of bugging people for them

Easiest way to customize a pitch for potential clients
What do you like best about the product?
I like that how convenient it is to have branded marketing in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've had ongoing issues where we are unable to send information from their web app and are relying solely on the outlook extension, which is fine for the most part.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its made it easier to create custom content for my clients. I can see when and how long they engaged with our material so that I can more effectively address their concerns in following conversations.

I love how easy it is to use this service, everything is very user friendly and makes going through everyday very easy. I highly recommend using this service.

I think that the search bar could be more universal, i feel as though when i search stuff in this website i cant always find things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have discovered that i can easily send content to clients, before i was not able to send the files i wished. they would be too big or unsendable.

Great way to measure engagement and stay organized with a large number of clients and content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email templates are great unless you add text to the premade template, which alters the font size. It's not noticeable to the sender, only the recipient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Measuring engagement, knowing when the best times are to call, being able to see how long someone spends on a piece of content.
Highspot Works Wonders
What do you like best about the product?
Aside from having all the needed resources readily available to you, the pitch template makes it easy to send the necessary resources to your prospects. Highspot eases the process of sending emails (pitches) that are effective to your prospects and saves you time trying to find all the necessary resources to do so. With pre-written email templates that are easy to use and find, sending pitches to your prospects has never been so easy. I would also like to add that I like that I can create my own content tab with saved resources that I personally choose and have recommended resources on the home page.
What do you dislike about the product?
I currently don't have any dislikes about Highspot. Highspot is a great resource library and very simple to use. I would have to say the only thing that could be better about Highspot is having daily reports of sent pitches along with the actions of the prospects for those pitches listed is about all I could think of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of having to manually save all the desired resources over our content on my own computer. I am also saving time by being able to send effective pitches to my prospects that send emails after they received it of the actions that are taken place by them. It helps me see if a prospect is showing interest or hadn't even opened my sent pitch. The benefits Highspot provides goes on and on.

Highspot is a great asset for any company with a large library of resources. Highspot is essential for anyone in a sales position that would like to easily pitch necessary resources to their prospects.
