Highspot Works Wonders
What do you like best about the product?
Aside from having all the needed resources readily available to you, the pitch template makes it easy to send the necessary resources to your prospects. Highspot eases the process of sending emails (pitches) that are effective to your prospects and saves you time trying to find all the necessary resources to do so. With pre-written email templates that are easy to use and find, sending pitches to your prospects has never been so easy. I would also like to add that I like that I can create my own content tab with saved resources that I personally choose and have recommended resources on the home page.
What do you dislike about the product?
I currently don't have any dislikes about Highspot. Highspot is a great resource library and very simple to use. I would have to say the only thing that could be better about Highspot is having daily reports of sent pitches along with the actions of the prospects for those pitches listed is about all I could think of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of having to manually save all the desired resources over our content on my own computer. I am also saving time by being able to send effective pitches to my prospects that send emails after they received it of the actions that are taken place by them. It helps me see if a prospect is showing interest or hadn't even opened my sent pitch. The benefits Highspot provides goes on and on.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highspot is a great asset for any company with a large library of resources. Highspot is essential for anyone in a sales position that would like to easily pitch necessary resources to their prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
A repository for information and client-focused materials. I'm able to send a ton of information to prospective clients and track whether or not they have been viewed. It's also incredibly useful for continuing to learn and develop my own skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
The bookmarking and content folders could be improved for ease of use and searching.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to track if a prospect or client has viewed a video/brochure that was sent to them.
Amazing for sales
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is super easy to use and lets me get access to marketing materials quickly. Additionally, it's amazingly well formatted, so when I send collateral to potential partners, they can easily see the information they need to see without being overwhelmed by the platform used to share it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike, but would be nice to be able to drag and drop files in without having to press the "+" button first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As someone working in inside sales, I frequently need to send materials to my potential parters in a way that's easy to access / digest. Highspot makes it SUPER easy for me to be able to access the marketing materials my team creates and send it out in a way that enables both the customer to benefit, as well as for me to keep track of who's opening what and when.
Highspot is very user friendly.

I can see when my customers open my email and what they looked at for how long.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything about Highspot. It is a very helpful program.

It is easy to search for materials that I use on a daily basis. They are neatly organized in easy to navigate categories.
What do you dislike about the product?
there is nothing that I currently dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a central repository for all sales materials and it helps with version control as well. I love saving important docs by bookmarking them and knowing I will be updated if the author makes a change.
Good overview, easy to find
What do you like best about the product?
The search function enables aasy search for documents, videos, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
"Recommended" Function shows me documents that are not in my native language

Database for marketing documents, brochures, etc. Very easy to find and forward

If I send a pitch from highspot and do not get a response I can't follow up on that original email

Hightspot is easy to access, it has an intuitive layout and all information issearchable which makes it very accessible

Nothing, very happy with the current setup and navigation

I wish the search engine was more efficient. For that, custom categories like markets, roles, geography would be helpful
