What do you like best about the product?
The product is intuitive and, once integrated, works seamlessly in real time. It covers a wide range of requirements for screening and transaction monitoring. The support team worked with us on integration, and our customer success manager ensures we are properly utilising all aspects of the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some rules adjustments require input from the support team, although this does tend to be pretty fast and painless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Comply Advantage is solving the issue of real-time transaction monitoring and ongoing, continuous monitoring of PEP, Sanctions and Adverse Media.

What do you like best about the product?
They have a good list which they maintain which we can check against. It is easy to integrate with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is quite outdated. The sanctions checking they do is based on a year of birth which I do not find to be the most accurate method.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us check our users against santioned lists. It is easy to use and integrate with.

ComplyAdvantage are one of the easiest, most responsive data partners to work with. They take a flexible, pragmatic approach to pretty much everything which creates mutual trust and confidence in the relationship.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer service has been very prompt and was quick to solve any issues I have had previously.
The interface is very sleek and easy to navigate
It is easy to search for previous entries and also when PEP/Sanctions lists have been updated to check if these are relevant
What do you dislike about the product?
It is quite expensive compared to other providers however they do provide an all-encompassing service.

Nothing - There is always room for improvement and the fact the ComplyAdvantage recently upgraded their UI, making it more simiplfied and intuitive is testiment to the compnays ethos of never standing still!

Compliance is a critical component for many organisations, especially within the financial services, where the risk of fraud, money laundering, corruption, and other financial crimes is ever-present. ComplyAdvantage aims to simplify compliance, allowing clients to focus more on their operations without worrying about regulatory pitfalls.

The platform quickly identifies PEPs, manages sanctions, and conducts adverse media checks, mitigating the risks associated with potential nefarious activities or affiliations. This results in streamlined operations and significant revenue increase as clients are able to onboard Users quickly, effienciently and with confidence knowing that legal and regulatory obilgations are being met.

It's a great tool designed to reduce AML and detect risk

What do you like best about the product?
The team are quick to respond, dedicated account manager, the ability to control different aspects of your searches and criteria's. The system also has the ability to connect to Salesforce. Its especially great because it doesn't just complete a one off check on a client or business, but a daily check - in doing so, reduces the day-to day risk to the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having been a client from the early stages of Complyadvantage, it has been great to be able to share feedback and ideas with the product team about where there are gaps and what can be made better.

Monitor / Daily updates emails are not consistent - they can be hit and miss with times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KYB - love this system. Despite it being in BETA testing, It is a great product. Loads can be added into it, such as CCJ checks on Directors and Businesses etc.

Individuals and Companies checks (that don't fall into KYB) - CCJ checks / results would be amazing, making sure that links and results actually work. The system itself, brilliant and how its been developed over the years.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Comply Advantage for the past year now and have appreciated the support throughout. Customer support responds in a timely manner, especially on urgent requests. The vendor also has a focus on relationship building which does create a sense of partnership as opposed to the usual vendor dynamic.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been no downsides thus far. The team does try to address issues, wherever possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Comply Advantage is enabling us with a smoother screening and monitoring process and this is incredibly useful for lean Compliance teams.

What do you like best about the product?
Comply Advantage was able to come-up with an easy to use and bright interface that anyone in the industry or learning about the AML industry can easily grasp and understand. The snappiness of the menus and the straightforward results which will help you identify your matches quickly is an amazing feature to begin with.

Furthermore, the customer support that team and I have been receiving are nothing but spectacular, cause we are being updated from time-to-time with relevant updates with our queries and requests. This is in the form of email and even via video calls to communicate effectively the discussion.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I would love to see more in the platform is a more flexible usage of extraction of reports that are commonly used for reporting to the company stakeholders. This is to make sure that the users can do it on-the-go rather than seeking assistance to the Comply team which might take some time. Flexibility is adding more critical details and menus apart from the basic columns that you might see when opening the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It rule out the issues of having to run a risk with our clients that might be a potential PEP or anything that has crimes committed in the past or present. This ensures that we are mitigating the risks that we have for the business and keeping it safe.

What do you like best about the product?
ComplyAdvantage's solution offers a user-friendly interface, and the API integration was seamless for our engineers. The user interface is user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy for our team to navigate and use effectively. What stood out was the sophisticated backend algorithms that effectively reduced false positives, saving us time and resources.

Throughout our engagement, ComplyAdvantage's support has been exceptional. Our dedicated customer success manager was prompt and helpful, ensuring that any issues or questions we had were addressed promptly.

In terms of the core task of identifying potential risks and compliance issues, I would say that ComplyAdvantage's AML screening solution does the job adequately.
What do you dislike about the product?
While there were no significant issues or limitations that stood out, one minor drawback was the occasional presence of duplicate screening profiles for the same individual, which required more manual work to dismiss the same hit.

ComplyAdvantage's AML screening solution has effectively identified and flagged potential compliance risks related to sanctions, politically exposed persons (PEP), and adverse media coverage. What do you like best about the product?
The customer support teams are extremely attentitive, quick to respond and more importantly, quick to resolve. Their access to data for the screening product has been essential for our global business to ensure Compliance to the various jurisdictions in which we serve and operate in.

The tools are adaptable and can be used in an API capacity with other vendors and applications, such as the TruNarrative product from LexisNexis.

Systems are extremely intuitive and easy to navigate, making it ideal for operational and 1st line of defence teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whilst the screening tool is one of the bests out there in respect to its coverage, the transaction monitoring tool is continuing to develop to be on par as a system. That said, the company listens to its customers feedback and are quick to implement ongoing improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring compliance with sanctions throughout our various global jurisdictions and our ongoing customer due diligence programme.
