Sometimes there are too many alerts that aren't really relevant, so you end up spending extra time reviewing them. It can also take a bit of time to find the exact information you need. Overall, it works well, but a few things could be more straightforward.

A bit more information should be included in the results, such as country and date of birth, since these details are available in other open sources.

Our main challenge is accurately screening customer names against sanctions lists, and ComplyAdvantage makes this process smoother and easier.

Some links are outdated and no longer work. Also, the matches can be unrelated to what I’m looking for, like video games, movies, and similar content.

It helps with screening and running names for reviews.

ComplyAdvantage automates eKYC with a smooth, straightforward workflow, and the webhooks are well designed to return the necessary information. I have seen very few false positives, which is what I like most.

It would be better if ComplyAdvantage could show the webhook history to help track and debug past payload delivery attempts.

The UI/UX is great. I like that you can clear using CA because it’s connected to our internal system, so it’s not just a reference. I also like that the sanctions lists are merged into a single hit. On top of that, the clearing process is fast.

What do you dislike about the product?

Not much to say overall. Sometimes there are delays, which can be frustrating. I also don’t like that some hits show addresses in the details, but on the main interface the hit summary doesn’t display the country.

It definitely solves our sanctions-clearing task, and it also makes our work more efficient overall.

It’s easy to use for transaction monitoring. Entity alerts and transaction alerts are kept separate, which makes reviewing and prioritising them much more efficient. I also like being able to create cases directly from alerts, which keeps investigations organised and makes it easy to track progress and document decisions in one place.

In Mesh screening, news articles are grouped together under a single match, and you can’t select or review each article individually. That makes reviews harder, because each article may refer to a different entity or individual. Being able to assess and resolve articles one by one would make the process more accurate and efficient.

ComplyAdvantage brings our sanctions screening results together in one place, so it’s easier to review matches and manage alerts efficiently. It also lets us set our own parameters for transaction monitoring, so we can tailor rules and thresholds to our risk profile.

I find ComplyAdvantage easy to use and integrate, and the initial setup was pretty easy. I like the dashboard and response time. Its updated lists and matching when I need them are useful, and I value continuous monitoring so I don’t have to screen users each time.
