Good overall for organizing sales, but leaves to be desired on dev support

What do you like best about the product?
Overall looks and layout, deal viewer is nice, so is company view

Allows customizations of deals, fields among other aspects, helping to make custom apps possible

Task and agent delegation on deals are nice
What do you dislike about the product?
Configuration settings are numerous and cluttered, making it hard to follow along

My peers on the sales sector have expressed better sentiment towards their previous CRM ecosystem called "Salesforce". Could be a good competitor to analyse.

It is very detrimental to develop apps for Freshsales, since upon making a get request of a sale for exempla, returns a specific json structured body, upon uploading an app to production, that json structure is completely* different, adding new structures (data becomes the top object), moving vars to other objects(in case of contact info, moves it to association obj), changing var names entirely (custom_field to custom_fields) etc, making it so if you'd like to have a version of your app to run locally, you'd have to make one version for running locally, and one version with the proper alteration to publish live, making it so you can only test it by constantly publishing new versions of the app, since you cant test the live version locally

"Recent Conversations" tab wont show emails pertaining to that particular deal, but instead in general
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales platform for tracking every income the company gets, delegate tasks, agents, and next steps for that sale, automations for quicker use, among others
