What do you like best about the product?
The UI/UX is fantastic, customer support is always available and super helpful, the documentation makes everything easy to follow, setup for frameworks and notifications is a breeze, and Slack integration works flawlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does not have integration set with Heroku. it's annoying to post the MFA screenshots every 3 months. Also the fact that need to get 3rd party certificated manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to be SOC2 compliant and it helped us be that, we will now utilize the gdpr and Hippa framework to get compliant on same.

What do you like best about the product?
I do enjoy who they make it very easy to plug into your systems and it auto-audits you. But the price tag and their culture of not caring is not worth the partnership
What do you dislike about the product?
They operate strictly on contracts and binds you to long term contract. They are not flexible and DO NOT CARE about wehether the product is working for you or not. I'm a fully bootstrap startup and been in business for over 6 years now. I know a thing or two about what makes a company great. What I can say is the relationshiip betwen the company and the customer is absolutely key in sustaining long term growth. Vanta treats customers as just that "a customer" so will not budge if you need their help. So I'm looking forward to the end of my contract and cancelling their service. I'll be migrating to more affordable solution that works with you and treats you like a partner vs a generic "customer"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It did help me get SOC2 Compliant. During my early research I didn't see many companies that offered the same level of integration, we knew they were expensive but we figured it was worth it, but unfortunately I learned the hard way , the culture of Vanta and how they treat you.

What do you like best about the product?
As an Engineering leader, Vanta makes it easy to figure out which Tests I need to take action on, why they're important, and exactly how to fix them. It really goes above and beyond.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's really nothing I can say that I dislike about Vanta.

Vanta has a integration facility which automatically controls many of the controls. The best part is evidence automation.

Practical platform to follow trainings and internal policies

What do you like best about the product?
Navigation is simple and straightforward, which greatly facilitates quick access to mandatory training and security and compliance policies. The clean and objective interface helps focus on the content without distractions. Easy implementation and good customer support. Our team uses it whenever there is an update in internal policy. Easy integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile experience can still improve. Some pages take a long time to load or do not adjust well to the phone screen, which can make access difficult outside of the desktop. Additionally, it would be interesting to have an option to save or export completion certificates directly from the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The greatest benefit is the centralization of mandatory content in one place, with clear notifications about deadlines and pending tasks. This ensures that all employees are aligned with the company's compliance requirements. Additionally, tracking the confirmation of reading and completion of training is very easy.

What do you like best about the product?
There was nothing good about Vanta at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
They have the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta was initially going to help us solve SOC 2 compliance but we ended up not needing it nor deriving value and they still forced us to pay a 2 year contract for almost $18,000.00.

What do you like best about the product?
Vanta keeps everything clear and organized in the ever-changing world of compliance. I love how visual it is and how it lets you focus on taking smaller bites out of compliance without feeling overwhelmed. I feel I can trust Vanta (and their audit partners) to keep abreast of the latest demands of all of the various compliance frameworks. That alone is worth it to me (but it does lots of other great stuff too)! I also like how easily it integrates with Google's Enterprise Suite.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real downside I can think of is the cost. We're a small-ish company, and although I'd love to buy all of Vanta's features, frameworks, and such, we've had to pick and choose because of the price point. I absolutely think it's worth it, but some aspects feel a little out of reach for our current budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping organized and abreast of the ever-changing world of compliance and regulations.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how Vanta automates compliance tasks and provides real-time monitoring. It saves time and gives us clear visibility into our security posture.

Honestly, there's nothing I dislike about Vanta so far – it’s been reliable and effective for our needs.

Vanta helped me clearly understand everything I needed for compliance. It simplifies the entire process and makes it easy to stay on track.

What do you like best about the product?
- Easy and clean interface
- Facilitates getting security certificates and puts us into contact with auditors, making the whole thing a painless process
- Like the trust center
- Like the tests and alerts it generates. Gives me confidence we have things under control.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Some basic features are under expensive AI pro features, like an access review helper
- Sometimes it can be "noisy", too many alerts, false positives
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Centralising all the security compliance in a single platform
- Gives me confidence that we are taking care of vulnerabilities, controls, etc
- It is putting us into contact with auditors

What do you like best about the product?
The product is very expansive in scope and functionality, As we currently utilize the SOC2 Framework, am finding Vanta to be very comprehensive in its implementation of process, ensuring we have the correct information assets

We are also looking forward to using the product for Trust Center, and GDPR framework.

Do find the interface to be quite consistent across all areas, which helps with ease of use.

I am quite impressed with support team as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
This product is process heavy, meaning it does require extensive and continuous attention, of which I am working with the team to better understand the product and refine our configuration and use.

The remediation action for a given alert is not always clear, and as such, can lead to extended time investment to address a given problem. This can be improved - especially refined to provide answers in respect to the customer's configuration data.

I'd like to see Computer (manufacturer/first active/last OS patched) dates on computers if possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOC2 Compliance (and all that encompasses)
And we have future intents (Trust Center, GDPR compliance)

Primary benefit is centralization of all requirements, and monitoring actions
