What do you like best about the product?
I felt that compared to other similar platforms, Vanta was easy to use and very easily got integrated to the system. Implementation was quite simple. The number of features made the frequency of usage increase. Effective customer support also added to this.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now. The platform was easy to navigate.

Vanta takes the headache out of security and compliance by automating the entire process, saving me countless hours and giving me peace of mind.

What I love about Vanta is how easy it is to use and set up, it takes the hassle out of security and compliance. The number of features is just right, without feeling overwhelming, and it integrates smoothly with our existing tools. I also appreciate how frequently it's updated to stay ahead of needs. Plus, their customer support is always helpful and responsive, which makes a big difference!

Very easy to use, ease of implementation is impeccable. The Customer Support has been very helpful. I have used is frequently. The quantity of features is amazing. Integration is found to be very easy.

Cost is pretty high for a company that serves people in bulk.

Can have an overall access and see the permissions of the others services like Slack, AWS account management, Google Workspace.

Sometimes a bit tedious and manual because need to manually validate (for example when someone transferred me the admin permissions)

One of the most valuable aspects is the automated tracking and reporting features, especially when dealing with auditors, as these save me a significant amount of time and prevent headaches associated with manual processes. Additionally, Vanta efficiently integrates with a range of software we already use, like Jira, GitHub, and Microsoft 365, enhancing its utility. I also value that Vanta is regarded as an industry standard and genuinely works as advertised, making it a trustworthy choice. Furthermore, Vanta's ease of use and the availability of their support team whenever I have questions further solidify my positive experience. The platform significantly reduces audit time, making it easier to work with auditors and avoid back-and-fort delays. What do you like best about the product?
The automatic connection to all of our 3rd party cloud platforms is easy to set up. The key features for us are the automatic ticket creation that flags and actions needed to get towards full compliance and being able to work on these collaboratively with our colleagues.

What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that we have to pay extra for document auto-filling, on top of our regular subscription. I would like to see these and all other features offered in the base packages, at least in a "light mode".
