The experience of Vanta is really ease to manage and their hassle free infrastructure make things more ease and simple to use.

Vanta make very effective and user friendly platform to manage all vendors problem and gives secure privacy policy to maintain quality of services.

Mainly we use Vanta for security audits and cloud compliances but their number of features gives freedome to integrate Vanta with another platform also. They have user friendly interface and ease implementation process.

Satisfying experience and very inutiative experience that manage all hassle with very ease and provide flexability and affordable pricing. Their security compliance and cloud compliance gives effctive result and vedor management system handel all vendors data very easily.

The pre-made templates for the required documentation was the most helpful as we didn't have a lot of these and it would have taken us an immense amount of time and effort to put together ourselves.
Having a dashboard which clearly shows the % of compliance is really helpful.

Sometimes it was hard to view what would reduce or meet a particular requirements - multiple layers to work through sometimes to understand what was required.

What do you like best about the product?
What you would expect from Vanta is the centralization of your documents and tools needed to get your compliance. It offers a good way of self integration of tests, which is a key to maintaining SOC 2 compliance. It streamlines your work, and is a must have for a company.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be overwhelming at the beginning, a lot of information in one go, its a good thing they have a lot of seminars that can help you through the process, but unfortunately, it is only a viable option for EST Timezone.

The service quality of vanta is really good to go, they have number of features and great user interface where we perform our task without getting any hassle. The quality of their services are really appreciatable.
