It helps you to prepare for all the requirment of audit including template you can easily edit to fit your company's situation.

Daily reminder is a bit much and difficult to distinquish if it is your task just from email

After signing, Vanta points of contact completely disappeared. Customer support not very good. Seems like whole point of company is to sign people up and then go away. Pricing is very expensive.

What do you like best about the product?
Simply, you do not need to be an expert in the field to get certified for specific license. In our case we are trying to get SocII type 2 audit and Vanta made our life so much easier with amazing support, easy steps and plenty of examples and explanations that are an easy guide for even a non technical person.
What do you dislike about the product?
Requires a lot of access to our infrastructure. Example even access to our Microsoft 36.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta is bringing us much closer to be SOC II Type 2 Certified as well as HIPAA certified.

It is easy to use and has good notifications.

Nothing, it does what it needs to do and meets our needs.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Vanta became my single focus in addressing all of the various needs and requirements for SOC2. It was intuitive, clear and made the process simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the rare occasion, the Vanta agent wouldn't report back an updated status from a user computer even after a few days. I'd really be nitpicking here to find odd things to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta is helping us through SOC 2 type 2 compliance. Our first go around. It still was a time consuming lift but the process was made significantly simpler.
