Great compliance tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to view a dashboard and see exactly where we might be lacking with either documentation, a security check or a report etc is invaluable and makes it move along very quickly in the compliance journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing can get get high with the modules
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us get our new product SOC 2 compliant - to be able to be sell in cloud marketplace.

Streamlined experience that saved us an incredible amount of time
What do you like best about the product?
Vanta helps simplify the end to end SOC2 process, which is an otherwise technically complex and daunting process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The handoff process from the AE to CSM was a little clunky. I was left not really knowing what to do and there was a fair bit of radio silence/uncertainty for a week or two. But when I finally got in touch, things became very clear and the onboarding/success team was very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta radically simplifies the complex work of navigating SOC2 compliance (+ other compliance work we want to do in the future).
Vanta is great in that it guides you through all the steps needed to be HIPAA compliant.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Vanta gives a guided tour on how to be compliant.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more templates for documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta provides the steps needed to be HIPAA complaint. Without these steps we wouldnt know where to start !

Training was super easy for our employees.

Computer wigged out a little when I downloaded the software. Was fixed when I restarted.

Vanta is an excellent tool for tech literate indivduals
What do you like best about the product?
Vanta helps us make sure we meet our compliance obligations from a legal perspective as well as the procedures and policies outlined within our organization specifically.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the critical features that are necessary to complete some of the challenging tasks related to our compliance needs are behind a paywall and sold as an additional feature, such as the asset review utililty.

Ensuring that regulatory reviews of our security posture are being adhered to.

Puts you on easy mode for compliance
What do you like best about the product?
If you have owned compliance or performed compliance duties in the past, Vanta just makes everything easier. Very clear steps to increase complaince and integrations to automate tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning curve for employees not familiar with compliance. Some of the integrations over automate and you have to spend some time configuring.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work with large organizations in the healthcare space who typically expect proof HIPAA compliance or SOC2. Vanta makes it easy to generate a report to provide to customers.
It's a breeze

It really speeds up making your product compliant.

The web app needs be refreshed everytime, otherwise numbers don't update.

Vanta is solving for automating compliance in SaaS. With we are becoming SOC 2 compliant really quickly.
An easy way to track your road to compliance.
What do you like best about the product?
Vanta gives our a team a clear picture of what needs to be done in order to achieve and maintain our compliance golas. It also allows the team to prioritizes the work and provides a single plain of glass to track progess. The trust page has drastically reduced the amount of time that my team spends on security questionnaires, which has allowed us to devote more time and effort to other security and compliance initiatives.
What do you dislike about the product?
Vanta has come a long way in a short time. It seems like they have a solid road map. I would like to see some additional intergrations along with some additional features, such as exception handling and a procedure repository.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta is helping us obtain and maintain our SOC2 and ISO 27001 certification. We also rely on Vanta for our vendor management program.
Almost impossible without Vanta
What do you like best about the product?
The way it organizes all of the points with SOC2 is amazing. Best investment this company has made in quite a while.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing negative to report. 100% satisfied!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The SOC2 framework can be overwhelming but Vanta has done the legwork when it comes to forms, how they should appear, timeliness of testing and controls and much more. The integrations make it much easier.
Good tool for SOC2 complaince

I like visibility that is created by Vanta. It is easy to track the progress and status of cotrols. It helps to share responsibilites and control the execution
