TeamSpeak, is a great voip solution that you can self host.
What do you like best about the product?
Self hosting team speak and having top notch audio quality in game chats
What do you dislike about the product?
User interface feels a little dated, doesn't mean it doesn't work. It just looks old.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Setup TeamSpeak when other platforms had failed. Initially we used teamspeak when Xbox Live just couldn't connect us. The audio quality was top notch, and rock solid stable.

Limited mobile support: While TeamSpeak is available for mobile platforms, the mobile app is not as fully featured as the desktop version, and may not be suitable for all users.

Alternative to the Cloud, you can install it on-premise for regulation needs, i can be used in an offline enviroment.

Great for in-game chatting
What do you like best about the product?
TeamSpeak is great for coordinating with your teammates online in real time while also playing a game. It is also reliable and has nothing one could dislike about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about it, but an improvement point might be providing controls for muting the teammates when someone is left unmute and there is some noise from the background to avoid distraction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It benefits me personally in online gaming, but it is not a business solution as such because it is meant for gamers(mostly). But there is nothing that I dislike about it as TeamSpeak is very reliable.
Forget party chat, use Teamspeak
What do you like best about the product?
Teamspeak has been around for decades and is the only real tried and tested solution for in game chat. When it comes to gaming, Teamspeak is perfect for coordinating your war or battle with your team members
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally laggy if there are many players or you get someone with a live mic which can drown out players that have low volume levels. A mute all button would be helpful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Teamspeak isn't a business application as such and is dedicated to gamers and gaming. It does beat in-game chat from the likes of xbox and playstation, particularly as can be used across multiple platforms
Reliable software with an older UI
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of connecting to servers and joining chat channels make it very easy to connect and talk to anyone. The software is very lightweight and loads in a fast manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how outdated the user interface for the software is, while many popular voip softwares have decided to update their looks to a more modern and intuitive formatting, TeamSpeak has kept the same UI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps people collaborate over the internet by giving them a quick and convenient place to talk to each other while providing a user management system with varying levels of user permissions.
