What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and the way savings happen automatically once all is set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Frankly, really nothing to complain about. It just works, simple and easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloud cost is a real issue - specially for a start-up that is looking to save money, but, I can imagine it is an even bigger problem for big companies.

An "in house solution" is not something we can do (probably most companies cannot) - so, ParkMyCloud was the easiest way to keep our cost down with minimal effort on our end.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Really easy to use, just set it up and get going with the savings.

We find ParkMyCloud to be a "fire and forget" solution, once it is set-up the savings just happen.

What do you like best about the product?
The software is really complete and setup is easy : you juste have to deploy the VMTurbo virtual machine in your environnement and to provide correct credencials. After that, just use discovery and/or add your hosts (for example vsphere or xenserver).

Once completed you just have to access the web interface where you will find the dahsboard and a few usefull tabs (Invenroty, Admin, Workload, etc...). Everything is configurable, you can add, move or configure a lot of informations panels. Report section comes with a lot of predefined report but you can create your own customized reports too.

Interface is simple : there is a left pane where you can expand items (Physical machines, Storage, VM, Applications) in order to see informations you're searching for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, as there are many many informations, it's sometimes quite hard to retrieve specific details but that's maybe because I'm not too familiar with monitoring softwares.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best thing for me is that I can monitor VMware and XenServer virtual machines from one place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The product seems powerfull and complete but I think you need to have a little experience with this kind of products to be able to use it properly.
