What do you like best about the product?
Check Point Anti-Spam & Email Security is an advanced Email Security solution that is very efficient in detecting malicious email activity. Be it malicious links in the email body or malicious files as part of email attachments, Check Point Anti-Spam & Email Security is spot-on when mitigating risks related to email as a vector. It has advanced features like quarantining, sandboxing can also be implemented if required, is easy to manage and administer and is pocket-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not know of major dislikes regarding Check Point Anti-Spam & Email Security since it performs well. I'm slightly disappointed regarding vendor support for operational, administrative issues reported, as the response times and solutions provided are not up to the mark. Otherwise, this is an efficient solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Check Point Anti-Spam & Email Security is a robust barrier for all email-related traffic. It is very good at detecting malicious content in email, and since around 82% of the attacks leverage email as a vector, this is doing a great job.
We can easily integrate this with other solutions, like SIEM, SOAR, etc., to optimize operations, which is a significant boost.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Avanan for the last year, and my experience has been fantastic. My Use case is to secure our email against fraudulent and malicious activities and phishing attacks. It is a robust cloud-based tool that provides real-time security against phishing, cyber fraud and cyber-attack. Very easy to set up with your email services, supports all the major platforms and provides detailed reports of how many emails have been blocked, phishing links, phishing files, malware, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI/UX should be improved, and I wouldn't say I like the UI of Avanan. Sometimes it slows down and is laggy; one more thing, sometimes, it blocks the critical emails that are not spam and are essential to me; pricing is a bit higher than other competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Avanan Cloud Email Security provides data leak prevention, malware attacks via emails, and phishing attacks that significantly help our company. We deal with many clients, and they are happy with the secure database via email, which also allows us to prevent mistakes from our side. I recommend Avanan to companies worried about security, data breaches, and phishing attacks. It is a great software to protect our emails.

I like that Avanan Cloud Email Security offers a comprehensive solution for protecting against email-based threats. The platform is also easy to set up and manage, with a user-friendly interface and support for multiple email platforms.

One thing I dislike about Avanan Cloud Email Security is that it may not be suitable for all organizations. The platform is geared towards larger enterprises and may not be as suitable for smaller businesses or organizations with limited IT resources.

Avanan Cloud Email Security is designed to solve the problem of email-based threats, such as spam, phishing, and malware attacks. By using advanced filtering, machine learning, and threat intelligence, the platform is able to detect and block these types of threats before they can reach users' inboxes.
Necessary tool for professional emails
What do you like best about the product?
Avanan has helped in preventing malicious emails from entering in email inbox as It has helped in tackling with ransomware, phishing attacks, and all practices that can be harmful are not delivered in inbox. Another thing which I like is reports and statistics provided by Avanan along with the Interface of Dashboard. I also liked that attachments are also scanned for added security.
What do you dislike about the product?
Several times a lot of time is taken for emails to reflect in the inbox, this is something which I dislike as a lag is felt and this can be improved to make a better and seamless experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Avanan has helped a lot in combating malicious emails and helped a lot to prevent phishing and ransom attacks . All the files are even scanned before download for enhanced security . Avanan provides confidence for emails as it adds a security layer to inbox .

I like it's capability to identify and mark files containing confidential,financial and personal identifiable information with firm preventing accidental share.

A must have for the protection of your email
What do you like best about the product?
The thing we liked most about Avanan was the UI. It was an easy-to-use interface with a lot of information and notifications that were helpful.
It was also great to manage multiple of our customers trough one single dashboard, which made the use way more enjoyable!
The DLP worked great for the couple times i had to use it which was really nice!

What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike besides the lack of detailed documentation. I wasn't a big part of the integrating and installing, that's where most of my colleagues bumped their head against.
For myself, it was an excellent app to use so no complaints!

Avanan helped us manage multiple customers effectively all through one simple to use dashboard. Because of this the trust of our customers also grew significantly towards us, which made it better to work with them.

Avanan Cloud Email Security is an excellent tool that presents several types of preventive characteristics that help us prevent malicious emails, it also has DLP such as scanning all the attachments of each of the emails
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things we have noticed is that sometimes it takes a long time to do a scan and deny access to mail. They should improve that feature, besides that the tool does its job very well

The company needed a tool that would help us detect and examine all the malicious emails that enter our collaborators since we were receiving a lot of phishing emails.

Avanan Email Security keeps checks on every email and blocks all the wrong emails that seem to be legitimate, including Spam emails and Phishing emails and need not worry much about the security part of the emails and scans all the attachments and files, encrypting them at the same time making the communication safe and confidential.
What do you dislike about the product?
Several times blocks emails from clients and counter parties that are important also the User-interface part needs to be modern with new and current user firendly UI's.

This Software has helped us to carry secure communication with our emails, making our emails encrypted, preventing email boxes from Spam and phishing emails, enhancing overall security of emails.

What do you like best about the product?
Avanan Cloud Email Security platform differs from other API vendors through its pre-emptive malicious email blocking features. It's a complete email security suite that offers full-fledged data loss protection for our business emails & customer data. Its DLP scanning seamlessly goes through all emails, attachments & files in our organization's account.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have recently started using email security solutions offered by the Avanan platform. It primarily focuses on the prevention of malicious emails cause it takes about 30 minutes for any API vendor to detect it & by that time user might already have clicked on the phishing mail. All executable contents are removed instantaneously by enabling its Content Disarm & Reconstruction feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Avanan effectively searches through our mailbox for malicious emails, messages & files based on custom criteria that we define in its console. With one click, its Search & Destroy feature removes all these contents from the mailbox. Its custom query engine allows us to create a blocklist for recurring threats & allows bulk quarantining for extended security measures. Since all malicious emails are handled before it reaches our inbox, we are empowered with Avanan's splendid defensive capabilities against email-oriented cyber threats.
