What do you like best about the product?
The email security application has been configured with communication platforms to ensure information goes through safe channel. Sending files and confidential documents through email has ever been secure since I started using Avanan Cloud Email Security.
What do you dislike about the product?
All the targeted tasks and projects have been implemented as planned. I have no negative objection towards the performance of this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves email account from hacking by cyber attackets and interfering with personal information. It has blocked entry of unsecure emails with viruses into my inbox. Conversation with my colleagues under secure network infrastructure is guaranteed.

Most organizations are worried about business email compromise (BEC) and phishing emails. With Check Point Harmony Email and Collaboration (HEC), it addresses the most pressing matters with its unique Zero-Phishing engine. Moreover, HEC has other security stack to take care of known and unknown malware, be it in the form of attachment or embedded URL links.

What do you like best about the product?
What I liked the most was the ease of deployment and integration with our email solution. Also the number of phishing emails we have received since deploying the solution is near to zero.

I did not dislike anything about the solution.

We were receiving a significant amount of spam targeting our executives. Also, since we need to comply with PCI, we can now identify and stop credit card information using email.

What do you like best about the product?
Avanan works smartly for email security and keeps the users safe from malicious links and phishing threats. The best thing is it works in the cloud, which keeps the systems clean.
What do you dislike about the product?
Avanan has been excellent for filtering out unwanted emails but at times the AI system filters out some important emails too, which is the only concern for me in the product.

Avanan is being used for Cloud Email Security and Intelligent email protection software, and we have a great experience using it as we have observed enhanced security for our email client and overall system and data security.
Easily the best email security solution ever
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Avanan is its centralized and unified search bar which helps to search for any user data or email instantly. Additionally, the document menu option is available on the dashboard screen itself which makes it easy to access.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any significant dislike for Avanan. We get great email security from Avanan. Also, spam and malicious emails are blocked at the very front and a lot of time and effort is saved by us too.

One of the best benefits that we are getting out of Avanan is the cleaner emails. Spam emails and emails intended for phishing activities have reduced greatly after installing Avanan for us

What is our primary use case?
Our goal has always been to strengthen our infrastructure. We currently have Microsoft 365. In order to provide a centralized security solution, we use Checkpoint Harmony Email, which provides us with security against phishing attacks, malware, and advanced data protection, among others. Some other features that successfully help provide a robust security infrastructure for all collaborative applications.
It is also important to mention that it is managed under the Check Point Infinity Portal, which is the most modern of the Check Point approaches.
How has it helped my organization?
We have managed to implement this as a totally cloud tool, from the Check Point Infinity Portal. It's super easy. In addition, we have managed to generate DLP policies for the protection of data that is shared to avoid sensitive losses and compliance with regulations.
Also, through the monitoring panel we have been able to see the behavior of our environment and how it is attacked by new threats. We can make decisions to improve our infrastructure thanks to Harmony Email.
What is most valuable?
Check Point Harmony Email tool is very modern. Its characteristics are adapted to the most modern threats. One of its main virtues is its monitoring system, which is very important for decision-making, however, it is also very intuitive, easy to understand, and simple to use.
Its DLP policies are quite easy to implement, which help a lot with compliance with the regulations required by our company in addition to shielding sensitive data.
This tool integrates and protects all collaborative tools, in our case, Microsoft 365.
What needs improvement?
The key improvement for this tool is the inclusion of more collaborative applications. We know that Microsoft has many tools, however, not all of them are covered.
It is also important to validate the documentation. Not all of it is precise. It is very difficult to find the correct ones. In this area, Check Point could generate a more up-to-date library to be able to help customers or companies use their products more.
Finally, the Check Point Infinity Portal sometimes feels a bit slow, and there are performance issues that should be easy to fix.

A very modern tool, centralized through Check Point Infinity, this is used by our company on a trial basis during the last semester.

Previously, we used Microsoft security tools. However, we needed to centralize the security environments, and it was perfect with Infinity.

It is important to evaluate the tools before going into production to verify that everything works correctly.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
We carried out a previous validation of the functions and current tools of the market. It convinced us to move towards Check Point.
