An email security product that finally integrates in a modern way
What do you like best about the product?
Almost instant integration Zero changes need on email chain Enterprise security no matter the location of the user. Integrates via modern APIs rather than old MX records
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited visibility in setup steps Still under development Not 100% integrated with other Check Point products, but its getting there. Would be good to have tiers of product licenses
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing cloud based email security that doesn't require an additional hop in my email chain or changes to mail routing. Makes providing security and filtering email easy
Adding a Security layer to Pro-email Inbox
What do you like best about the product?
The reports part of Avanan is good as provides detailed reports on total emails blocked, phishing links and everything in a proper manner and prevents bad emails from entering the email inbox. Secondly the realtime scanning is very useful feature that this email security have and works great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime downtime is there and things get slower that is something they need to work upon, also many times non spam emails are also blocked that are important, They should also work on easy data recovery.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Avanan has helped to keep the emails secure and getting reports for each and every details being required, preventing Spam and phishing emails from entering email boxes. Securing email communications with encryption, scanning files in the attachment and anything and everything required to secure emails.

What do you like best about the product?
Avanan Email Security keeps checks on every email and blocks all the wrong emails that seem to be legitimate, including Spam emails and Phishing emails and need not worry much about the security part of the emails and scans all the attachments and files, encrypting them at the same time making the communication safe and confidential.
What do you dislike about the product?
Several times blocks emails from clients and counter parties that are important also the User-interface part needs to be modern with new and current user firendly UI's.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This Software has helped us to carry secure communication with our emails, making our emails encrypted, preventing email boxes from Spam and phishing emails, enhancing overall security of emails.
Avanan Cloud Email Security: Excellent API-based security platform for business email protection
What do you like best about the product?
Avanan Cloud Email Security platform differs from other API vendors through its pre-emptive malicious email blocking features. It's a complete email security suite that offers full-fledged data loss protection for our business emails & customer data. Its DLP scanning seamlessly goes through all emails, attachments & files in our organization's account.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have recently started using email security solutions offered by the Avanan platform. It primarily focuses on the prevention of malicious emails cause it takes about 30 minutes for any API vendor to detect it & by that time user might already have clicked on the phishing mail. All executable contents are removed instantaneously by enabling its Content Disarm & Reconstruction feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Avanan effectively searches through our mailbox for malicious emails, messages & files based on custom criteria that we define in its console. With one click, its Search & Destroy feature removes all these contents from the mailbox. Its custom query engine allows us to create a blocklist for recurring threats & allows bulk quarantining for extended security measures. Since all malicious emails are handled before it reaches our inbox, we are empowered with Avanan's splendid defensive capabilities against email-oriented cyber threats.
Better than Best - Avanan
What do you like best about the product?
As like the name Avanan, their service and product also stays unique in our company. I am very much impressed by the features and customer support of Avanan. Every time the software updates, it is getting better. The detection of phishing and spam mail is accurate all the times.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to unlike to anyone with this software, The only improvement which I personally need is "Avanan in Mobile", will be very useful. Kindly consider.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Avanan we were using barracuda email security, with barracuda we were not even satisfied at all, everytime it need a manually action to be done to complete any task, which is waste of the software, whereas, with Avanan everything is automated and the AI is the best in that. Avanan doesn't need any manualy action, which saves us the time and make our work more efficient.
Cost effective Email and Slack protection
What do you like best about the product?
Avanan Cloud Email Security made it less of a worry to send and receive our emails, we sometimes share things quickly through email and now know these are well protected. Its also useful for file sharing since it scans the files to ensure there is no malicious software.

What do you dislike about the product?
We are a software developers company that have a reasonably great understanding of computers and software. Sometimes our coworkers did find it a bit complicated to work with data recovery. Further Avanan Cloud has been helping us be secure and safe while working hard for our customers.
Also the initial set up and implementation could be a bit faster
We eventually stopped using it because our jobs got divided and didnt need it anymore for the team. The experiences in the past have been overwhelmingly positive for us!

Avanan Cloud Email Security has helped a ton in making sure we're secure and safe from malicious software being put in our system. We needed an easy way to ensure we have an extra layer of protection in our working environment and Avanan Cloud has helped us with that a ton.
Avanan gets the job done.
What do you like best about the product?
It presents a map with a visual indicator of all logins within the last 7 days, which facilitates an easy way to identify suspicious activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
A number of legitimate email messages are blocked because they are incorrectly identified as Phishing emails.

Avanan has been around my organization for the 3 years now. It has been great by stopping all the phishing attacks from unknown emails.
I like the ease of use and the tool simplicity and reporting capabilities which enables us to complete most tasks with leaving the Avan User Interface.
The support team is great and has always been very innovative and supportive.

Its kinda not affordable for the small organization especially thinking of short term.

I like how this tool uses AI to protect cloud email and collaboration suites from cyber attacks that evade default and advanced security tools.

What do you like best about the product?
The filter for the emails is powerful and prevents spamming and phishing emails from reaching in the inbox, the solution is easy to implement and use as well as manage at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Several times the emails that needs to be delivered are from clients are also blocked so they need to work on that part and should improve that part, no product is best but it needs to be improved and updated on a periodic basis

Avanan Cloud email security has helped a lot in preventing junk emails and phishing email from reaching inbox without worrying much as emails are being filtered once by provider

What do you like best about the product?
For any company, ensuring great security for your business email is critical. Avanan has ensured we have secure file sharing as it detects and quarantines the files in case they are malicious. For any malicious emails, it blocks them and this ensures that we are safe from any data attacks. Generally it is easy to use this product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using Avanan for quite a while and am generally pleased with how it works and the support team has been incredible in ensuring we get the best out of this this product.

Avanan has been key in monitoring and identifying any malicious threats targeting our company before they cause harm. File sharing has been exceptional for our company and one impressive thing about Avanan is how it blocks malicious mails before they hit our inbox.
