Avanan for security and governance!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it has prevented internal user's from sharing confidential documents through removing sharing option.
I also like how it normally blocks malicious emails from external which contains malware.

It has positively improved cloud content data and email security.

Nice email security tool
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is really clean and crisp, and there are no unnecessary icons. The inbuilt artificial intelligence-based notifications are very cool; it helps in flagging risks proactively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting exports of the system is very cumbersome. It's at times challenging to stay up to date with all the updates Avanan keeps pushing. Perhaps the release cycles should be a little less frequent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Avanan is a nice cloud email security product. It helps us in protecting our organization against phishing attacks. It works well with Microsoft exchange email, which is a plus for us.

What do you like best about the product?
Business email security is one of the most critical and optimum tasks for every enterprise, big or small, as they contain a lot of sensitive data. Avanon offers the highest protection through E2E encryption and spam filters, eliminating the risks associated with cyber-attacks.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is the solution I have been looking for a long time to protect official emails from various vulnerabilities associated with malicious phishing emails, and this is the perfect solution. Obvoiusly, no dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me separate spam emails that clog my inbox along with other regular emails and eventually delete them. I get ultimate data security as my official emails contain many client-sensitive data, and any data leak can put us in a lot of trouble, like a data breach.
A good cloud email security in the market
What do you like best about the product?
Provide Anti-Spam, Anti-Malware features to protect incorporated users from external threats. Moreover, Avanan can integrate with the most common cloud services, such as Office 365 and G-Suite, to prevent data leakage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Avanan Cloud Email Security has completed protection, false positives sometimes still happen to make legitimate emails blocked. AI engine needs to be improved better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without a completed protection solution like Avanan Cloud Email Security, organizations will face many external threats causing harm to corporate users. Spammed emails constantly intruding inside will hurt organizations' brands

What do you like best about the product?
A tremendous innovative tool that protects our business from malicious emails and phishing attacks that can ruin you. Helps you maintain a zero trust model regarding the ongoing threat of cyber attacks and malware.

Nothing at all! It works well for me, and I also look forward to using it in the future.

Before implementing it, we used to get a lot of unwanted and unsolicited malicious spam emails. But the issue is resolved now post implementing it. It's super easy to use and very intuitive.

The Spamming and Phishing emails are sorted easily by the provider and need not to worry for wrong emails in the email box, The Service is really easy to use and manage .

The user-interface could have been better and there could be a mobile application for ease of usage and will make the accessibility very easy and convenient also should work on the phone OS.

It has helped a lot to keep email boxes safe from all the Phishing attempt emails that seems to be from organisations and the prevention of spam emails .

What do you like best about the product?
The email security application has been configured with communication platforms to ensure information goes through safe channel. Sending files and confidential documents through email has ever been secure since I started using Avanan Cloud Email Security.
What do you dislike about the product?
All the targeted tasks and projects have been implemented as planned. I have no negative objection towards the performance of this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves email account from hacking by cyber attackets and interfering with personal information. It has blocked entry of unsecure emails with viruses into my inbox. Conversation with my colleagues under secure network infrastructure is guaranteed.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most organizations are worried about business email compromise (BEC) and phishing emails. With Check Point Harmony Email and Collaboration (HEC), it addresses the most pressing matters with its unique Zero-Phishing engine. Moreover, HEC has other security stack to take care of known and unknown malware, be it in the form of attachment or embedded URL links.

Avanan Cloud Email Security gives complete protection forMicrosoft 365 and Google Workplace. It works on the mail API level which none of the competitors in this space have the capability
What do you dislike about the product?
Avanan Email security doesn't have security capability for open-source email solutions like Zimbra, Zoho, netcore. These email solutions are prominent in Indian markets when it comes to SMEs
