What I liked the most was the ease of deployment and integration with our email solution. Also the number of phishing emails we have received since deploying the solution is near to zero.

I did not dislike anything about the solution.

We were receiving a significant amount of spam targeting our executives. Also, since we need to comply with PCI, we can now identify and stop credit card information using email.

Avanan has been the best Phishing detection tool that we've been using for quite some years now, I like how he useful spotting compromised accounts by alerting on suspicious account activity for Google Workspace customers.

Avanan has been excellent for filtering out unwanted emails but at times the AI system filters out some important emails too, which is the only concern for me in the product.

What I like and appreciate mostly when with Avanan the number 1 ranked API-Based Email Security protects our emails from Sophisticated Phishing Attacks, ransomware, account takeover, BEC, and all the supply chain attacks before they can reach in our inbox by preventing delivery of malicious emails to our own inbox.
I also like it blocks all malicious emails before they reach out inbox.
I like how we are able to the advanced machine learning integrates data from the entire Office 365 and Google Workspace environment which builds customers specific context engines to easily identify BEC/EAC attacks and many more.

There isn't much to dislike about this worlds number one email security platform, the whole experience was very fantastic and innovative. Their support team is excellent and very proactive.

The whole deployment process was easy and the tool is very easy to use and moreover very user-friendly.
We use this tool mainly to deploy secure infrastructure both on-prem and on cloud which ensures there is safe passage and prevent all advanced phishing attacks, and malwarefrom our emails.
Another usage we use it during file sharing on cloud which makes sure our files are secure and safe from all attacks.

The best thing about Avanan is its centralized and unified search bar which helps to search for any user data or email instantly. Additionally, the document menu option is available on the dashboard screen itself which makes it easy to access.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any significant dislike for Avanan. We get great email security from Avanan. Also, spam and malicious emails are blocked at the very front and a lot of time and effort is saved by us too.

One of the best benefits that we are getting out of Avanan is the cleaner emails. Spam emails and emails intended for phishing activities have reduced greatly after installing Avanan for us

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things about Avanan is that we can very easily drill down into statistics and reports using its slide-through menus. The security overview option in the dashboard is very new and unique and lets us understand where our major security threats are and which emails are phishing ones. Additionally, Avanan blocks most of the malware and phishing emails keeping all our data safe.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I do not have any major hiccup or dislike with Avana. Sometimes, my system gets slow, but compared to the email data security provided by Avanan, system performance is not a big factor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the major problems for us was the sharing of malicious content in internal emails. The default security provided by Gmail wasn't enough. That is when Avanan proved to be of great help to us. We were able to block any unnecessary emails. Also, the reports and dashboards provided for us to have a post mortem is quite useful.

What is our primary use case?
Our goal has always been to strengthen our infrastructure. We currently have Microsoft 365. In order to provide a centralized security solution, we use Checkpoint Harmony Email, which provides us with security against phishing attacks, malware, and advanced data protection, among others. Some other features that successfully help provide a robust security infrastructure for all collaborative applications.
It is also important to mention that it is managed under the Check Point Infinity Portal, which is the most modern of the Check Point approaches.
How has it helped my organization?
We have managed to implement this as a totally cloud tool, from the Check Point Infinity Portal. It's super easy. In addition, we have managed to generate DLP policies for the protection of data that is shared to avoid sensitive losses and compliance with regulations.
Also, through the monitoring panel we have been able to see the behavior of our environment and how it is attacked by new threats. We can make decisions to improve our infrastructure thanks to Harmony Email.
What is most valuable?
Check Point Harmony Email tool is very modern. Its characteristics are adapted to the most modern threats. One of its main virtues is its monitoring system, which is very important for decision-making, however, it is also very intuitive, easy to understand, and simple to use.
Its DLP policies are quite easy to implement, which help a lot with compliance with the regulations required by our company in addition to shielding sensitive data.
This tool integrates and protects all collaborative tools, in our case, Microsoft 365.
What needs improvement?
The key improvement for this tool is the inclusion of more collaborative applications. We know that Microsoft has many tools, however, not all of them are covered.
It is also important to validate the documentation. Not all of it is precise. It is very difficult to find the correct ones. In this area, Check Point could generate a more up-to-date library to be able to help customers or companies use their products more.
Finally, the Check Point Infinity Portal sometimes feels a bit slow, and there are performance issues that should be easy to fix.

A very modern tool, centralized through Check Point Infinity, this is used by our company on a trial basis during the last semester.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?
We carried out a previous validation of the functions and current tools of the market. It convinced us to move towards Check Point.
