What do you like best about the product?
Real AI with ease of implementation. Avanan is easy for organizations to set up and integrate with their current services. Businesses find it intriguing because of its deployment simplicity and API-based methodology. Modern artificial intelligence (AI) is used by Avanan to proactively filter fraudulent emails before they get in your mailbox. What do you dislike about the product?
Complexity, Difficulties with Integration. Even while Avanan strives for simplicity of use, some users could still find the setup procedure difficult or need extra assistance when deploying. There may be difficulties integrating Avanan with current email systems and workflows, particularly in complicated settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inline scanning and advanced threat detection. Businesses find it easy to implement Avanan using an API. For businesses, its efficiency and simplicity make it a desirable option.

What do you like best about the product?
Avanan Cloud Email Security is known for its comprehensive protection against various email threats. Its standout feature is the integration with cloud email services like Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, offering advanced threat detection, anti-phishing, and data loss prevention. The ability to use a single pane of glass for managing security and its emphasis on real-time threat intelligence are particularly notable. What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about avanan cloud email security is how well it integrates with our email setup and defend against phasing scam.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no downside in functionality and tunning will take a little bit time .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The amount of stuff that Avanan has caught for us makes me wonder how much stuff was getting through before with the standard O365 protection and ATP

What do you like best about the product?
Avanan goes beyond basic spam filtering. It effectively blocks phishing attempts, malware, ransomware, and other sophisticated email-borne attacks. We've seen a significant reduction in the number of threats that reach our users' inboxes.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the interface is intuitive, configuring advanced policies and rules can require some technical expertise. However, the documentation and support resources provided by Avanan are helpful in navigating this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seamless Integration: Deploying Avanan was incredibly easy. It integrates seamlessly with our existing email infrastructure (Microsoft 365 in our case), and there was no disruption to our workflow during implementation.

What do you like best about the product?
The best things about Avanan Cloud Email security is how well it integrates with our current email setup and defends against malware and phishing scams. it watches out emails and detects anything suspect using intelligent technology like AU. furthermore, we can easily manager out email security with the aid of the reports and an intuitive and interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that Avanan cloud email security occasionally marks safe emails as threats due to an excessive number of false positive. sorting through this can be a ittke tedius and time-consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our inboxes are kept safe by Avanan Cloud Email Security, which blocks phishing, virus, and ransomware emails. This translates into better peace of mind knowing our information is safe and less time spent addressing threats. We are also able to maintain our email security thanks to the reports.

What do you like best about the product?
Protecting emails from threats like phishing and malware, easily work with services like G Suite.Also, it provides continous updates and having good customer support.

Complexity in initial setup and user interface of plateform

What do you like best about the product?
Most of the actions are done automatically. Seems to be very efficient with a low false positive rate

The fact that it is needed at all, but it is.

Rather than creating filters manually, this does most of the job and I have to only add exclusions

What is our primary use case?

We mainly use this product for Email security, and it has an extremely simple setup. We have it installed at one of our client's locations to detect and respond appropriately to common threats such as phishing, scams, and data leakage. This comprehensive coverage allows us to protect the services running within the organization.

Check Point Harmony Email Collaboration enables us to efficiently and confidently implement necessary solutions for our various email configurations. The support services available are outstanding. When we sought a product demo for Harmony Email and Collaboration, it was very thorough.

How has it helped my organization?

The product is incredibly easy to set up and deploy, even across multiple tenants. Once we completed the connection process, we selected our policies and configured them to notify users about spam/phishing emails.

It provides recommendations but also allows for customization to suit our needs. After the initial setup, we rarely need to make adjustments.

We've contacted support a few times, and their responses have been quick and helpful. The user interface is very intuitive, and our technicians didn't need formal training because of how well it's laid out. We've implemented this across multiple tenants and have more than 1,000 users, with fewer than 10 tickets about potential false positives/negatives. This has significantly reduced the number of "Is this Spam" tickets from our customers.

What is most valuable?

The email security solution boasts an exceptional success rate in filtering out junk, spam, and phishing emails while ensuring that legitimate emails reach their intended recipients. The setup process is straightforward and user-friendly. The vendor is highly engaged with monthly meetings to introduce new features, and the account manager is notably responsive. In addition, the pricing offered is remarkably competitive compared to other options available in the email security market.

What needs improvement?

The ability to customize based on existing organizational goals, milestones, and current or future state designs is important. Customizable policies regarding how to handle specific email files, their contents, and appropriate remediation steps are critical in product selection. In larger organizations, the sheer volume of emails can be daunting when evaluating solutions. Ensuring the integrity of communications and proper collaboration is crucial to establishing the CIA triad. This solution has reduced insecurities and made scaling this product rather seamless.

Initial Learning Mode takes a while. I would like to have protection go live immediately and then have learning mode kick in after the initial scan Email Search can be clunky at times. It would be nice if there was a way to auto-fill recipients or sender fields with known users' payment options.

For how long have I used the solution?

We have several clients, and one of them uses the Harmony Email gateway. We also plan to use this product because many of our clients are experiencing issues with their mail gateways and are considering using this product for using it against a variety of Cyber threats including malware and ransomware.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

Scalability is 10/10 as with a larger organization, the sheer volume of emails can be quite intimidating when evaluating the scale of solutions. Ensuring the integrity of communications and proper collaboration is critical to establishing the CIA triad. This solution has reduced those insecurities and made scaling this product solution rather seamless.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

My impression of the stability is 10/10 for this solution.

How are customer service and support?

So far, we have received very good support for our issues, and the TAC for this product is really good. They provide a solution quickly.

Game changing, must have anti phishing software for affordable price

What do you like best about the product?
Harmony reduced the number of phishing emails getting to our inboxes by 94%. On top of that there are very few false positives quarantined. The support & training from the Checkpoint team has been excellent. The product has required very little ongoing work to maintain after initial setup

Our company had seen an exponential increase in the number of phishing emails getting to people's inboxes. We implemented the strictest security policies possible with Microsoft Defender, wrote over a dozen Exchange rules to catch phishing emails, & more but it did not stop the increase in phishing emails which led us to search for a new anti phishing solution. Harmony had the best reviews & within a day of activating it we could see why as the phishign emails stopped. Overally we have seen a 94% decrease in phishing emails & all that was for an extremely affordable cost. Harmony has been a great investment that makes us safer & reduces the amount of time responding to phishing emails.
