CloudGuard SaaS is an assortment of features
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the CloudGuard SAAS pulls updates from the internet and does not have to rely on a management server in the customer's environment. This saves resources that the customer might have had to find in order to create a management server. This saves time and costs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not find much documentation on how to setup SAAS. I also found that the Infinity Management service took a long time to change to a Running state in the initial setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The customer is providing their environment from spam, ransomware and other threats.

Try to demo the product prior to implementing to your organization

The end user isn't aware of all the blocks

Recently it hasn't detected phishing emails therefore there has been a risk for the end user.

In a time where phishing and spam attacks are higher than ever before, Cloudguard has provided us with a solution to prevent these attacks and improve the corporative security

It is an easy to integrate solution to protect users from common spam and phishing attacks.
Great protection to O365
What do you like best about the product?
I think that the best is the simple way to work. Since it connects to API instead of put front of my systems is perfect to avoid problems.

Right now I do not have any negative points of the solution.

O365 is a incredible cloud product but how to securize this is a big problem for us.

Easy to incorporate in your current security policy. Strong protection not interfering too much the user experience.

Maybe it has some intersection with solutions already implemented by the SaaS provider

If improve data security is important, better than work with the native cloud solutions is to use CloudGuard SaaS as the product and vendor focuses on it.

Ease of use, efficiency in tracking phishing threats and remedy issues for user requests.

If there is an issue sometimes it takes a while to troubleshoot.

IT is protecting our inbound Office 365 email traffic for all 350 company users.

I love the artificial intelligence engine it uses.

Penalize (little) real time, but like any solution with these functions.

I have integration with Office 365 & protecting the email vector from viruses and malware & it seem working pretty awesome.

We are currently in the testing phase of features. But the product seems very Smooth n Stable also easy for implementation still Documentation on portal needs to improve.

The threat prevention module that protects against phishing, malware, and data leakage in SaaS

Maybe the identity protection module because I couldn't test it in real environment, and i think that is more complex to configuring than threat prevention module

The solution provides complete protections against even the most sophisticated malware and zero-day, phising, DLP, shadow IT and visibility and unified security management in SaaS environments.

What do you like best about the product?
1. The Check Point Anti-Spam & Email Security software blade provides several ways to detect the SPAM - based on the content of the letters, based on the reputation of the source IP of the sender etc.
2. The databases used for Anti-Spam protections are updated automatically from the Check Point Threat Cloud, based on the schedule (for mosts of our environments - every 2 hours.).
3. There is a built-in antivirus to scan the attachments of the emails.

What do you dislike about the product?
For the Check Point Management software version R80.10, the configuration of the Anti-Spam & Email Security software blade should be made in the outdated Smart Dashboard and not in the modern Smart Console. You can't have both application opened at the same time - one gets blocked. That's also valid for some other blades (DLP, Mobile Access). I haven't checked whether it's valid for the latest R80.40.

The Check Point Anti-Spam & Email Security software blade is enabled on Next Generation Firewalls placed on the edges of our company's office networks.
It's configured to scan all the emails sent to our employs from within the Internet - to filter the SPAM messages and protect from malicious attachments. The Check Point NGFW serves as Email Relays. We collect logs from CP NGFW to ELK stack to perform event correlation.

In may opinion, this software blade is quite useless for datacenter networks and should be purchased for office networks only.
