It's a very good security product for the company emails
What do you like best about the product?
Filtered the maliciosus emalis, filter IPs to login into emails account to Office365, advice you if there is some anomalies (por example, logins from differtents country in a few time).
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, I dislike the false positive. Sometimes, the users send me emails to restore some emails because the CloudGuard has stopped the mail for Phishing, when really the email was correct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a very good security product to the emails. one years ago, we received a infectec email, thar contents a malicious link. the recepients open the link and put his credentials. The user was a director financials. After a few days, a hacker sends to bank a email in name to Director Finantials, ordering to transfer 50.000 $ to a account. We had luck, because the bank called to the user, for other cuestions, and ask him if he need the note about the transfer. Then we could stop that transfer.
We installed CloudGuard six month ago. All emails now are been filtered to virus (phishing y Malware) and all the company works normally.

That there is no monthly subscription, only annual....
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Cloudguard SaaS we are having almost zero issues with malware and phishing on our mails

What do you like best about the product?
the product in my company its essential, the email are clean by checkpoint in the cloud, for me chekpoint with all solutions in contract have secured my company and we havent any dislikes.
What do you dislike about the product?
with cloudguard sas its difficult to explain becouse for me its the best way to clean the email, only and its for say one thing its the false positive when the filter is in high values, but if you want to stay protected its the only way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
mail clean without phising spam or viruses all the email of my company are scanned by chekpoint in the cloud.
the email its the first vector of input of virus and malware, at the moment thanks to chekpoint my bussines its clean.

CloudGuard SaaS protect business of all sizes and decrease risks and protect from advanced threats.

What do you like best about the product?
The web console simplifies management and control over security issues like phishing and malware on our SaaS O365 mails.
What do you dislike about the product?
DLP need an update, its still on roadmap and havent changed for a while

Thanks to Cloudguard SaaS we are having almost zero issues with malware and phishing on our bussiness accounts
Email security solution for Office 365 that works and works great!
What do you like best about the product?
The service is what I would expect in email security... you do not manage the service, it manages the security as expected. I have worked with several solutions in the past and by far this is the one which provides the best security and least amount of maintenance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using this solution for over 1 year and have not found any dislike... great services, great product, great support...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems? I quickly abandoned my last Email Security service as it was overly complicated, required too much time to maintain, and was just based on rules and policies, which ended up conflicting everywhere. I now have a email security solution which does what it is supposed to do... and that is protect my company from unsafe email and related attacks. Out of the box it has been doing exactly what my company needed. Implementation time was a few minutes versus my prior service which took weeks. Maintenance is practically non-existent.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are not certain of the capabilities, try the service, as it is easily configured and did not impact any of our existing services. Once we saw the benefit and simplicity of use, in addition to the accuracy of catching the spoofing, impersonations, phishing, and related issues, we were sold. I have also evaluated several other solutions all which followed the complexities of products which are to difficult to manage and maintain. I just wanted a solution which does its job and protects our organization as expected and not have to maintain the solution.
Avanan Changed how we do business for the better. It just works!
What do you like best about the product?
Avanan truly changed how we do business. We (IT) were constantly bombarded by end-users who wanted us to cut down on Spam and Phishing attacks. In stepped Avanan. With simple and easy setup, plus no end-user training, we hit the ground running and all we heard were good things. The company we were using for a security audit actually started recommending Avanan to its customers. Can't say much more than that.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative is that we can't add custom logos. It's on the roadmap I've heard. Sometimes you will have an additional time waiting on emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Spam, phishing and DLP. We didn't realize how much it would improve the lives of our end-users and allow us to protect our company.

Take advantage of the POC and see how good it is for your environment.

It takes a little while to manually quarantine emails.

Avanan: Best in Class Customer Service, Products, and Features
What do you like best about the product?
The program installed pretty much instantly with zero interference to our Office 365 Environment. The program itself is very robust and has a lot of cool features and they continue to add more as each update comes out. It has a very clean and intuitive user interface and it very easy to pick up on everything after your initial training session. There is also a level of customization to the menus and to the interfaces.
When creating custom queries there are hundreds of options and it will take time and practice to learn them all. However, you can submit any question to the customer support team, and they will answer anything you throw at them and help you understand.
I also like that it is API based. It works in conjunction with the standard office 365 security features, instead of replacing them and rendering them useless, like the other popular solutions on the market. This makes for a faster and more efficient experience in my opinion and from what I have seen.

I honestly can't think of any major dislikes or complaints. Any time I have had any issues or questions, I have been able to get it resolved or I have been able to get an answer form the support team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Avanan, we had no additional security for our Office 365 environment. Avanan was an option that was easily implemented and immediately started producing results with phishing and malware hits. The amount of stuff that Avanan has caught for us makes me wonder how much stuff was getting through before with the standard O365 protection and ATP. The major benefit to us as a company was protecting us from phishing, malware, or ransomware threats. This allows us to keep our business continuity without interruption.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend looking at Avanan in consideration for your Office 365 platform. It is an understatement to say the program is easy to use, and it powerful and useful. I have had a near perfect level of accuracy when it comes to hits on malicious emails.
I will absolutely be using them again if I were to ever move to a different job or company.

Excellent augmentation to existing email protection. Effective and easy-to-use.

Avanan catches many of the phishing attempt emails that can sneak by Office 365 EOP. It alerts users that an item has been quarantined and allows them to request a review/release. Great functionality. Easy to set up and easy to use.

There's really nothing to dislike - it just works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Avanan to augment Office 365's EOP in identifying and quarantining phishing email attempts. We've seen the number of phishing or otherwise malicious emails that get through to our users' inboxes drop significantly since onboarding. The tool is easy to set up and easy to use, both from the administrative side and for our end users.

Well worth the investment.
