How has it helped my organization?
We aimed to enhance the server security perimeter due to previous vulnerabilities with Microsoft, ensuring a strong email security management system.
What is most valuable?
The most valuable feature is spam detection and phishing site prevention, which Microsoft couldn't catch, yet Check Point does. Additionally, the threat management database provides consistent updates.
What needs improvement?
Check Point should integrate with features available in Barracuda - like more advanced threat management.

We have been working with Check Point Harmony Email and Collaboration for more than five years.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
The stability is good. I haven’t experienced any outages or abrupt stops.

The scalability is good and improving, rated seven to eight out of ten.

Whenever there's a need, my team communicates with them, and we have always been satisfied. Rated eight out of ten.

We loved the intutive UI, easy of deployment.
The solution provided a big uplift in capabilities from the outgoing SEG platform.
The implementation was easy and straight forward and support did an amazing job in addressing any issues that we picked up on the way.

With 2 months into the implementation there are no major dislikes.

I think the most useful feature is this avoid phishing emails to get into inbox which may contains ransomeware or Spyware.

I didn't explore it all yet so I can't tell but I think sometime it may delete useful mails or files

This reduses the false positive alarming of spam mail and also getting rids of spamming and phishing mail compared to defender.

Check Point Anti-Span & Email security is very effective in the detection and prevention of spam and phishing attacks. It uses threat intelligence and ensures no spam mail is delivered to the users. it is easy to configure and implement.

As far as it is capable of the detection and prevention of spam and phishing attacks but it can be upgraded.

I really like the email filtering and data loss prevention features. The email filtering helps block spam and harmful emails, while the data loss prevention makes sure that sensitive information doesn't get sent out accidentally.

Some users might find the setup and configuration of the Avanan solution difficult and need technical skills to use all the features. Some user training may be required for using the solution.
