Time saver to build business cases that resonates well with customers
What do you like best about the product?
Symbe has been a helpful tool for me as an AE. I use it build business cases fast, and the format is easy for customers to digest. The UI is modern, and the interface is very intuitive. I also appreciate the support (special shoutouts to Sam Ajami).
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major, the Symbe team has been helpful by incorporating our feedback into their product roadmap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Symbe simplifies the business case creation process in the sales cycle and specifically saves me time when prepping ROI for clients. The output is visually appealing and easy for my customers to digest. I like that you can modify templates, and easily create new ones as business cases evolve.

What do you like best about the product?
It's intuitive, very easy to use and has a slick interface. Additionally, it is so easy to collaborate with prospects and customers to communicate the value of our product easily.
I am particularly impressed with the responsiveness of the Symbe team and the features they continue to roll out.

What do you dislike about the product?
Symbe is great. Haven't found much that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Embedding value selling conversations across all stages of the deal. Appopriately tailoring discovery so we get inputs that allow us to showcase value of our product. Gaining traction with our prospects via collaboration and a sense of ownership!

Symbe is extremely intuitive and works perfectly when collaborating with a prospect. I find it easy to use and well-suited for teamwork in these situations. Support is amazing too

Some features are still in development and not yet available, but I have to admit that the team is very quick at rolling them out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Symbe to quickly create ROI models and cost-of-inaction cases that resonate with both champions and CFOs. It shortens deal cycles, improves win rates, and gives our buyers the tools they need to drive internal alignment. The integration with CRM also makes adoption and tracking seamless.

Symbe has quickly become one of my favorite tools as a Product Marketing Manager. It takes something that used to feel messy—building business cases for new initiatives—and turns it into a repeatable, structured process.

The tool is new, so there are some product limitations that stop us from customizing the business cases exactly how we need them for our pricing and business model. But they build fast and are receptive to our ideas.

Symbe is solving the problem of how AEs build business cases during the sales cycle. Before Symbe, our reps would hack together ROI slides, spreadsheets, and random templates that varied deal to deal. It slowed them down, created inconsistent messaging, and often left value stories underdeveloped.
With Symbe, I’ve seen a big shift:

You need to be in a sales cycle where you can capture tangible data to tell a story. This is not a criticism of Symbe, but instead knowing how and when to use it.

Helping take data and tell a story to prove ROI, increase ACV and multi-thread
Delivers an additional meaningful but realistic ROI presentation to my prospects
What do you like best about the product?
Super simple to use, and very customisable. Can be adjusted to suit all customers, industries, and also adjusted down to be more conservative for any more skeptical customers on ROI reports. Has actively helped in my sales process to close Enterprise customers.

Not a lot at this stage, all going OK so far and helping close my deals.
