What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ease of use that Symbe offers. The created templates with our enablement team make it simple to adapt functionality, so it looks and feels like HubSpot, which is great. The partnership with Symbe has been incredibly strong, and integrating it into our CRM has allowed us to use both tools effectively. Additionally, the initial setup was extremely easy, and I find their support and collaboration with us to be a big help when using the product.

Nothing comes to mind at the moment
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Symbe to build business cases and show clear ROI to prospects, manage deals, especially negotiations, and integrate with HubSpot CRM. It's a huge improvement over our old tools that didn't work as well.

What do you like best about the product?
My clients have loved being armed with a Symbe business case, it has saved them much time and effort, helping aid them in conveying value when selling internally. The monetary-focused metrics, such as 'missed revenue per month' are clear and visual, something that couldn't be replicated. I have used ChatGPT and Gemini alongside call transcripts to create cases, and the time and effort is extensive in comparison, with results that are only text based with poor exports that are not visual and board room meeting ready, this is a game changer to drive operational efficiency and revenue!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the timeframes on ROI graphs are not as customisable as needed in some instances

What do you like best about the product?
My mantra is "if your champion is not the economic buyer, then you need a business case." Symbe provides exactly that. It transforms the value conversation from something abstract into a concrete, visual reality that my prospects and customers can actually lean into.

The interface is very intuitive, making it easy for me to build out complex scenarios without the friction of a typical spreadsheet. I use it to present clear, undeniable business cases to both prospects and customers on the specific value HubSpot will bring to their business. It is clear, concise and the narrative it generates is incredibly easy to support. The collaborative features ensure I’m building the case with my prospects rather than just talking "at" them, which turns a standard sales pitch into a shared strategic project.

Beyond the tech, the level of support is unmatched. With the Symbe team, no question is too small or too stupid. They are ready to jump on a call or craft a custom slide the moment I need it. It honestly feels less like using a software vendor and more like having a team of value engineers in my back pocket.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. The platform is being continually developed to match the needs of the marketplace, and it’s been great to see that each new feature adds more value and increases the ease of use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary problem Symbe solves for me is the gap between a "champion" who loves the product and an "economic buyer" who needs to see the numbers. In complex sales, you can’t just rely on a great demo; you need a structured way to prove ROI. Symbe provides that professional narrative that makes it easy for stakeholders to say "yes."

Specifically, it helps me:

1. Bridge the gap to the CFO: It gives my champions a data-backed, CFO-ready case so they can sell for me even when I’m not in the room.

2. Speed up HubSpot deals: Instead of manually building messy spreadsheets, I can quickly model the value of HubSpot’s CRM or Marketing Hub, showing the "cost of inaction" in a way that creates real urgency.

3. Build collaborative trust: Because the interface is so easy to use, I can actually build the case with the prospect. This shifts the dynamic from a vendor-buyer relationship to a strategic partnership.

Beyond the software, the benefit of the Symbe team's support cannot be overstated. They are genuinely invested in my success, whether it’s hopping on a quick call to brainstorm a strategy or helping me craft a custom slide for a high-stakes meeting. They act like an extension of my own team.

What do you like best about the product?
Symbe has quickly become one of my favorite tools to use as a HubSpot rep. It’s played a direct role in helping me close deals by making it incredibly easy to build strong, compelling business cases with prospects.

One of the biggest strengths of Symbe is its very intuitive interface. Both our sales reps and our prospects can navigate it effortlessly, which means less time spent explaining the tool and more time uncovering value.

With Symbe, the entire process is streamlined. Its intuitive interface makes it easy for both reps and prospects to collaborate in real time, ensuring the business case reflects their priorities and expected outcomes. This not only accelerates deals but also strengthens alignment and confidence on both sides.

Also, helping us establish a consistent approach to selling on value across our team, which has made our messaging clearer and more impactful while improving the overall buyer experience.

I find Symbe easy to use and appreciate that it is fully integrated into our CRM. I also like the fast auto-setup of designs linked to our CI-templates. Switching to Symbe was a 10 out of 10 experience for me – simply easy.
