Game-changer for value based selling

What do you like best about the product?
Symbe is extremely intuitive and works perfectly when collaborating with a prospect. I find it easy to use and well-suited for teamwork in these situations. Support is amazing too
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are still in development and not yet available, but I have to admit that the team is very quick at rolling them out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Symbe to quickly create ROI models and cost-of-inaction cases that resonate with both champions and CFOs. It shortens deal cycles, improves win rates, and gives our buyers the tools they need to drive internal alignment. The integration with CRM also makes adoption and tracking seamless.

What do you like best about the product?
Symbe has quickly become one of my favorite tools as a Product Marketing Manager. It takes something that used to feel messy—building business cases for new initiatives—and turns it into a repeatable, structured process.

Easy to use: The templates make it simple to plug in your inputs and end up with a professional-looking, data-backed case.

Time-saving: What used to take hours of manual work now comes together in minutes. I spend less time formatting and more time actually thinking about strategy.

Clarity for stakeholders: Symbe makes it easy to communicate value, costs, and outcomes in a way that resonates with executives. Instead of wrestling with messy spreadsheets or scattered slides, I now have a single, clean output that drives alignment.

Flexibility: I’ve been able to tailor the structure to different audiences (finance, sales, execs) without having to start from scratch.

Team: They are incredibly communicative and hands-on when we need support for issues or recommendations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is new, so there are some product limitations that stop us from customizing the business cases exactly how we need them for our pricing and business model. But they build fast and are receptive to our ideas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Symbe is solving the problem of how AEs build business cases during the sales cycle. Before Symbe, our reps would hack together ROI slides, spreadsheets, and random templates that varied deal to deal. It slowed them down, created inconsistent messaging, and often left value stories underdeveloped.

With Symbe, I’ve seen a big shift:

Consistency at scale — every AE is now armed with a repeatable, professional framework for showing ROI.

Faster turnaround — instead of reinventing the wheel for every deal, they can quickly build credible, customized cases.

Stronger positioning — the structure ensures our messaging aligns with how buyers evaluate investments.

Higher win rates — because reps can clearly connect our solution to revenue, savings, and efficiency outcomes.

As a PMM, the benefit for me is huge: I know the story being told in the field is on-brand, data-backed, and persuasive, without me needing to manually handhold every deal.

What do you dislike about the product?
You need to be in a sales cycle where you can capture tangible data to tell a story. This is not a criticism of Symbe, but instead knowing how and when to use it.

What do you like best about the product?
Super simple to use, and very customisable. Can be adjusted to suit all customers, industries, and also adjusted down to be more conservative for any more skeptical customers on ROI reports. Has actively helped in my sales process to close Enterprise customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot at this stage, all going OK so far and helping close my deals.

ROI report for customers who need it as part of a business case when presenting to boards.

What do you like best about the product?

Symbe is one of the single most useful and important tools in helping me as a seller break down internal stakeholder walls with efficient and comprehensive business cases that clearly outline the benefit of our products and potential ROI for the purchaser.

I would potentially like to be able to edit some of the slides into other decks sometimes but understand why this is not necessarily possible.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use and the fact that we can store saved templates in Symbe so we are not creating business case presentations from scratch
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more customization to make it easier to edit slides but the product is still new and they are innovating at a rapid pace

It allows me to efficiently build out a business case presentation for internal stakeholders to review. Since I can do this so quickly using Symbe, it often gives me a leg up in my sales process and positions me more as a trusted consultant
