Empowers Dynamic Business Case Development
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Symbe is simple and straightforward to use. The UX is really strong, making it easy to train new team members and share with customers how to input their data sources. I think the product is developing in a great way and bringing in useful AI agents that help speed up our work. I also like that the team is really friendly and always there to help us if we need it. The AI agents assist in summarizing business cases and pulling in data from the internet for more detail, which I find very helpful. Overall, the initial setup was great even for our small account, and we felt quite valued by the team. They are open to hearing any innovation ideas we might have, which I like because it allows for a more collaborative relationship with our vendors. They are a young company but this gives significant advantage in terms of hustle and innovation pace vs larger competitors.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Symbe makes it easy to develop business cases and calculations with a logical workflow through natural language widgets vs cells, reducing human error compared to using Excel and Google Sheets. It's simple to update data, which impacts the business case structure. Ultimately, it improves our process speed and therefore time to deal closure.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Symbe for its automated AI writeups and the ability to build graphs that highlight ROI. Once you do one business case, it makes completing others much quicker. I appreciate the summary slide feature, which can be auto-built using AI by just entering the numbers and picking a graph style.
What do you dislike about the product?
May be hard to build your first business case without help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Symbe to solve challenges with creating compelling and visually effective business cases. Its automated AI writeups and graphs that highlight ROI make the process quicker after the first time, thanks to a summary slide and customizable graph styles.

Helping us to be more consistent with how sell based on value of our products for our clients. Easy to modify templates and iterate as we change over time. Its way more collaborative than most value selling tools, which helps update our business cases as things change in the sales process

What do you like best about the product?
Symbe makes it genuinely quick and easy to build clear, credible business cases that stand up to scrutiny. It’s flexible enough to adapt to each prospect, while still keeping the structure tight and focused on value. I also really like how collaborative it is to use with a customer champion- it helps shape a narrative they can confidently take internally, and keep the conversation value/outcome based over. It's also very simple to export business cases and works alongside our other systems easily. On top of that, the support from Sam has been outstanding. He’s incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in helping us get the best outcome from each case.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. If anything, the only challenge is deciding which angles to prioritise which isn't down to the tool

Symbe helps us turn complex operational problems into clear, financially grounded business cases that resonate with senior stakeholders. It’s particularly strong at showing the cost of inaction and creating urgency without over claiming. In one major opportunity, the business case became a central part of securing budget by clearly articulating why delaying action carried real risk. More broadly, it’s helped us cover more of our pipeline with high-quality value stories, without the time and effort this would normally take for bespoke creations every time

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ease of use that Symbe offers. The created templates with our enablement team make it simple to adapt functionality, so it looks and feels like HubSpot, which is great. The partnership with Symbe has been incredibly strong, and integrating it into our CRM has allowed us to use both tools effectively. Additionally, the initial setup was extremely easy, and I find their support and collaboration with us to be a big help when using the product.

I use Symbe to build business cases and show clear ROI to prospects, manage deals, especially negotiations, and integrate with HubSpot CRM. It's a huge improvement over our old tools that didn't work as well.

I have used ChatGPT and Gemini alongside call transcripts to create cases, and the time and effort is extensive in comparison, with results that are only text based with poor exports that are not visual and board room meeting ready, this is a game changer to drive operational efficiency and revenue!

Some of the timeframes on ROI graphs are not as customisable as needed in some instances
