What do you like best about the product?
I really find Symbe easy to use. It's also visually attractive, which makes a difference when collaborating with customers to build a business case. The platform makes me think hard about everything I need to include in the business case, which is really helpful. Our reps can use it to go into detail and collaborate with customers, helping them sell internally, and the fact that it looks good helps with that.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that i can think of
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Symbe to collaborate with customers, creating detailed business cases that convince them to buy the software. Symbe makes the process easy and visually appealing, helping my reps work with customers who then use the cases to sell internally.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Symbe is easy to use and how it delivers high-impact and interactive results. This really helps make my presentations flow better. Symbe has enabled me to translate the value of our products to our customers more clearly than ever before. During presentations, I can change information and populate different metrics, which helps turn the conversation into a more value-added discussion. It's been very helpful in showcasing the value of potential deals with customers and helping them unlock potential funding for future deals. The initial setup was very easy, and it's user-friendly too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any issues myself, but it would be brilliant if there were a few more templates already part of the package.

Genuinely nothing I can think of - the tool is super intuitive and after a few months of using it I haven't had a bad word to say
